教育财务管理信息系统设计

为提高学校的信息化管理水平,本文结合学校的业务需求和实际工作情况,研究并设计了适合学校的"教育财务管理信息系统",以期提高学校自身的财务管理效率,为学校的各项行政管理活动以及教学管理提供相关保障,从而促进学校更快更好地发展。本文基于软件工程面向对象的思想,采用统一建模语言UML进行财务管理系统的分析、设计和实现。     

酸浆宿萼总皂苷对小鼠免疫活性的影响

本文以干燥的酸浆宿萼为实验材料,经乙醇回流提取,并通过溶剂萃取和大孔树脂进一步分离得到酸浆宿萼皂苷(TSP)。以不同剂量TPS连续20天对正常小鼠进行灌胃,探讨了TPS对小鼠免疫活性的作用。结果表明:高剂量(40mg/m L)的TPS溶液能极显著的增加小鼠的免疫器官指数(P0.05)和巨噬细胞吞噬指数;免疫球蛋白(Ig G)含量,P0.01;改善血常规指数。而低剂量(5mg/m L)的TPS溶液对小鼠上述指标有显著的正面影响,P0.05。总体上,在实验浓度范围内,TPS具有增强小鼠免疫活性的作用且呈剂量依赖性。     

Open access to data: An ideal professed but not practised

Data-sharing is an essential tool for replication, validation and extension of empirical results. Using a hand-collected data set describing the data-sharing behaviour of 488 randomly selected empirical researchers, we provide evidence that most researchers in economics and management do not share their data voluntarily. We derive testable hypotheses based on the theoretical literature on information-sharing and relate data-sharing to observable characteristics of researchers. We find empirical support for the hypotheses that voluntary data-sharing significantly increases with (a) academic tenure, (b) the quality of researchers, (c) the share of published articles subject to a mandatory data-disclosure policy of journals, and (d) personal attitudes towards “open science” principles. On the basis of our empirical evidence, we discuss a set of policy recommendations.     

第二版《汉语大字典》引《古俗字略》疑误举例

《古俗字略》的主要工作是认同异体字,指明其间的“古”、“俗”、“通”关系。其中尽管有可取之处,但也存在不少疏漏。第二版《汉语大字典》对这些疏漏往往未加辨析就加以援引,由此造成了部分失误。举例分析并补正这些疑误,使其有益于《汉语大字典》的再次修订。     

锌对蒜根尖细胞的毒害作用

用不同浓度（１００—５００ｍ ｇ／１）的硝酸锌溶液处理蒜小鳞茎,发现随着培养时间的延长和浓度的增加,毒害加重,外观表现为根尖生长受阻,内部表现为细胞有丝分裂指数下降,而分裂细胞异常率增高。分裂细胞异常主要表现为染色体粘连,染色体解体,微核及核解体等,但锌对蒜的毒害作用明显低于镉和铅     

Improving Writing Skills of Thai EFL Students by Recognition of and Compensation for Factors of L 1 to L2 Negative Transfer

In this study, we examined the likelihood of a TAME （extended technology acceptance model）, in which the interrelationships among computer self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, intention to use and self-reported use of computer-mediated technology were tested. In addition, the gender- and age-invariant of its causal structure were evaluated. The data were collected from a self-reported questionnaire administered to 477 administrative staff of a public university in Malaysia. The results of structural equation modeling supported the adequacy of TAME. Although the TAME＇s causal structure was applicable to both male and female staff, age group appeared to moderate the structural relationships among the constructs of interest.     

The birth of a new industry: entry by start-ups and the drivers of firm growth: The case of encryption software

The paper analyses the birth of the encryption software industry (ESI), a new niche in the software industry. Using a Chandlerian perspective, this work reports the main facts about firm entry and growth, with a particular focus on start-up strategies and actions.Since scale economies do not play a major role in ESI, the paper investigates the different sources of firm competitive advantages.This work shows that innovation and product differentiation, along with investments in co-specialised assets, are variables strongly correlated to young firm probability to survive and grow. In doing so, we have collected highly detailed information on product introduction, US patents granted, worldwide alliances and biographical data of firm founders.     

母语提纲对大一学生二语写作的影响

英语新四级考试作文主要以英语题目加母语提纲为出题方式,大一学生在写作时是否受到母语提纲的负迁移影响？本文将通过对比两个非英语专业的大一班级按照同一题目不同提纲（母语提纲和英语提纲）写的课堂作文,探讨母语提纲对学生作文的影响。     

How should cultural diversity be measured? An application using the French publishing industry

Despite the lack of a clear definition of the concept, “cultural diversity” has remained a core issue for more than a decade (WTO, UNESCO, etc.). The aim of this paper is to begin to fill this gap. We argue that cultural diversity is a multi-dimensional concept and that accurate metrics must rely on three criteria: variety, balance and disparity. We also stress that supplied and consumed diversity have to be distinguished. We apply this set of multiple measures of diversity to publishing data for France over the period 1990–2003. Our main result is that the situation of the publishing industry in terms of cultural diversity is highly dependent on the dimension considered. Hence, diversity increases when variety is the sole consideration, whereas taking balance or disparity into account leads to the opposite conclusion. This issue raises a series of questions about the use of diversity measures in a policy debate concerned with furthering cultural diversity.

二语习得的关键期假说及对外语教学的启示

本文回顾了20世纪60年代以来对二语习得关键期的研究,从赞成派和反对派两方面为此理论提供依据,并指出第三种可能:二语习得可能存在多重关键期,即存在多个关键期在不同时期影响语言习得的不同方面。指出成人外语教学应实施不同的教学策略,利用成人外语学习的优势采用相应的教学方法,以达到最佳的学习效果。
