基于工学结合人才培养模式的高职院校教学资源建设探索

随着经济社会的发展,高职院校应抓住契机,积极进行适应社会发展的教学改革,通过重新构建校企融合的适用于高等职业院校工学结合人才培养模式,开发基于工学结合人才培养模式下的教学资源建设,真正将教学资源在教学实践中推广、应用、普及。高等职业院校基于工学结合人才培养模式的教学资源建设,不是单一的资源建设投入,而是综合性、多样性、一体化的教学资源建设体系结构。     

Group Work Management in the Classroom

This study aims to provide a better understanding of teachers' managing roles when using group work in the classroom. Building on Granström's 2 concepts of leadership and teachership, a more specific aim is to investigate teachers' managing roles when using group work and how teachers' presumptions affect the way in which they manage the pedagogical mode. The results show that teachers' managing roles influence teachers' willingness to use group work. Teachers may be unwilling to use group work based on their presumption that it teaches students only collaboration abilities and not subject knowledge. This may be a supplemental yet significant explanation as to why group work continues to decrease in classrooms.     

The interrelation of twenty-first-century education and work from a gender perspective

This paper analyses the interrelation of twenty-first-century education and work from a gender perspective. The analysis is carried out theoretically by asking whether human capital theory and Bourdieu’s reproduction theory are adequate instruments for such an endeavour. It is argued that the explanatory power of the human capital concept of the interrelation between education and work is extremely weak, because the human capital concept conceals costs necessary to create human capital. In contrast, reproduction theory comprehends investments in education through reproductive work. But, reproduction theory fails short to explain ongoing gender hierarchies within employment. Therefore, analysis of social and societal structure needs to go beyond the focus on education and work to explain the maintenance of gender hierarchies.     

Sexuality education: findings and recommendations from an analysis of 10 United States programmes

In this study, we identified 10 sexuality education programmes from different locations in the USA that aim to give young people knowledge and skills to develop healthy relationships, as well as avoid pregnancy and disease. We conducted in-depth interviews with programme administrators to develop a series of case studies and provide concrete recommendations for education and public health professionals to implement similar approaches in their communities. Many programme administrators succeeded in developing partnerships, adapting existing curricula to suit their environments, engaging external evaluators and garnering support from teachers and parents. However, few programme developers conducted formal needs assessments before developing programmes and many struggled to implement curricula with fidelity and to employ rigorous evaluation designs. Nearly all participants identified concerns over funding as a threat to sustainability. We conclude that schools and organisations need technical assistance to build capacity for rigorous programme planning, implementation and evaluation, as well as additional funding streams to support emerging programmes.     

适合学生的教学之实施策略——从教师可为的层面

"为每个学生提供适合的教育"要求学校提供适合的教学,这既是教育发展的必然趋势,也是教学改革的应然走向。适合学生的教学的实施需要解决诸多前提条件,化解种种困难,但教师在力所能及的范围内依然可以有所作为:通过对课标精神和学科特点的分析,使教学目标适合学生;通过多角度、形成性的测查,使教程设计适合学生;通过教材的"创改"或"二次加工",使教学内容适合学生;通过多样、可选的教学方式,使教学活动适合学生;通过科学、有效的心理测评与咨询,使学习辅导适合学生;通过加强与家庭、社会的联系和沟通,使整体教学环境适合学生。     

民办高职院校党建工作的建设及思考——以武昌职业学院为例

社会工作方法与高校荣辱观教育的创新研究

高校思想政治教育的传统工作方式,妨碍了高校荣辱观教育的宣传和发展,因此,改革和创新高校荣辱观教育工作迫在眉睫。在高校荣辱观教育工作中,借鉴社会工作中乐于服务的敬业观念、平等待人的观念和受教育者自主决定的观念。引进个案工作和团体工作方法,可以有效地更新思想政治教育者的价值理念,丰富思想政治教育的内容,改进思想政治教育的方式,提高高校荣辱观教育的效果。     

基于“团队建制的本科生与研究生”阶梯式培养——对会计学本科专业教学模式的探讨

本文以会计学专业本科生教学模式为例,结合我国现有会计学专业本科生教学模式的现状,探讨基于“团队建制的本科生与研究生”阶梯式培养对本科生人才教育教学的意义,并提出该模式的优化改进措施,加速该模式快速应用于本科教育教学工作中,具有十分重要的意义.     

大学教师的学术工作：类型、特征及影响因素分析

本研究应用对三所高校500名教师的调查数据,探讨了大学教师学术工作的类型、特征及其满意度。研究发现：(1)大学教师主要围绕教 学与研究活动展开学术工作,从事这两类活动的时间占其工作时间的比例约为80%,而从事服务、行政活动的时间所占的比例不足20%。以教学 为主、以科研为主和以行政服务为主三类教师所占的比例分别为59.0%、25.6%和15.4%。(2)随着大学教师资历的提高,其学术活动逐渐转向以 研究为主。(3)大学教师在学术政策和学术性决策中影响力非常有限,学术权力行使不充分。根据上述研究结果,本研究提出如下政策建议： (1)转变大学教师的学术观,使大学教师从更广泛的意义上理解学术的概念及其内涵。(2)鼓励资历深的大学教师更多地从事教学活动,防止大 学教师随着资历的提高而脱离教学第一线。(3)扩大大学教师的学术权力,更好地平衡学术权力与行政权力的关系。     

关联翻译观视角下外宣文本变译策略探析——以2010年政府工作报告（英译本）为例

由于汉英语言文化上的显著不同,国内读者和外国受众在认知语境上也存在较大差异。外宣译本的成功与否往往取决于译本是否具有最佳关联性。文章以2010年政府工作报告（英译本）为例,以关联翻译观为指导,着重探讨了变译策略在外宣翻译中的应用。
