山东省科技报告制度建设的实践探讨

首先简要介绍我国科技报告制度建设进展情况以及面临的重要机遇和挑战,从制度体系建设、基础条件建 设、平台建设、工作推进等4个方面系统阐述和分析山东省科技报告工作进展和成效,并指出当前工作中存在的不足和 问题。然后针对不足和问题,从健全政策法规体系、建立科学工作机制、加大培训力度 、建立质量控制和奖惩机制以 及强化超前意识等5 个方面提出建议和对策,以期更好地改进和推进山东省科技报告制度建设。     

高职院校《人才培养工作质量年度报告》浅析

2012年11月,全国共有200多所高等职业学院、20个省（直辖市、自治区）和新疆生产建设兵团参与公开发布《人才培养工作质量年度报告》,它是落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》的要求。但此报告存在报告形式趋同,报告内容报喜多报忧少,忽视受众需求等问题。需要进一步规范与完善,才能充分发挥它的功能与价值。

在灾区一线做灾情报道时,是救死扶伤,还是坚持报道,往往成为记者面临的两难问题。在灾难报道中把握道德维度,能带来道德进步,可以唤醒媒体良知,也有助于理性传播。同时,在最小伤害原则下,记者的本职就是报道事实;在知情同意原则下,记者的采访应当征询对方同意;为聚焦真相,不要让记者成为新闻的焦点;为回归公利,不要让镜头移植煽情的商业利益。

International Cooperation and Globalization of the Magazine Industry in China

The cooperation of Chinese and foreign magazine publishers started from 1981, featured by Computer World. However, the much more influential copyright cooperation should be the publication in Shanghai of ELLE in 1988 and the cooperation between Trends Publications and Hearst Corporation in 1998. In August 2005, working together with China Pictorial Press, VOGUE published VOGUE China in China and this can be regarded as the most influential fashion magazine. The present situation of Chinese periodical market shows that the main competition is between foreign and native capital. To some extent, the global publishers working with Chinese publishers present several areas of concern, danger and risk. In the context of globalization, what we should do is find the common points and how to integrate external business methods, not only chasing profit in a single way and only pursue immediate capital gains.     

典型报道中须注意的问题--以刘文功典型报道为例

刘文功典型报道是近两年公安战线典型的报道中较为成功的案例之一。以此为例提出了典型报道中应该注意的几个问题：实事求是写典型，防止片面性和绝对化；分析受众树典型，防止大众传播负效果；真情细节立典型，防止报道思维模式化。     

A guide for the perplexed: Scientific educational research, methodolatry, and the gold versus platinum standards

The paper opens by characterizing recent discourse about empirical educational research as the “new Babel”-critics, using different theoretical vocabularies and making different deep assumptions about the nature of social life, are failing to communicate with each other. After locating some of the critical positions on a left-right continuum, the main discussion focusses upon the end of this continuum where there are located the recent attempts to restore rigor to educational research by using the so-called “gold standard” of randomized field trials. It is argued that positions at this end of the continuum misrepresent the nature of science, and some examples are briefly mentioned in order to covey the point that it is fruitful to view scientists as making convincing cases, cases that appeal to a wide variety of evidence. This assessment of scientific cases is called the “platinum standard”.     

地方科技报告制度建设探究

为推动地方科技报告制度建设的不断完善,从出台政策文件、呈交科技报告、设立专业机构、推进宣贯培 训、建设管理系统、开展相关研究6个方面,对地方科技报告制度建设进展情况进行整理分析。根据科技报告制度建设 实践经验,提出目前地方科技报告制度建设中存在的问题,包括政策制度不健全、标准规范格式不统一、呈交质量参 差不齐、共享服务方式不明确等,并从科技报告的培训与撰写、呈交与审核、共享与服务3 个角度给出相关建议。
