Deconstruction Junction: How to Separate the Good Evidence From the Bad (From the Ugly)

In this column, the author reprises recent selections from the Lamaze International research blog, Science & Sensibility. Each selection discusses a new study that demonstrates the need to look closely at research articles to avoid being misled. Examples include new research on the effectiveness of intrapartum antibiotics for preventing early onset Group B streptococcal disease in newborns, a recent study on the incidence of infection after cesarean surgery and vaginal birth, and a new study demonstrating long-term benefits of skin-to-skin contact between the mother and infant after birth.     

基于B/S结构的实验室管理系统的研究

结合开放式实验室管理系统的建设,针对其设计与开发进行深入的研究。分析信息管理系统发展的现状和要求,探讨基于Web开发技术的开放式动态网站开发JSP和基于Windows NT平台的Web数据库开发技术。通过对主流的开发体系结构的比较,指出B/S(浏览器/服务器)模式的优势。采用三层B/S结构,设计开发了一个基于Web的开放式实验室管理的原型系统。

根据不同用户需求,采用了B/S三层体系结构,运用Java,JavaScript,SQL-Server等技术开发了基于Web的学生评教系统.并对系统的功能、体系结构、设计方法进行了详细的介绍.该系统能够对测评的结果进行统计、分析、显示和打印.通过测试,系统具有良好的运行性,在线实现了学生对教师的课堂教学质量评价.     

Improvement of Desferrioxamine B Production of Streptomyces pilosus ATCC 19797 With Use of Protease Inhibitor and Minerals Related to Its Activity

The relationship between protease and Desferal production was assayed. Experiments were performed using a cultivation of Streptomyces pilosus ATCC 19797 in soybean broth medium containing 2% soybean flour and 2% mannitol. The metabolism of the trihydroxamic acid sidrophore desferrioxamine B and protease production by a S. pilosus in nine continues days after culture were investigated as well as the effect of protease inhibitors was examined. It is found that the Desferal formation decreased with increased protease production. Also the effect of protease inhibitors and minerals in determined day of protease production in the culture medium by S. pilosus has been investigated.

BaBar实验组在→■₂～*（1430）ω衰变中观测到大的电荷不对称性.我们指出增强的张量介子发射图贡献可以解释这种不对称性.从实验结果中提取出张量介子发射图的贡献,将其应用到～0→a₂（1320）～- π～+衰变中.预言的结果比以往的理论预言要大很多.该结果将在不久的KEK-SuperB、LHCb实验中得到检验.

基于C/S、B/S结构的数字图书馆网络安全防护策略

C/S和B/S是数字图书馆网络系统常用的两种主要结构。针对两种结构的特点,特别是针对B/S结构的安全隐患,提出了数字图书馆安全防护策略。该策略保留了C/S网络结构的应用,也最大限度地扫除了B/S网络结构的安全隐患。
