How and why are educators using Instagram?

Social media are commonplace in many educators’ lives, but their Instagram activities have received no prior attention in the empirical literature. We therefore created and disseminated a survey regarding educators’ Instagram use. Analyses of 841 responses suggested participants were generally intensive users of Instagram who engaged in the exchange of both professional knowledge and wisdom, as well as affective support. In addition to identifying benefits to Instagram use, some participants offered critiques of Instagram’s professional utility. We discuss the implications of these findings for educators’ work in a digital era and the future of research on educators’ social media activities.     

对虾白斑综合症病毒囊膜蛋白Vp28基因的克隆、表达及蛋白纯化

以对虾白斑病毒DNA为模板扩增出Vp28基因,经限制性内切酶（SmaI,Not I）酶切后按正确的读码框顺序插入到pGEX-4T-2表达载体上,重组质粒转化大肠杆菌,经菌落PCR和质粒双酶切鉴定、序列测定确认,证实成功地构建了Vp28基因原核表达载体．转化菌经IPTG诱导表达,SDS-PAGE显示有与预期大小约52kD相吻合的融合蛋白带,18℃诱导24h后获得了可溶性表达的目的蛋白,采用Glutathione Sepharose 4B亲和层析对重组蛋白进行纯化,获得了纯度很高的目的蛋白．     

人工湿地技术在我国北方地区的试验研究

本研究在邯郸构建了二级串联人工湿地系统,进行污水净化试验．试验结果表明,构建的人工湿地系统对污染物去除效果良好,出水水质较稳定,系统对COD、TN、TP的去除率分别在25％～65％、29％-94％、30％-80％之间．在相同的水力负荷下,植物生长状况良好的人工湿地污水处理效果明显高于植物生长状况差的人工湿地．潜流人工湿地子系统对污水的净化效果和稳定性明显好于表层人工湿地系统．人工湿地处理污水受温度和季节影响较大,在温度较高的夏季去除率远远高于温度较低的冬季．     

黄粉虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）的分布和纯化方法

文章研究了黄粉虫乙酰胆碱酯酶（AChE）的体躯分布和纯化方法技术。结果表明：黄粉虫幼虫和成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性均集中在头部和胸部,腹部的乙酰胆碱酯酶活性显著低于头部和胸部。成虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性明显高于幼虫。通过Sepharose4B和SephadexG-200纯化后,AChE的最高纯化倍数是3.86和18.84倍。     

串联亲和纯化技术筛选hCLP46 的相互作用蛋白

hCLP46(human CAP10-like protein46)是从MDS-AML患者的CD34⁺干细胞cDNA文库中筛选出的基因.我们利用串联亲和纯化技术来筛选与hCLP46有相互作用的蛋白.通过体内交联-甘氨酸洗脱策略,检测到7条有差异的蛋白带,经液相色谱-质谱联用鉴定,得到了CNX和PDI等一系列内质网伴侣蛋白.所以hCLP46可能是一个糖蛋白,其成熟过程利用了BiP/Grp94 和CNX/CRT 2套伴侣蛋白系统.

An Examination into the Dyadic Effects of Mood in Social Interactions

Much of the research on mood and communication has failed to examine the potential social and interactive attributes of mood suggested by studies involving affective contagion. An experiment involving 63 dyads was conducted manipulating the mood of both individuals involved to investigate these issues. Results suggest that the mood of both individuals can potentially impact an individual within an interaction. The findings are discussed, and future directions are suggested.
