加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的实践与探索

高校学生工作部门在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作中,如何结合自身特点,发挥自身优势,探索有效途径和方法,是学生工作部门和工作者必须思想的重要课题。我们把思想政治教育与解决学生实际问题相结合,与第二课堂教育相结合,与队伍建设相结合,与学校管理改革相结合,为提高大学生思想政治教育工作实效性和建立长效机制进行了实践和探索。     

陶瓷工艺课程实践教学新思路

根据陶瓷工艺课程的特点，注重实践教学，合理调配理论与实践教学时数，变“课程实验”为独立的“实验课程”；实验项目以设计性、研究性和综合性实验为主，形成由“基础实验一综合实验一科研与应用实验”的实践教学新体系；既考虑对学生专业基本原理、基本知识和基本实验技能的培养，又能培养学生的创新意识与发现、提出、解决问题的综合能力。     

Developing identity and agency as an early career academic: lessons from Alice

This paper draws on Lewis Carroll’s character of Alice as a metaphor for interrogating identity construction and agency amongst early career academics, a process which can seem like Alice’s pursuit of the White Rabbit in a strange land. Keeping in mind the effects of neoliberalism on the tertiary sector, we recognise the centrality of personal lives in decision-making about academic careers and the shaping of professional identities. We also foreground how communities of practice not only build agency amongst ECAs but can also be supported by academic developers.     

研究生课程实施研究型教学方法探讨——以“交通系统仿真技术及应用”为例

以"交通系统仿真技术及应用"为例对研究生课程实施研究型教学方法进行了探讨,在分析教学现状与存在问题的基础上,针对性地提出并实施了从教学内容、理论与实践互动以及专题研究等方面的教学改革措施,取得了较好的效果。     

全光纤无源耦合器件制作过程中的实践创新能力培养

结合本科生毕业设计“全光纤光功率比耦合器件的制备”的实践过程,在理论上基于光波的耦合波方程,对熔融拉锥单模光纤耦合器的功率耦合比与拉伸长度、拉伸位置和损耗的关系进行数值模拟,使本科生在毕业设计的有限时间内掌握一种基本软件工具。通过设计过程中的实践活动,学生在指导教师的科研理念引导下,利用实验室现有的设备制作出2×2型、单窗口1×2型1550 nm和1310 nm宽带耦合器, 并完成了对制备出的光纤耦合器的光功率和光谱的检测。在实践教学过程中,突出体现了知识、能力、科研素质提高和创新能力的培养。通过无源耦合器件的制备,培养了学生的实践动手能力和科研思维能力, 为今后的学习或就业奠定了良好的基础。

针对诚信美德教育注重形式忽视其实效性的问题,笔者研究出了切实解决问题的“学校教育与家庭教育、社会教育三合一“的方法,以期与同行交流切磋.     

声乐教学实践的方法研究

通过多年的高师声乐教学,本人在教学中经过不断的研究和教学实践,对本系两个年级的学生(2005—2006级)做了大量的调查和研究,在教学中根据不同学生采用了不同的教学方法,并取得了阶段性的教学效果,为今后的声乐教学实践积累了一定的教学经验。     

依法实施海洋开发问题研究

实施海洋开发的首要问题就是加强海洋法制建设，完善海洋法律制度。我国已具有一定的实施海洋开发的法律基础，应依法构建“公开、公平、公正”的法制环境和平台，依法审批海洋开发与保护海洋国土，依法实施海洋开发活动。     

Influence of improved teaching practices on student satisfaction ratings for two undergraduate units at an Australian university

To track the quality of instruction delivered at the University of Western Australia, the university surveys all units using its Students’ Unit Reflective Feedback (SURF) metrics, and faculties use these metrics to benchmark student satisfaction. Consequently, teaching staff are actively encouraged to adopt teaching practices that will increase the average levels of these metrics. Using a ‘before-after’ approach, we compared these metrics before and after the implementation of improved teaching practices that addressed specific weaknesses identified through student responses for two undergraduate units. Despite the implementation of improved teaching practices, SURF scores did not increase significantly for the two units assessed, due possibly to the components of the academic programme covered by the SURF questions, the field-based nature of the units, and the difficulty in measuring an increase in the SURF scores of units which already score highly. This poor sensitivity of the SURF metrics to the implementation of improved teaching practices could have implications for their use for performance assessment by the university.
