沙蜥属13种蜥蜴基于16S rRNA序列的系统发生关系

通过比较13种鬣蜥科沙蜥属蜥蜴的16S rRNA部分序列，并以同科的长鬣蜥属长鬣蜥为外群构建NJ树、ML树和MP树，以探讨该属13种蜥蜴的系统发生关系．PAUP分析结果显示这13种沙蜥分成两个类群，呈并系关系，并且NJ树的结果与ML树和MP树划分结果不同．而MEGA结果支持基于形态学、生态环境和核型分析对该13种的沙蜥的划分，同时NJ树中的13种沙蜥属单系群、

Submarine Pipeline Routing Risk Quantitative Analysis

A new method for submarine pipeline routing risk quantitative analysis was provided, and the study was developed from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis. The characteristics of the potential risk of the submarine pipeline system were considered, and grey-mode identification theory was used. The study process was composed of three parts: establishing the indexes system of routing risk quantitative analysis, establishing the model of grey-mode identification for routing risk quantitative analysis, and establishing the standard of mode identification result. It is shown that this model can directly and concisely reflect the hazard degree of the routing through computing example, and prepares the routing selection for the future.     

三种贝母核型的比较研究

The present paper deals with a comparative karyotypic study of three species in Fri- tillaria-F. thuncergii Miq., F. anhuiensis S.  . Chen et S. F. Yin and F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia.  The karyotype of F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin is first reported.       The karyotypes of the three species of Fritillaria are rather similar, all with K(2n)=24= 2m+2sm+12t+4st+4m (SAT), showing a close interspecific relationship.  They all have two pairs of st chromosomes, one of which is the third chromosome in all the three species studied, but the other is the seventh in F. thunbergii Miq, the eighth in F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin, and the fifth in F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsia.  It tells us that there are some differences in their karyotypes.  All of the three species possess two pairs of satellite chromosomes with the satellites located on the long arms. A heterochromatic zone is found sometimes on long arms of No. IX chromosome in each species of Fritillaria and on one of No. I chromosomes in both F. thun- bergii Miq. and F. anhuiensis S. C. Chen et S. F. Yin, a chromosome polymorphism occurring between populations of Fritillaria. In addition, three B chromosomes are always found in most root-tip cells of F. hupehensis Hsiao et K. C. Hsiao.     

安徽百合科二新种

Two new species of the Liliaceae are described from Anhui Province, China. i. e. Fritillaria qimenensis D. C. Zhang et J. Z. Shao and Lilium anhuiense D. C. Zhang et J. Z.Shao.     

三种耧斗菜属植物柱头的特征

为了深入了解植物捕获花粉的机制和生殖策略，我们对3种耧斗菜属Aquilegia L.植物华北耧斗菜A. yabeana Kitagawa、无距耧斗菜A. ecalcarata Maxim.和秦岭耧斗菜A. incurvata P. K. Hsiao的雌蕊进行了扫描电镜和荧光显微镜观察,发现其柱头发育的特殊式样。其柱头位于花柱的腹缝面,由花柱腹缝两侧细胞发育成柱头乳突,在花期中从顶端朝花柱基部渐次成熟。伴随花柱向外弯曲,成熟的柱头表面相继呈现,逐渐增加了花粉落置的空间。这种柱头发育的式样通过延长柱头的可授期,增加了植物在不可预测的传粉环境下的繁殖机会。     

等片藻属几个种的分类学问题研究

本文使用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对等片藻属Diatoma的6个种：冬季等片藻 D·hiemale(Roth)Heib．、巨大等片藻D．maximum(Grun．)Fricke、中型等片藻D．mesodon(Ehr)Kuetz．、念珠状等片藻D．moniliforme Kuetz．、纤细等片藻D. tenue Ag.、等片藻D，vulgare Bory及其下的4个变种作了研究，并讨论了它们的分类学问题。     

中国茨藻科植物种皮微形态特征及其系统学意义

本文应用扫描电镜对国产茨藻科植物的外种皮和内种皮微形态特征进行了研究，结果表明茨藻科植物在种子表面细胞形态、表面纹饰和内种皮内层细胞形态及小瘤状突起的大小和密度等方面存在差异，可作为种级水平分类的依据，并首次发现外种皮微形态特征也与内种皮内层小瘤状突起一样具有重要的系统学意义。根据种皮微形态特征的研究结果，我们支持Miki(1937)和Shaffer-Fehre(1991b)等关于茨藻科与水鳖科近缘，而不应放在眼子菜目的观点。对弯果茨藻Najas ancistrocarpa A．Br．ex Magnus和草茨藻N.graminea Del.外种皮的研究结果表明其外种皮细胞表面具瘤状颗粒而非网状加厚。
