大学生社团建设现状与对策研究——以天津市八所高校为例

随着高等教育的发展和社会进步,大学生社团建设呈现蓬勃发展的良好态势,这对贯彻党的教育方针,实现学校人才培养目标具有重要作用.通过对天津市属八所高校大学生社团的实地调研,了解到大学生社团的发展现状与存在的问题,在此基础上提出了研究对策,对进一步加强大学生的思想政治教育具有现实意义.     

Using Discipline-Based Professional Association Standards for Information Literacy Integration: A Review and Case Study

This article describes the outcome of a collaboration between a faculty member and a librarian to integrate information literacy into a graduate counseling psychology program. This collaboration used discipline-based standards from a professional association (the Association of Counselor Education and Supervision, ACES) to provide instructional goals, rather than utilizing the more traditional Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) standards. The authors discuss how using the discipline standards allows for a richer, more authentic collaboration, especially in a graduate program geared toward students who are already working in their field. Ultimately, using discipline standards could be a more effective way to promote information literacy in graduate and professional programs.     

Creating and Using Web Resources to Train Attorneys

Summary

The experience of producing a web-based CLE program is shared by two academic law librarians who teamed with a practicing attorney to deliver the training. The focus is on teaching lawyers to effectively find and use materials on the Internet using a hands-on web-based CLE. The insights gained from taking web-based legal instruction “on the road” are explored along with the challenges presented by well-intentioned administrators and those wishing to profit from CLEs who may thwart good planning and organization. Dependable technical support and control of the process and environment are not only desirable but necessary. Selected web site URLs used in training are included and future directions for this type of training are examined.

知识经济时代，人们在重视人力资本的同时，更加看重知识产权的财富价值。为了鼓励人们的财富进取心，国家制定日益完善的知识产权规则来规范人们的逐利行为，然而法律规则对违法，侵权行为的预防功能是有限的，对不法行为的制裁又有亡羊补牢的无奈。法制的作用必须与政府，社会力量和企业自身的努力结合在一起才能发挥得恰到好处。笔者从系统工程的角度来探讨政府，行业协会，企业在知识产权保护中的不同作用。

针对建立物理模型的重要性，提出了如何建立物理模型以及我们在建立物理模型的过程中要灵活地运用抽象、联想、假设、类比等方法。对思雏科学的发展起着一定的推动作用，对教学研究具有重要的现实意义。
