教学管理的层次-灰色关联分析评价

在建立了教学管理评价指标体系的基础上,引入层次分析和灰色关联分析相结合的综合评价模型对教学管理进行评价,模型中利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的合理权重,应用灰色关联分析法对定性信息进行量化处理和比较,减少了主观因素的影响,提高了评价结论的准确性,为教学管理评价提供了一种新方法。     

A Process Approach to Community-Based Education: The People’s Free University of Saskatchewan

On the basis of insights provided by Whitehead and John Cobb, I show how the People’s Free University of Saskatchewan (PFU) is a working model of free, open, community-based education that embodies several characteristics of Whitehead’s philosophy of education. Formed in opposition to the growing commercialization at the original “people’s university,” (the University of Saskatchewan) the PFU has spawned distinctive ideals of its own. The PFU reflects Whitehead’s belief in the importance of shared knowledge fostered by community-based education, the value of abstract and practical knowledge, and the power of the imagination to establish a community of learners capable of acting freely together.     

用磁流变液实现导磁材料机件表面的光整加工

磁流变液是未来应用最广泛的智能材料之一,它在无外加磁场作用下表现出良好的流体特性,在强磁场的作用下它的粘度会在毫秒级的时间内增加两个数量级以上,表现出类似固体的特性,一旦去掉磁场又立刻恢复液体的特性.这种可逆、迅速、易控的特点使磁流变液在机械工程中得到广泛的应用,其中包括表面光整加工,如将其用于光学镜片的表面研磨.目前其加工对象仅限于非导磁性材料,而现在绝大多数的机械零件的材料为导磁性材料.文章明确了磁流变液光整加工方法的主要优点;根据加工机理分析和初步实验研究,概括出将磁流变液用于导磁性材料表面光整时碰到的具体问题,并有针对性地提出了合理的解决方法.

美术欣赏，是一种审美情感的教育，它既能提高学生的审美能力，又能培养学生的创造精神，这种独特的教育功能早已被一些专家、学论证，然而，采取什么样的方法才能更有效地发挥其功能和作用呢?本从五个方面对美术欣赏教学的形式和方法进行了研究探索。     

双师课堂课程开发引论：缘起、主题与方法

AI教师与真人教师联袂执教的双师课堂课程开发已成为重要课题。从缘起、主题与方法三个层面进行考察发现,当前国内外双师课堂课程开发活动,主要聚焦于“AI教师的选用与开发”“双师课堂课程开发”和“双师课堂课程开发的学习效应”三大主题。文章创新性地采纳超学科哲学范式,采取整体主义行动研究方法论,采用融通性混合方法,结合逻辑分析、技术建模、行动研究、量化方法和质性深描技术等,系统地探索与建构AI教师的选用模型、AI教师开发的关键技术、双师课堂深度学习模型、双师课堂课程开发整体模式、AI整合性课目学习知识研究方式、双师课堂课程开发促进深度学习的效应以及双师课堂课程开发促进深度学习的内在机理,以期为双师课堂课程的适切开发提供新思路。     

Educational Research for Policy and Practice in Japan – With Particular Reference to Youth Education

Based upon the Fundamental Law of Education, Japanese school education system has long been a source of pride for the country as a result of the high school participation rate, the homogeneity of compulsory education throughout the country. However, the confidence of the people in its schools is now showing severe signs of strain and fatigue. In recent years, there have been many reports about the growing seriousness of a number of educational problems having to do with young people in their childhood and adolescence. Since the mid-1970s, a number of problems have been highlighted. They include violent behavior, juvenile crimes, bullying, refusal to attend school, dropping out at secondary level of education, and corporal punishment. Against the above background, based on recommendations from such advisory bodies as the Central Council for Education and the National Commission on Education Reform, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) has adopted a range of policies and launched a series of educational reform programmes. For instance, what is called “Rainbow Plan”, based on the final report submitted by the National Commission on Education Reform, provides the country with basic guidelines for the educational reform in the near future. Roles of educational research for making policies have been of significance. Research initiated by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research (NIER) and the National Federation of Educational Policy Research Institutes (NFERI) is an example of contributions to the development of educational qualities in the country. 一种基于任意长离散余弦变换的并行递归算法

基于Clenshaw递归公式以及离散余弦自身的对称性提出任意长离散余弦变换(DCT)的一种并行递归快速算法,给出了算法的滤波器实现结构;与现有的其它递归算法进行了计算复杂度的比较分析,结果表明我们的算法运算量大大减少且计算的滤波器结构使算法非常适合大规模集成电路(VLSI)的实现.     

基于ActiveX技术液压缸CAD软件的开发和研究

本文以作者用VB6．0开发的液压缸CAD软件为例介绍了AutoCAD ActiveX技术及数据库技术和界面技术，并强调AutoCAD的二次开发的重点是参数化绘图技术，希望CAD技术在液压传动中得到更广泛的应用。

实现中国社会的现代化、赶上和超过世界先进国家的发展水平，是中国共产党人的奋斗目标，为了实现这一目标，中国共产党进行了不懈地努力和探索。建国后在领导全国人民实现现代化的进程中，中国共产党人进一步认识到：经济的发展靠科技、科技发展靠人才，人才培养靠教育。教育关系到社会主义事业成败，只有科学技术发展了，文化教育加强了，中华民族物整体素质提高了，才能真正建立富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化国家。
