国内外社交媒体存档研究与实践述评

[目的/意义]社交媒体是网络信息资源的重要组成部分，对国内外社交媒体存档的相关研究成果进行总结与梳理，形成比较完整的综述内容，为国内该领域研究提供参考与借鉴。[方法/过程]基于多学科视角，通过文献计量与内容分析得到社交媒体存档领域的文献分布情况，总结社交媒体存档的理论基础，从宏观层面将社交媒体存档理论与实践研究归纳为"目的与主体""政策与指南""问题与障碍"三个研究主题并展开综述。[结果/结论]国内外社交媒体存档研究具有发展速度较快、与实践结合紧密、区域发展不均衡等特征，在未来研究中需要重视研究对象的变化、管理标准的构建以及多主体间的协作。最后对国内社交媒体存档研究与实践的发展提出建议。     

Childhood adversity and the risk of substance use and delinquency: The role of protective adult relationships

Youth involved in the child welfare system experience multiple early adversities that can contribute to increased risk of substance use and delinquency. Although adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) have been associated with poorer behavioral outcomes among youth, less is known about the possible protective factors that may influence the relationship between early adversity and risk-taking behavior. This study examined whether protective adult relationships moderated the link between cumulative ACEs and substance use and delinquency after controlling for demographic characteristics in child welfare-involved youth. The sample included 1054 youth, ages 11–17, from the National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-Being II who were in the first wave of data collection. Results showed that protective adult relationships moderated the relationship between ACEs and substance use, but not for delinquency. Specifically, under lower levels of protective adult relationships, cumulative ACEs related to increased substance use among youth. Implications for child welfare practices to target youths' support systems are discussed.     

Teachers' perspectives of changes in their practice during a technology in mathematics education research project

Teachers' perception of changes to their teaching practice, with respect to digital technology use in secondary school mathematics, during their participation in a research project are reported. Two case studies are presented of teacher perspectives illustrative of the range of perceived changes teachers made to their practice and positions along the ‘path of change’ during their participation in the project. Participating in a project supportive of teacher change and resulting in perception of substantial change was necessary, but not sufficient, to meet the goal of transformative use of digital technologies to increase the level of cognitive demand experienced by students.     

Dialectics of design: how ideas of ‘good design’ change

This paper advances a first‐pass theory of change in the styling of objects of domestic utility. It is based on the idea that the expressive potential of design for the maker, the user and the designer exists in tension with other desirable properties of the designed artefact. Respectively these are mass availability, conformity to professionally‐defined ideas of good taste, and the demands of function and marketability. The theory is illustrated by reference to the emergence and subsequent dilution of three design movements; Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau and certain versions of Modernism.     

英语阅读中母语迁移的调查研究

文章通过问卷调查和访谈的方法,对三组不同英语水平且母语均为汉语的学习者进行调查研究。本研究调查了在英语阅读中母语对材料的理解、阅读的技巧、阅读的速度的作用以及学习者利用母语和把有关材料翻译成母语的情况,通过SPSS对数据进行分析,并且将不同英语水平的学习者的情况进行比较分析。结果显示,英语水平高的学习者更善于利用母语的正迁移。     

关于深化国有资源有偿使用制度改革的理论初探

在粗放型的经济增长方式下，由于我们过多地运用了行政手段来管理经济，管理国有自然资源，导致国有自然资源一直是无偿或低廉使用的。随着我国经济增长方式的根本性转变，国有资产无偿使用制度的弊端已显现，一是导致国有自然资源的收益大量流失；二是导致国有资源配置无序和扭曲。因此，深化国有资源的有偿使用制度改革，对于维护国有资源的权益，加强资源开发者的经济责任，实现资源的最优配置，加速与国际通行做法的并轨，具有极为重要的现实意义，有广为实行之必要。     

冀西北农村人力资源开发研究——关于坝上四县农村剩余劳动力合理利用模式的探讨

本研究的目的是撂讨冀西北坝上4县16万农村剩余劳动力如何在农业领域实现最佳配置和最有效利用问题。提出了"两业为主吸收"的农村劳动力合理利用模式。     

统计图形数据库参数设计方法

本文通过具体的实例,利用 2.13Ⅰ的特显命令,在dBASEⅢ PLUS下设计了一个图形数据库,为实现统计图形参数设计提供一方法。     

科技期刊编辑新媒体出版能力的培育

分析我国科技期刊编辑现状和新时期编辑职业能力的新要求,通过对出版格局的统筹策划能力、专业领域的预研判断能力、新媒体技术的开发应用能力、出版大数据的挖掘分析能力、出版实践的组织协调能力、面向国际战略的综合拓展能力等6个方面的解析,提出了当今科技期刊编辑所应具备和培养的全媒体出版的适应能力.     

植物生长调节剂在作物生产中的安全使用

植物生长调节剂已广泛应用于农作物生产中，能有效改善作物生长状况，提高产品产量和品质，但使用不当也会造成严重的药害。在实际生产中要注意安全使用植物生长调节剂，根据作物品种和使用目标，来选择植物生长调节剂的类型，严格控制浓度及施用方法、时间和次数，从而充分发挥植物生长调节剂的效果。
