金融资产泡沫形成的心理因素

信息的不完全性及不对称性决定了预期只能是有限理性的,心理因素在金融资产泡沫的形成中扮演了重要的角色。因此,行为主体只能是根据自己认识到的约束和自己拥有的信息结构寻求利益最大化,不可避免地会受到心理因素的影响。羊群心理、博傻心理及正反馈交易一定程度上都会影响资产价格的形成。     

提高大学英语合作学习效果的实践性探究

在分析合作式学习模式存在问题的基础上,对提高大学英语合作学习效果做了实践性探索。重点描述了合作学习的具体操作方式,在理论和实践的基础上阐述了拓展合作范围、进一步提升合作学习效果的可行性和科学性。     

Formative assessment: the role of participatory action research in blending policy and practice in Uganda

This paper documents teachers’ assessment practices and pupils’ learning to read and write in large classes. To gain insights into the assessment practices and pupils’ learning, the principles of Vygotsky’s zone of proximal development and participatory action research (PAR) design were adopted. Collaboratively, teachers reflected on their assessment practices, developed, implemented and monitored the assessment practices. Through observation, in-depth interview and review of exercise books, data were obtained. We argue that teachers’ involvement in PAR has contributed to changing assessment practices in large classes and in improving pupils’ competencies in reading and writing. On the other hand to promote better assessment practices, we advocate for reduced number of pupils in a class and teachers’ workload to enable them offer more support to the pupils during assessment of reading and writing.     

Ten Years of Puzzling about Audience Awareness

The decisions evaluators make regarding how to work with teachers through the annual evaluation process can have a positive impact on teacher growth and student learning. In this article, the author examines the quality of feedback and how administrators use and provide this feedback to teachers through the evaluation process. What constitutes quality feedback? How does quality feedback support teachers' instruction? How can the supervision and evaluation process offer both teachers and administrators an opportunity to work together to improve student learning? The evaluation process should support the goal of maintaining a high level of quality instruction. In the end, the goal is to increase student learning by improving the effectiveness of teaching.     

浅谈"研究性教学"的课堂教学

有效的数学学习不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆,动手实践、自主探索是学生学习数学的重要方式,也是有效培养学生探索能力与创新精神的重要途径.在两年多实践研究的基础上,我们构建并实践了初中数学"研究性教学"的课堂教学模式,概括提炼了教学实施的基本原则,提出了相应的教学对策,积累了一些典型的教学案例.     

合同法定书面形式的法律效力探析

我国合同法未对合同的法定书面形式的效力加以规定,致使存在不同看法。法定书面形式的效力应当从其种类、范围、立法目的来加以确定。在法律未明确法定书面形式的效力时,我们认为其主要起到证据的作用。     

The effect of peer feedback for blogging on college students' reflective learning processes

Reflection is an important prerequisite to making meaning of new information, and to advance from surface to deep learning. Strategies such as journal writing and peer feedback have been found to promote reflection as well as deep thinking and learning. This study used an empirical design to investigate the interaction effects of peer feedback and blogging on college students' reflective thinking skills and their learning approaches. Forty-four first- and second-year undergraduate students participated in the study. Students kept blogs each week throughout a whole semester. Two journals were sampled at the beginning and end of the semester for each student. A repeated measure one-way ANOVA suggested that students' reflective thinking level increased significantly over time; however, peer feedback was found to negatively affect students' reflective thinking skills. The result of the study suggests more carefully designed uses in the future.     

关于学生对高校《金融英语》课程反馈的分析及启示

本文通过对重庆工商大学融智学院金融系高年级学生对《金融英语》课程的教学反馈,对于评教结果进行分析了解《金融英语》在高校的教学质量现状,提出影响学生满意度的主要因素。并对将来《金融英语》的教学工作找到提高的途径,提出相应教改意见。     

E-Mail Reference Evaluation

Abstract

E-mail reference has been utilized as a reference tool in academic libraries since the early 1980s. Today it is one of the most common media for providing digital reference service. An important aspect of providing any service is evaluating users' satisfaction levels with that service. Users of the Ask-A-Librarian e-mail reference service at a large academic library over a ten-month period voluntarily completed a seven item web-based questionnaire. The results indicated that the majority of respondents were satisfied with Ask-A-Librarian overall. This paper discusses how the library used the survey results to improve the existing service, and to implement a new one-chat reference. Reference service providers should not only ask users for feedback on existing services, but also should include them in the planning and design phase of new services. In doing so, they demonstrate their commitment to providing adequate and appropriate services to their patron community, and ultimately can save their institutions time and expense.     

构建二级学院教学信息快速反馈体系探索与实践

加强二级学院本科教学质量监控体系建设,是整个本科教学质量监控保障体系的基础性工作。而其中准确地收集、掌握二级学院教学进程中教与学的基本状态数据,及时了解每个教师的教学情况、学生学习的动态是实现二级学院教学管理调控的前提,也是实现过程管理重要的工作。本文结合二级学院教学管理的实际,在构建快速、准确和有效的教学信息收集、处理和调控体系建设方面进行了有益的尝试,通过应用现代通信技术和学生信息员制度,努力体现以学生为本的管理思想,提高教学管理的效率和建立快速反应机制,最终达到提高教学质量目标。
