江苏省农村体育人口现状调查与对策研究

以南京地区、苏南、苏中和苏北4个区域1千多名农民为研究对象,对江苏省农村体育人口的比例、年龄结构、文化程度、家庭经济状况、体育锻炼动机、体育健身项目、锻炼场所、锻炼形式和锻炼时间等问题进行了问卷调查与分析。在此基础上,提出了发展江苏省农村体育人口的对策。     

人口流动与少数民族地区社会变迁--对甘南合作、夏河、玛曲的调查

人口流动对于少数民族地区的社会经济发展有积极的作用.甘南州人口流动可分为外流人口、内流人口、旅游人口等几种形式,诸如此类的人口流动对甘南州社会经济、文化变迁与民族关系都有重大影响.认识人口流动对少数民族地区社会变迁的作用,并注意克服人口流动过程中的负面影响,对少数民族地区的发展具有重要意义.     

商洛市知青运动研究

"文革"初年商洛市受到了全国知识青年"上山下乡"再锻炼社会思潮的影响,商洛"老三届"毕业生的知青运动发展到了高潮.知青运动在商洛市虽未能解决体制性的就业问题,但仍然磨练了一代人.通过考察"文革"前后商洛市的知青运动,力求还原商洛市知青的原貌,给予商洛市知青运动客观、公正地评价,对后人观照"文革"具有一定借鉴意义.     

基于粗糙集的青年科技人才评价指标体系构建

在对青年科技人才准确定义的基础上,结合实地调研获取的大量数据建立了原始青年科技人才二级评价指标体系,通过使用粗糙集理论中的属性约简原理及重要度原理对原始指标进行了筛选及赋权,构建出包含4个一级指标和15个二级指标的青年科技人才核心指标体系,为青年科技人才的选拔、培养及考核提供了参考依据。     

Physical activity patterns of ethnic children from low socio-economic environments within the UK

Many children fail to meet physical activity (PA) guidelines for health benefits. PA behaviours are complex and depend on numerous interrelated factors. The study aims to develop current understanding of how children from low Socio-economic environments within the UK use their surrounding built environments for PA by using advanced technology. The environment was assessed in 96 school children (7–9 years) using global positioning system (GPS) monitoring (Garmin Forerunner, 305). In a subsample of 46 children, the environment and PA were assessed using an integrated GPS and heart rate monitor. The percentage of time spent indoor, outdoor, in green and non-green environments along with time spent in moderate-to-vigorous PA (MVPA) in indoor and outdoor environments were assessed. A 2-by-2 repeated measures analysis of covariance, controlling for body mass index, BF%, assessed the environmental differences. The findings show that 42% of children from deprived wards of Coventry fail to meet PA guidelines, of which 43% was accumulated during school. Children engaged in more MVPA outdoor than indoor environments (P < 0.01) and a greater amount of time was spent in non-green environments (P < 0.01). Increased time outdoors was negatively associated with BF%. In conclusion, outdoor environments are important for health-enhancing PA and reducing fatness in deprived and ethnic children.     

黄山风景区浮溪河水域淡水藻类种群结构调查

通过对黄山风景区浮溪河水域藻类植物的采集、室内显微镜检分类方法对该水域的淡水藻类资源进行调查研究。镜检过程中在所有样品中共记录到藻类植物112种(其中包括变种和变型),隶属5门42属。根据该水域藻类植物种群结构分析,知该水域中藻类植物群落属硅藻-蓝藻-绿藻-黄藻型。其中,硅藻在种类及数量上均占优势,有20属68种,占60.7%;蓝藻门,有11属21种,占18.7%;绿藻门,有9属16种,占14.3%;黄藻门1属4种,占3.6%;裸藻门,有2属3种,占2.7%。通过调查得知在沿河流自上而下采集的四个样品中,藻类的种类数以及植物体数量呈递增趋势。     

水库淹没处理实施规划阶段农村移民身份认定问题探讨

随着我国经济改革的发展,部分农村人口暂时脱离了农村土地以进城务工、经商等方式赖以生存,但在农村仍保留有户口、原承包土地或房屋等等,情况较复杂。本文对在丹江口水库大坝加高工程建设征地实施过程中,这部分移民身份认定问题进行探讨,供其他水利水电工程建设征地移民搬迁实施时参考。     

衡阳师范学院实施青年教师导师制探索

高等教育的质量最终取决于教师的质量,要提高高等教育的质量并保障高校未来的发展,加速青年教师的成长就成为高等学校师资队伍建设的重中之重。而导师制就是加速青年教师成长的最佳途径之一。     

Organizing youth work(ers) through the paradox of play

A recent focus among communication scholars, the study of contradiction and paradox illuminates the inherent irrationality of organizing. The following case study examines how youth labor – cast as play – functions as a series of tensions and contradictions in the day-to-day construction of work(er) between adults and youth. Mirroring the popular reality TV show, The Apprentice, the program under study communicated contradictory messages about youth work(ers) in terms of: (1) proving/discounting oneself as worker, (2) demanding confidence while orchestrating uncertainty and (3) playing along versus being playful in the organizationally prescribed framework, effectively dismissing work(ers) essential to the functioning of the organization. My analysis demonstrates how the framing of youth’s work as a game delegitimized youth work(ers) resulting in potentially exploitative working conditions, and serves as a call to communication scholars to better account for youth as workers, while pointing to similar implications for other types of provisional and contingent work(ers).     

Evidence-based digital literacy class for older,low-income African-American adults

Based on our community engagement project involving 47 older, low-income African-American adults from a senior community center, this study analyzes how an underserved population acquires knowledge and skills related to digital technologies. We discuss the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of a weekly, four-month long computer class for members of the senior community center. Our mixed-method research shows the importance of taking into account both the multidimensional nature of adult learning and the social and cultural contexts in which learning occurs when working with underserved adult populations. Findings from our formative and evaluative research offer insights into changes in the computer class participants’ attitudes toward and perspectives on key digital literacy issues including security and privacy online and online information verification. Scholarly and policy implications are discussed in the context of digital competency and adult learning for marginalized populations.
