中国皮划艇国家二队功能动作筛查的应用研究

运用文献资料法、测试法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对国家皮划艇青年队进行功能动作筛查测试,根据测试结果为备战2020年奥运会提供数据及理论的支持。通过研究发现:划艇运动员的总分情况整体优于皮艇运动员;大部分运动员髋、膝、踝三关节在单一的运动平面中具有较好的协调和稳定性,但在两个以上的运动平面中完成动作的稳定和控制能力有待提高;运动员的髋关节、肩关节及股四头肌柔韧性存在不平衡现象,左侧链与右侧链在多运动平面中协调稳定性也存在不平衡现象;运动员的损伤率较高,且损伤的主要部位是肩和腰。     

Olympics,Media and Politics: The First Olympic Ideas in Brazilian Society During the Late Nineteenth and Early Twentieth Centuries

Abstract

The Olympic Games of the modern era are powerful global mediated events. Olympic cities receive an overwhelming examination by world media. As the 2016 Olympic host, Rio de Janeiro has been given an enormous amount of attention, both by the international media and researchers who looked at the urban spaces of Rio, the struggles over the hegemony of the city and the social meanings the Olympics bring to the host city’s citizens. However, studies over the historical relationship between Rio, sport and media are rare. This paper addresses the historical uses of the term Olympic by Brazilian media during the late nineteenth and the early twentieth centuries. By looking at the main articles in the newspapers of these periods, we examine the extent to which ideologies over sports have changed the way the Olympics were represented in Brazil’s national imaginary. We demonstrate how the use of expressions associated with the Olympics historically generated a closer appreciation of these events by the public. We also show how political authorities appropriated the Olympics for their own benefit. The paper concludes by asking whether or not the historical lessons from the early Olympic ideas in Brazil have been learned by the 2016 Rio Games organizers.

美国高等教育中多元理念及其实践——基于俄亥俄州立大学的课程观察与思考

美国正迎来非同寻常的"后千禧一代":族裔最为多元化,受教育程度创历史最高。高等教育如何形塑新一代大学生的价值观,关乎整个社会的走向与未来。俄亥俄州立大学的课程设置和教育理念是对全球化与多元化社会的积极回应:人文通识课程教导学生审思国家特性,形塑学生的身份认同,正视"政治正确"与多元理念之间的困惑;系统研习移民社会史,使学生理解文化多元与社会融入议题;以"全球学习项目"构建学生的世界知识谱系,培养跨文化沟通与全球合作能力。美国高等教育面临的挑战实质上是主张多元文化思潮与捍卫西方正统文明之间的论争,认知并承认世界的多元性,才能建立一个有尊严而包容的社会。     

新自由主义冲击下美国社区学院的组织变革

社区学院作为美国高等教育系统至关重要的组成部分,自诞生之时起便肩负着多重教育使命,被视为美国民主的标志。在新自由主义冲击下,社区学院面临着财政危机与生源危机,教学成果也备受质疑。为此,近些年来社区学院进行了一系列的组织变革,创造有条件的免费入学,吸引生源;推动“引导路径”项目,为学生学业提供全程全方位指导;加强与四年制高校的合作,提供“保证转学”项目;同时完善自身课程体系与课程内容。这些变革反映出社区学院始终以促进学生发展为根本目的,保障弱势群体向上流动的社会通道,秉持着作为高等教育机构的组织特性,自觉抵制着新自由主义带来的负面影响。

A Survey of Documentary Materials Available on U.S. Tribal Websites

This survey of official U.S. tribal websites examined sites for documentary materials of importance to each tribe that have been archived online, including such materials as historical essays, photos, videos, maps, newspapers, legal and historical documents, historical images, books, pamphlets, bibliographies, cultural and language materials. The materials found on those websites appear to be intended for the use of both tribal members and the general public. The result of the survey was to show that many of the same types of documentary materials held in tribal archives are also available on official websites, and to produce a current snapshot of the large array of tribal records which have been made openly available, although the length of time each document will be available on each site is unknown.     

浅谈高校青年教师师德建设

高校青年教师是教师队伍中的一支生力军。加强青年教师师德建设，提高他们的师德修养，显得尤为重要。青年教师队伍其整体和主流是好的，但在师德建设中目前仍存在一些问题。要采取有力措施，加强师德教育，重视师德修养，加强师德培训，完善师德规范，不断提高青年教师的师德水平。
