固体火箭发动机试验数据处理软件设计

针对火箭发动机地面试验中的数据处理需求,按照火箭发动机试验数据处理规范(通用产品)和火箭发动机试验数据处理方法(特定产品),使用LabVIEW7.1开发了发动机试验数据处理软件,实现了发动机试验数据的快速处理和试验报告的自动生成,满足了火箭发动机试验后数据处理要求。软件已成功应用于多种发动机产品试验数据处理中。成果获得2 0 0 9年度中国人民解放军总装备部科技进步三等奖。     

WPT-based modal control on distributed structures with MRF-04K damper

The magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper-based semiactive control systems have received considerable attention for protecting structures against natural hazards such as strong earthquakes and high winds. In this paper, a novel modal controller using wavelet packet transform (WPT) is proposed for the vibration control of distributed structures. In the proposed control system, the WPT method is utilized to decompose the acceleration measurement and select the modes containing most of the WPT energy component as the dominant modes. Then, a modal controller is designed to control the dominant modes and the optimal active control force is solved. Finally, Clipped-optimal con- trol law is adopted to determine the voltage applied to each MR damper. A Kalman-filter observer, which estimates the full controlled modal states from local accelerometer feedbacks, is designed for rendering the controller to be more applicable to distributed structures with a large number of degrees of freedom. A numerical example of a stadium roof structure installed with MRF-04K damper is presented. The effectiveness of the controller is evaluated under both Tianjin and El Centro earthquake excitations. The superior performance and adaptability of the controller for versatile loading conditions are demonstrated through the comparison with traditional truncated modal controller.     

Stabilization of Delayed Networks with Different Nodes

In this paper,the control of complex delayed networks with different nodes is proposed.Firstly,the stabilization of coupled networks with time delay is investigated.By constructing a Lyapunov function,a linear feedback controller design procedure for the networks is converted to the problem of solving a set of linear matrix inequalities.Then the results are extended to networks with both delayed dynamical nodes and delayed couplings.It is shown that the stabilization of complex networks is determined by the dynamics of each uncoupled node,coupling matrix and feedback gain matrix of networks.Two examples are simulated.In the first example,a network with 10 nodes consisting of Lorenz systems and systems proposed by Zhang in 2009 is given.It is found that the network states are divergent without control,and convergent under designed linear feedback controllers.In the second example,a larger network with 100 nodes consisting of delayed Chen systems and delayed Lorenz systems is given.The proposed method is also effective for large scale networks.     

PLC综合实训平台的设计与实现

基于西门子系列PLC设计和实现了综合自动化实验平台,平台融入了当今工业控制网络结构,包含各层次的自动化单元,同时自制或订做了被控对象以便更好地模拟工控现场.在此基础上,探讨了基于此平台的实验教学,给出了实验项目实例.该实验平台为电气工程与自动化专业学生和研究生工业控制研究提供良好的实践环境.     

LabVIEW在运动控制系统实验平台的应用和实现

运动控制系统实验平台即要求高速的信号处理能力,强大的组网能力,又要求有可视化的控制视图。为了将LabVIEW引入到现有运动控制实验教学中,改造的平台采用LabVIEW开发平台设计上位机的人机交互界面以取代传统实验平台的触控屏,下位机的通信程序以及工艺程序则通过Twidosoft编程软件实现。PC机与PLC的通信基于Modbus串行总线;PLC与伺服驱动器的通信基于CANopen总线,整个运动控制系统实验平台为"PC+PLC+伺服驱动器"的结构模式。LabVIEW在运动控制系统平台的引入,可以方便地实现数据采集和监视控制功能,直观且逼真地显示伺服电机的控制,较好地提高了原有实验平台的功能扩展性。     

火箭发动机工作过程仿真实验教学改革与实践

针对火箭发动机原理课程实验教学探讨了仿真实验实践教学模式,研制了火箭发动机工作过程仿真实验系统,经过几届学员的试用取得了良好的教学效果.

通过分析高职飞机机电设备维修专业岗位群的职业核心能力、专业课程体系、前后续课程的关系和《CFM56发动机》课程对职业核心能力培养所起的作用等方面来介绍《CFM56发动机》课程的设置,包括课程的开发理念、师资队伍的建设、课程开发的途径、课程教学内容和课时的选取等方面。     

适合中小型院校的多媒体全自动控制系统的研究

针对大部分多媒体中央控制器操作复杂、价格昂贵、不易维护的缺点,致力于简单实用的多媒体自动控制器的研究,力求使其功能实用、性能佳、安装方便、操作简单、价格低廉,能够实现多媒体环境下各种设备的全自动操作管理。     

步进电机的单片机智能化控制

本设计由两套独立的电源模块供电,利用E18-D80NK红外避障传感器和TCRT5000黑白线传感器采集路况信息,以宏晶科技的8位单片机STC89C52为核心控制器,控制步进电机驱动模块,达到路径识别的目的;并通过LCD1602液晶显示模块显示小车的运行状态;设计实现单片机对步进电机的智能控制,达到小车自主循线和避障的功能。     

基于PLC电梯控制系统设计的创新实验

针对高校非电专业电工学的PLC创新实验,探讨了基于西门子S7-200型的PLC三层电梯控制系统的设计,从电梯的控制需求、PLC的选择、I/O口的分配、梯形图的设计和调试等方面,介绍了创新实验的设计步骤及方法,引导学生自己设计控制程序,并在电梯模型上验证程序的正确性,对培养学生的工程意识和创新精神有一定的帮助。
