中国高校现代远程教育资源体系建设构想

本文通过对现代远程教育资源建设概念的分析，提出现代远程教育资源建设应包括课程资源建设、文献资源建设以及远程教学软件平台建设等三个方面的内容，并分别从这三个方面阐述了对中国高校现代远程教育资源体系建设的构想。     

Robust parameterisation of ages of references in published research

The purpose of this research is to illustrate the use of the gamma distribution to model the ages of references in published research, and to demonstrate that the two gamma distribution parameters characterise a field of research in a manner that is complementary to and more nuanced than the Price Index or mean age of references.Minimum Distance Estimation is shown to produce robust estimates of the gamma distribution parameters because of the insensitivity of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test in the tails of the distribution.Using a sample of 816 articles from 26 different journals across six subject areas, it is shown that the gamma distribution is at least as good as a lognormal distribution to model the ages of references in research articles.The two gamma distribution parameters indicate the rate of publication of new knowledge within the respective discipline and the citing behaviour in terms of the recency of references. Interpretation of these gamma distribution parameters enables a more nuanced and granular interpretation of the distinctiveness of disciplines, sub-disciplines, formats of publication and the distribution of references within articles than possible using the Price Index, half-life or mean age of references.

现代远程开放教育将是我国教育发展新的增长点,也是深化教育改革的重要组成部分。广播电视大学为我国教育事业的发展做出了重要的历史贡献。今天需要以新的理念,以改革创新的精神,促使广播电视大学向开放大学实现实质性的历史新跨越。在广播电视大学向现代开放大学转型过程中,要重视研究信息技术发展的趋势及其为教育跨越式发展带来的机遇和条件;重视研究我国教育发展新的趋势、特点及其对开放大学提出的新要求。建设一流水平的开放大学,需要下大决心改变现有广播电视大学教学质量不高的状况;处理好资源整合和资源共享问题;创新体制机制,为开放大学整合高等学校优质教育资源提供政策支持;充分利用最先进的现代信息技术,从教育入手实现三网合一;政府切实加大投入和支持力度。

为了有效地进行有机化学实验的微型化教学,通过改变实验试剂的用量、试剂的种类、工艺条件、选用高效催化剂等方式,实现了有机实验教学的绿色化,几乎不生成副产物,实现或接近废物的零排放,大大提高了原子利用率。     

学生转向：澳大利亚大学教育与高职教育衔接的有效路径

澳大利亚高等教育体系由大学教育和高职教育构成,尽管这两部分存有差别。但它们有共同的目标,即为学生提供所需的技能和知识,最终帮助学生在就业方面取得重大突破．这就意味着在两种教育形式间转向不仅是可能的,而且是十分有意义的。澳大利亚政府出于教育的有效性和平等性考虑,鼓励大学与职业学校间的学生转向。     

间阻思慕传深情——谈《诗经》中的“思慕诗”

爱情诗是《诗经》中的一种重要题材,主要是指恋歌以及和婚姻爱情生活相关的诗篇。在此主要以《诗经》中描写男女相思爱慕、征夫思妇情怀的诗歌为研究对象,以诗中描写的时空距离为切入点,试图对此类诗歌的创作动因、抒情艺术方式以及抒情艺术特征等问题作出简单的分析和探讨。     

基于远程条件培养农民大学生的实践探索——以湖南广播电视大学为例

实践表明,基于远程条件培养农民大学生必须加强内外联合,实现资源的优势互补与共享;强化基本条件,满足农民大学生培养的教学需求;坚持系统办学,形成教学与管理合力;打造教学团队,远近结合创新教学。随着"一村一名大学生计划"持续深入而全面的开展,基于远程条件的农民大学生培养项目在稳步推进中,也凸现出诸如农民大学生培养项目发展后劲不足、培养经费有限、专业设置相对滞后等问题。为解决这些问题,需要争取政策,加强合作,持续推进;城乡统筹,适时转型,协调发展;开放理念,创新模式,打造品牌。     

Connecting children to nature through residential outdoor environmental education

Connecting to nature and spending time outdoors as children have been indicated as predictors of environmentally responsible behavior. This study examined whether a residential outdoor environmental education (ROEE) program contributed to the development of children’s connection to nature and their attitudes and involvement in spending time outdoors. Fifth-grade students (n = 163) in Pennsylvania enrolled in a multi-day ROEE program completed pretest-posttest surveys, compared with a control group (n = 72) not enrolled. Program evaluation critically examined the program’s encouragement of spending time outdoors by establishing connections to nature. Results indicated moderate success in the program’s effort to increase participants’ nature connection, but yielded mixed results on outcomes related to time spent outdoors. These findings offer encouragement of ROEE programs’ ability to foster connection to nature in participants.     

创建优质教学资源是办好开放大学的重要保证

开展现代远程教育十多年来,教学资源建设一直是山西广播电视大学教学工作的重点。在现代远程教育中,教学资源是开展远程教育的基础,如何建设优质教学资源,是办好开放大学、适应泛在学习方式、实现终身学习目标的关键。
