试论中国近代报刊对马克思主义及其著作的引介和传播

马克思、恩格斯及其学说为国人所知始于19世纪末，马恩经典著作传入中国则是在20世纪初。五四运动前近代报刊成为马恩经典著作传入中国的最早传播工具，其地位和作用不应忽视。

Studienförderung für Auslandsstudien

In der Entscheidung Morgan und Bucher hat der Europäische Gerichtshof zwei Regelungen des deutschen Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetzes zur Ausbildungsförderung für Auslandsstudien als gegen die Freizügigkeit der Unionsbürger nach Art 18 EGV verstoßend und somit gemeinschaftsrechtswidrig angesehen. Das Urteil unterstreicht die Bedeutung, die der Gerichtshof der Freizügigkeit und der Gleichbehandlung von Unionsbürgern im Bildungsbereich zuerkennt. Dies wird von Österreich auch bei Klärung der Hochschulzugangsproblematik zu berücksichtigen sein. Das durch eine Novelle zum österreichischen Studienförderungsgesetz eingeführte Mobilitätsstipendium ist entsprechend den vom Europäischen Gerichtshof in Morgan und Bucher entwickelten Grundsätzen am Gemeinschaftsrecht zu messen.     

通过带有磁性杂质介观环传输的Aharonov-Casher振荡

Aharonov-Casher oscillasions of transmission through a mesoscopic ring with a magnetic impurity is investigated.Both spin-dependent transmission and reflection coefficients of spin-state electrons at zero-temperature are calculated as a function of the textured electric fields and its title angle in the present of spin-flipper scattering.It is found that the spin-exchange interaction can destroy intermittently periodic oscillations of spin-up transmission and reflection coefficients within some small ranges in the adiabatic region of quantum phase.However spin-down transmission and reflection coefficients appear periodic AC oscillations.The calculated results manifest that spindown transmission and reflection coefficients have the same perfect oscillation patterns.In the nonadiabatic region, the behavior of the anomalous AC oscillations are depedent on the difference between the tilt angle of spin and that of texture electric field.

Teaching Sacred Texts in the Classroom: The Pedagogy of Transmission and the Pedagogy of Interpretive Facilitation

Empirical research in Jewish education has found almost exclusive use of transmission pedagogy among Jewish studies teachers. This study hoped to fill out the empirical landscape by studying Jewish studies teachers who prioritize student-driven interpretation. It followed six Jewish studies teachers in four different Jewish elementary schools who all professed a commitment to student-driven textual interpretation. It found that in such classrooms there was a clear pattern of teaching moves. This article offers a detailed portrait of the previously undocumented Jewish studies pedagogy, interpretive facilitation.     

Si3N4陶瓷二次部分瞬间液相连接数值模拟

利用热弹塑性有限元方法，通过瞬态热结构直接耦合，模拟Si3N4陶瓷二次部分瞬问液相连接过程，分析了连接接头残余应力分布状态和中间层对此连接接头应力分布的影响。结果表明：陶瓷外表面靠近连接界面的附近存在最大拉伸应力；采用Ti／Cu／Ni／Cu／Ti中间过渡层的接头应力出现大幅度的降低；陶瓷与金属之间热膨胀系数的巨大差异是导致残余应力的主要原因，采用中间过渡层能缓和接头的残余应力，提高接头强度。     

Comparing Student Performance and Growth in 2- and 4-Year Institutions

This study examines the organizational characteristics of 51 higher education institutions in relationship to student performance and growth. The study first finds that organizational measures of mission, size, wealth, complexity, and selectivity are statistically represented by the 2-year versus 4-year college mission. Findings indicate that 2-year and 4-year campuses indeed do exert significantly different influences on undergraduate GPA and self-reported intellectual growth. Next, the study uses both OLS regression and HLM to examine these influences. High school percentile rank and college classroom experiences are better predictors of Cum GPA at 4-year institutions, while student effort is a better predictor of GPA at 2-year institutions. Whereas the most important predictors of Cum GPA include precollege measures such as high school percentile rank and SAT score, the most influential predictors of student intellectual growth are campus experiences including classroom vitality, peer support, student effort, commitment, and involvement. Controlling for all other variables, students at 2-year institutions receive higher grades, and students at 4-year campuses experience more growth.     

基于Bookmetrix的G20国家图书影响力比较研究

[目的/意义]对比分析G20国家图书影响力的现状，为我国提升图书国际影响力提供借鉴。[方法/过程]选择Springer收录的5个学科（化学、工程、医学、法律、历史）图书为样本，以Bookmetrix为数据源，在讨论指标覆盖率与相关性的基础上，从图书的产出数量、5类指标（下载量、引用量、提及量、读者量及评论量）以及合著关系3个方面展开比较分析。[结果/结论]研究发现：1）在指标覆盖率和相关性方面，整体情况与中、美、德等国家层面的表现类似。体现为图书的下载量覆盖率最高，读者量和引用量相关性值较高且稳定。2）中国的国际图书产出量与德国、美国、英国存在较大差距，但在指标均值、综合排名方面表现良好。3）在G20国家图书合著网络中，人文社科类图书国际合作强度明显低于理工类学科；美国、德国具有较高的科研合作实力与影响力；中国的国际合作具有一定基础，但整体影响力作用并不突出。
