脂多糖诱导内脏器官白细胞介素15mRNA的表达

目的白细胞介素15（interleukin-15,IL-15）与炎症反应的关系。方法在含兔IL-15全长编码cDNA的质粒上缺失了部份片段．构建成竞争性RT—PCR的竞争子（competitor）。研究炎症反应后IL-15基因的转录情况。结果竞争性RT-PCR结果显示,IL-15与炎症反应密切相关,且脂多糖（LPS）增加了兔子内脏器官（心脏,肺,肾脏,脾脏和肝脏）中IL-15mRNA的表达。结论LPS可以增强IL-15的免疫反应。     

Education and Italian regional development

In this paper, we study the connection between growth and human capital in a convergence regression for the panel of Italian regions. We include measures of average primary, secondary and tertiary education. We find that increased education seems to contribute to growth only in the South. Decomposing total schooling into its three constituent parts, we find that only primary education in the South seems to be important, while tertiary education seems to have a negative impact on regional growth. Our main results are robust to the inclusion of additional variables in the regression analysis and the use of an IV estimator. Overall, this study suggests that Italian growth benefited from the elimination of illiteracy in the South, mainly in the 60s. It also suggests a possible relationship between the level of development of an economy and returns to different levels of education, with Italian regions still far from being able to capture the positive returns from higher levels of education.     

An investigation of the Iranians' attitudes towards goals of education

This study investigated the attitudes of the Iranian people towards educational goals. The Ss were twelfth grade students, their parents and teachers (93, 58 and 85, respectively) from the middle class school districts of Tehran, Iran. The measure was an adaptation of the semantic differential consisting of 14 items representing educational goals of the new system of education in Iran. Thirteen bipolar adjectives were used for rating the goals.ANOVAS produced significant differences among the attitudes of the three groups against more than 6 of the 13 adjectival measures for the goals of training creative individuals, broadening people's minds, and the acquisition of knowledge, and significant differences against 12 of the 13 adjectival measures the goal of preparing the individuals for the acquisition of wealth. The Scheffe Multiple Comparison Procedure Technique showed that on most of the measures there is a close convergence between the attitudes of the students and teachers, and these two groups seem to be more idealistic in their educational views than the Iranian parents.     

盂兰盆节的宗教源流

盂兰盆节是中国古代三大传统祭祀节日之一,是有着儒释道三家文化背景的重要的宗教节日。本文试图从宗教文化的角度来分析盂兰盆节的渊源和流变。“源”的部分追溯了盂兰盆节形成的多重文化源头,探讨作为佛教节日的盂兰盆节是如何与中国固有的文化传统融合无间的;“流”的部分描述分析了盂兰盆节世俗化为民众狂欢节的过程。盂兰盆节承载着多元文化内涵,对它的研讨有助于我们更深入地了解中国宗教的独特性。     

苦味酸锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、镉与4′─硝基苯并─15─冠─5配合物的合成与表征

在乙腈─乙醇─水（2：2：1，V／V／V）的混合溶剂中制备了六种金属（锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、镉）苦味酸盐与4′─硝基苯并─15─冠─5的固态配合物，其组成为M（pic）2·2L·XH2（M＝Mn、CU，x＝2；M＝Co，Ni，Zn，Cd，x＝4；pic＝苦味酸根；L＝4′─NO2B15CS），并通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和摩尔电导对该系列配合物进行了表征。     

肿瘤相关抗原CA15-3在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义

应用免疫组织化学SP法检测胃癌组织及同一患者相应正常胃粘膜组织中CA15-3的表达情况。结果显示:20例胃癌组织中阳性表达者15例,而正常胃粘膜均为阴性。这表明CA15-3的表达与胃癌之间存在明显的相关性,CA15-3阳性表达可能是胃癌变细胞的标志之一。CA15-3阳性表达及胞浆阳性定位与与胃癌进展,浸润深度,淋巴结转移无关,但与胃癌分化程度呈负相关。     

加强和改进党的作风重在队伍建设——关于实践“三个代表“重要思想的理性思考

本文指出《中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》对加强和改进党的作风建设的极端重要性和紧迫性,对加强和改进党的作风建设的指导思想和重要任务,都作了深刻的阐述并归结为“八个坚持,八个反对”的具体要求。作者认为,执政党的作风问题是关系党和国家的生死存亡的极端重要的问题;党风是党性的外在表现,抓住作风问题由外在表现反思内在原因,做到标本兼治,取信于民。总结建党80年来的成功经验和失败教训,无不与党的作风有关;改进党的作风关键在领导,重在抓落实。抓好党的作风建设,重在队伍建设。     

"十五"期间高等教育的发展离不开产业化

十五期间，国家将继续加大对教育的投入，以适应科学技术和社会经济发展对我国人才资源提出的挑战。中国已加入WTO，中国的教育业直接面对WTO规则，我们应当借助发达国家教育产业化的成功经验，积极推行产业化。

介孔分子筛Ce-SBA-15催化合成乙酸正丁酯

采用浸渍法对SBA-15分子筛进行铈改性,制备了催化剂Ce–SBA–15。X射线衍射、透射电镜和感应耦合等离子体原子发射光谱表征结果表明铈改性后的催化剂保持SBA–15高度有序的二维六方孔道结构。将该催化剂用于合成乙酸正丁酯,考察了催化剂用量,催化剂中铈含量、醇酸摩尔比及反应时间对乙酸正丁酯酯化率的影响。确定较佳操作条件：催化剂质量分数为10%,催化剂中铈的质量分数为10.74%,醇酸摩尔比为1.5∶1,反应时间为1.5 h。催化剂重复使用试验表明Ce–SBA–15具有良好的稳定性及催化活性。
