影响房价变动的计量经济学分析

基于消费者需求理论对我国房地产市场的供给和需求两个方面分别建模,导出房地产市场的均衡价格模型,同时运用EVIEWS计量经济软件进行LS分析,在此基础上对模型进行修正,进行经济学和统计双重检验,最终得出对计量模型的参数估计.分析了当前影响我国房地产价格的主要因素,并对其有效性做了全面的检验,为政府及相关部门准确判断房地产发展形势、制定相关的宏观经济政策提供政策建议,为投资者的理性投资和决策指明了方向.     

高校营销竞争力评价体系的设计与运用

近年来,随着公办高校垄断格局的打破,多元化、多层次的办学体系逐渐形成,各类高校在生源、社会资源和毕业生就业等方面的竞争日益激烈。很多高校在其发展过程中,都或多或少地在运用营销理论和各种营销手段争取各方资源,提升自身的竞争能力。一套系统、完整的高校营销竞争力评价体系将有助于我国各类高校客观认识自身的营销问题,提升自身的营销竞争力,更好地满足各类目标群体的需求。     

主应力轴旋转情况下土的各向异性理论研究进展

从理论方面,对国内外主应力轴旋转情况下土的各向异性研究进行了对比和总结,并提出了一些研究建议。指出在理论方面,应当对屈服面方程采用应力分量表示的模型在三维空间里进行屈服面性状的描述,同时考虑不同加载方向下屈服面的变化特性以及旋转硬化的问题,并应开展对加载方向变化时土体屈服面变化特性的实验研究及理论验证。     

输变电GIS系统中电力线路要素模型库的建立

在输变电GIS三维可视化过程中,建立电力线路要素三维模型库是非常重要的。本文给出了建立三维模型库的方法。使用3DMAX作为建模工具,并用OSG做为底层的渲染基础框架设计了8种电力线路模型原型,提出了动态模型实列的概念和分页加载渲染的方法,制定了数据存储格式与标准,使得GIS系统能够直接从模型库中调用线路杆塔模型,实现了输电线路的三维全景仿真。     

解读《钟形罩》中埃斯特·格林伍德的“理性疯癫”

《钟形罩》是美国自白派女诗人西尔维娅.普拉斯创作的唯一一部长篇小说。长期以来,众多学者用女性主义的视角来解读主人公埃斯特.格林伍德的形象,认为小说记录了埃斯特从自我疏离到疯癫,直至重建真实自我的心路历程。然而埃斯特是否真正疯癫却没有受到应有的关注。文章将从父权社会的压制和女性榜样的缺失两个层面来分析埃斯特精神崩溃的原因,从而揭示她的疯癫只是父权文化给予的标签,并不是其精神状态的真实反映。这种所谓的＂疯癫＂是20世纪50年代觉醒的美国女性对性别政治的反抗形式,是一种充满反叛精神的＂理性疯癫＂。     

Theoretical and methodological implications of associations between executive function and mathematics in early childhood

Despite agreement about the importance of executive function (EF) for children’s early math achievement, its treatment in correlational studies reflects a lack of agreement about the theoretical connection between the two. It remains unclear whether the association between EF and math operates through a latent EF construct or specific EF components. Specifying the correct measurement model has important theoretical implications for the predicted effects of EF interventions on children’s math achievement. In the current study, we tested whether associations between EF and math operate via a latent EF factor, or via specific EF components using data from a large, nationally representative sample. We then replicated these same analyses with a meta-analytic database drawn from ten studies that collected measures of children’s EF and math achievement. Our results lend support to explanations that a single EF factor accounts for most of the EF component-specific associations with math achievement. We discuss theoretical and methodological implications of these findings for future work.

Business models shifts: Impact of Covid-19

No amount of crystal ball gazing may help us fathom the full impact of the Covid-19 (C-19) crisis on business organizations in a distinct manner. Given the lack of precedence, any such analyses seem to demand routine revisions as we progress further up the “number of infected” curve. Most countries of the world have imposed restrictions on social congregations or even people working in close proximity to each other. Industries that produce and deliver information products and services therefore, have continued to function while those that manufacture physical products especially labor-intensive firms were forced to minimize operations or temporarily shut down. However, in most countries, physical products which were essential in nature were reluctantly permitted to be manufactured given the need for them in people’s everyday life. In this viewpoint, I draw upon three dimensions – information intensity of product/service, information intensity of process/value chain; along with a third dimension – essential nature of the product/service to help understand the immediate implications of C-19. I also present some anecdotal evidences of attempts to alter business models in these circumstances in order to address the challenges that certain product characteristics impose but at the same capitalize on the business opportunities presented by the essentiality of the products.
