基于Internet的馆藏光盘资源管理与实现

针对图书馆对光盘资源管理利用的弊端以及本馆的实际情况，开发出基于B／S模式的光盘资源管理发布系统，有效地解决了馆藏光盘资源的管理与利用。     

基于C／S、B／S结构的数字图书馆网络安全防手户策略

C／S和B／S是数字图书馆网络系统常用的两种主要结构。针对两种结构的特点，特别是针对B／S结构的安全隐患，提出了数字图书馆安全防护策略。该策略保留了C／S网络结构的应用，也最大限度地扫除了B／S网络结构的安全隐患。

甘蓝和芥蓝的核型与孢粉学研究

 本文通过对甘蓝和芥蓝的核型分析和花粉形态的扫描电镜观察，认为它们的核型并不完全一致，而花粉形态的明显区别说明芥蓝是一个独立的种，与芸苔属其他种不很亲缘。     

分布式网上考试系统的构建

本文讨论基于Browser／Server模式的Web应用的构建。通过ASP对象的构建，并且把ASP对象与Midas技术结合起来构建N-Tier体系的数据库应用程序，以改进Web服务器的响应速度和整个Web服务器的能力。文章最后还讨论了一个用于Browser、web服务器以及数据库服务器之间的负载平衡问题的简单方法。     

C/S与B/S结合的图书馆管理系统设计

Internet技术的成熟和进步,加快了全球信息化的进程,高校图书馆面临信息服务与网络管理的机遇和挑战。在分析C/S模式与B/S系统结构模式优缺点的基础上,设计出基于C/S模式与B/S模式相结合的混合模式的网络管理系统,以整合图书馆的信息资源和管理系统。     

A tasseled cap transformation for CBERS-02B CCD data

The tasseled cap transformation of remote sensing data has been widely used in agriculture, forest, ecology, and landscape. In this paper, tasseled cap transformation coefficients appropriate for data from a new sensor (China & Brazil Earth Resource Satellite (CBERS-02B)) are presented. The first three components after transformation captured 98% of the four-band variance, and represent the physical characteristics of brightness (coefficients: 0.509, 0.431, 0.330, and 0.668), greenness (coefficients: −0.494, −0.318, −0.324, and 0.741), and blueness (coefficients: 0.581, −0.070, −0.811, and 0.003), respectively. We hope these results will enhance the application of CBERS-02B charge-coupled device (CCD) data in the areas of agriculture, forest, ecology, and landscape.     

Overexpression of the phytochrome B gene from Arabidopsis thaliana increases plant growth and yield of cotton (Gossypium hirsutum)

The phytochrome B (PHYB) gene of Arabidopsis thaliana was introduced into cotton through Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Integration and expression of PHYB gene in cotton plants were confirmed by molecular evidence. Messenger RNA (mRNA) expression in one of the transgenic lines, QCC11, was much higher than those of control and other transgenic lines. Transgenic cotton plants showed more than a two-fold increase in photosynthetic rate and more than a four-fold increase in transpiration rate and stomatal conductance. The increase in photosynthetic rate led to a 46% increase in relative growth rate and an 18% increase in net assimilation rate. Data recorded up to two generations, both in the greenhouse and in the field, revealed that overexpression of Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene in transgenic cotton plants resulted in an increase in the production of cotton by improving the cotton plant growth, with 35% more yield. Moreover, the presence of the Arabidopsis thaliana PHYB gene caused pleiotropic effects like semi-dwarfism, decrease in apical dominance, and increase in boll size.

白头翁高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

目的：建立白头翁药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并比较了不同产地白头翁中白头翁皂苷B。含量的差异。方法：采用Agilent ZORBAXSBC18（4．6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱;乙腈（A）和水（B）为流动相,流速1．0ml／min;柱温40oc;检测波长201nm。结果：十批白头翁样品高效液相色谱指纹图谱具有一定的相似性;不同产地白头翁中白头翁皂苷B4。的含量有差异。结论：本法准确、可靠,建立的白头翁高效液相色谱指纹图谱可结合白头翁皂苷B4。含量测定用于白头翁药材的质量控制。
