Aluminum and alcohol, both are well-accepted neurotoxin. The plausible mechanisms for their neurotoxicity are also common. Therefore, the effect of ethanol on aluminum induced biochemical changes in rat brain is being studied. In the present study, ethanol exposure significantly affected the aluminum and protein content of brain. The activities of acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase were also changed. Aluminum exposure, on the other hand, contributed significantly in the alterations of aluminum content, acid phosphatase acivity and aspartate aminotransferase activity. Though ethanol co-exposure significantly influenced the aluminum load of brain, the interactions of these two neurotoxins were found to be significant only in case of acid phosphatase activity of brain. Therefore, it can be suggested that general neurotoxicity produced by aluminum is not modified by ethanol. However, the aluminum load caused by aluminum exposure, may be influenced by ethanol co-exposure.  相似文献

Aluminum (Al) toxicity is the major factor limiting crop productivity in acid soils. In this study, a recombinant inbreed line (RIL) population derived from a cross between an A1 sensitive lowland indica rice variety IR1552 and an Al tolerant upland japonica rice variety Azucena, was used for mapping quantitative trait loci (QTLs) for A1 tolerance. Three QTLs for relative root length (RRL) were detected on chromosome 1, 9, 12, respectively, and I QTL for root length under Al stress is identical on chromosome I after one week and two weeks stress. Comparison of QTLs on chromosome 1 from different studies indicated an identical interval between C86 and RZ801 with gene(s) for Al tolerance. This interval provides an important start point for isolating genes responsible for A1 tolerance and understanding the genetic nature of Al tolerance in rice. Four Al induced ESTs located in this interval were screened by reverse Northern analysis and confirmed by Northern analysis. They would be candidate genes for the QTL.  相似文献

Aluminum nitride (AIN) thin films with high c-axis orientation have been prepared on a glass substrate with an A1bottom electrode by radio frequency (RF) reactive magnetron sputtering. Based on the analysis of Berg's hysteresis model, the improved sputtering system is realized without a hysteresis effect. A new control method for rapidly depositing highly c-axis oriented AIN thin films is proposed. The N2 concentration could be controlled by observing the changes in cathode voltage, to realize the optimum processing condition where the target could be fixed stably in the transition region, and both stoichiometric film composition and a high deposition rate could be obtained. Under a 500 W RF power of a target with a 6 cm diameter, a substrate temperature of 450 ℃, a target-substrate distance of 60 mm and a N2 concentration of 25%, AIN thin film with prefer-ential (002) orientation was deposited at 2.3 μm/h which is a much higher rate than previously achieved. Through X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of AIN (002) was shown to be about 0.28°, which shows the good crystallinity and crystal orientation of AIN thin film. With other parameters held constant, any increase or decrease in N2 con-centration results in an increase in the FWHM of AIN.  相似文献

通过采用神经网络自适应逆控制方法来解决铝电解过程中存在的时变和大时滞问题,可以提高其控制性能。本文就铝电解过程进行建模,并将神经网络与自适应逆控制算法相结合,发现神经网络自适应逆控制模型的输出能很好地跟踪铝电解生产过程,控制效果好。在这里提出一个能使铝电解过程很快进入稳态、超调量较小的控制方案,提高铝电解过程的动态和稳态性能。  相似文献

This study on the effect of land use on soil quality in relation to forms and toxicity of aluminum in red soils (Ultisol) in southeast China showed that in general, the extractable order for soil active aluminum by four extractants was: NaOH 0.5 mol/L > HCl 1 mol/L > NH4Ac 1 mol/L > KCl 1 mol/L . Different uses of the red soils, developed from Quarternary red clay with the similar hydrogeological environment, greatly affected the amount of active aluminum, especially the exchangeable Al3+. The order of exchangeable Al3+ (Al mg/kg) in the red soils with different land uses was: barren land (740) > tea garden (663) > peach garden (432) > citrus garden (234) > paddy soil (127). The content of water soluble aluminum in the red soils was highly sensitive to soil acidity.  相似文献
