The blockchain is considered to be the potential driver of the digital economy. The Blockchain technology outweighs the challenges associated with the traditional transaction business governed and regulated by the third trusted party. There is a growth in the interest among the researchers, the industry, and the academia to study and leverage the potential of Blockchain. Blockchain provides a decentralized and distributed public ledger for all the participating parties. Though it seems that blockchain is a viable choice and solution for all the centralized governed and regulated transactions (in digital online space), it has potential challenges that need to be resolved; opportunities to be explored, and applications to be studied. This paper utilizes a systematic literature review to study several research endeavors made in the domain of blockchain. To further research on blockchain adoption, the paper theoretically constructs an integrated framework of the blockchain innovation adoption process in an organization considering organizational and user acceptance perspectives. This would facilitate its widespread adoption, thereby achieving sustained leadership solutions. The paper offers 23 propositions to information systems (IS)/information management (IM) scholars with respect to innovation characteristics, organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, and user acceptance characteristics. Further, the paper explores several areas of future research and directions that can provide deep insights for overcoming challenges and for the adoption of blockchain technology.  相似文献

As a core organizational resource, business processes are vital for organizational teams. To deal with today’s volatile business environment, organizations need to be ambidextrous in terms of process capabilities. However, little is known about how process ambidexterity, process standardization, and process agility, are enabled by information technology (IT) and related to team-level activities. To fill this gap in the literature, we conducted a field study based on 160 teams of 1081 individuals from seven companies in South Korea. Our results show that IT enables both process standardization and agility, and that a team’s process ambidexterity has a positive effect on inter-team coordination and team innovation, which in turn have a direct impact on team performance. Our findings highlight the importance of process ambidexterity by investigating the enabling role of IT and its outcomes in a team. Our results offer theoretical and practical implications from the perspective of team process ambidexterity.  相似文献

No amount of crystal ball gazing may help us fathom the full impact of the Covid-19 (C-19) crisis on business organizations in a distinct manner. Given the lack of precedence, any such analyses seem to demand routine revisions as we progress further up the “number of infected” curve. Most countries of the world have imposed restrictions on social congregations or even people working in close proximity to each other. Industries that produce and deliver information products and services therefore, have continued to function while those that manufacture physical products especially labor-intensive firms were forced to minimize operations or temporarily shut down. However, in most countries, physical products which were essential in nature were reluctantly permitted to be manufactured given the need for them in people’s everyday life. In this viewpoint, I draw upon three dimensions – information intensity of product/service, information intensity of process/value chain; along with a third dimension – essential nature of the product/service to help understand the immediate implications of C-19. I also present some anecdotal evidences of attempts to alter business models in these circumstances in order to address the challenges that certain product characteristics impose but at the same capitalize on the business opportunities presented by the essentiality of the products.  相似文献

Our research is a response to the need to improve the understanding of the complexity of global professional communication. To investigate the complex cultural interpretations that producers and audiences apply to professional texts, we developed a two-year interactive project. Business students in New Zealand and Israel produced promotional “texts” – video clips to promote a university program – which they exchanged with their counterparts overseas to receive feedback. We adapted models of home-made visual communication and advertising which used the categories of participants, settings, topics, and style, to analyze the eight clips. Emergent findings suggested two more categories – information and language – as important analytical tools. Variables of age, gender, intra- and intercultural differences, and (cultural) context also resulted in student audiences’ multiple interpretations of the texts. The outcomes indicate the need to extend the culture-in-context approach for a “situation focused communication approach,” where the primary focus is a group of producers and their audience as they produce and interpret a professional text. This approach also foregrounds contextual variables and a plural understanding of culture to accommodate the potential for miscommunication of business and professional texts in pluricultural contexts.  相似文献

本文根据研究区域的自然环境特征,在GIS支持下,通过单因子分析和多因子综合评价相结合,对研究区域土壤盐渍化敏感性进行了评价,明确了土壤盐渍化敏感性分布规律及其地域差异。结果表明,研究区域土壤盐渍化危险性较严重—敏感性区域主要以中度敏感性、轻度敏感性为主,其中土壤盐渍化重度敏感区面积占绿洲总面积的15%,中度敏感区占31%,轻度敏感区占30%;不敏感区面积占35%;从整个研究区来看,盐渍化敏感性的分布呈现出以下特点:一是盐渍化危险性区域,尤其是中度、重度敏感区域呈大面积区域性分布,轻度敏感性区域呈片状或斑点状断续分布;二是盐渍化危险性东部高于西部,南部高于北部的趋势。  相似文献

水利事业发展进入新时代,对加快建设一支高素质专业化人才队伍提出更高的要求,然而我国人才评价机制存在一些问题,严重束缚人才的作用发挥。从专业技术人才的概念入手,分析人才评价研究现状及现存问题,构建包括品德、知识、能力、业绩和贡献在内的水利工程专业技术人才评价指标体系,针对不同类别人才设置评价侧重指标。运用ANP-模糊综合评价法搭建人才分类评价模型,借助Super Decision等软件计算各指标权重及评价结果,以此来评价和审视水利人才具有的综合素质,为水利人才的分类评价工作的可操作性提供依据。  相似文献

摘要:过去,我国学校体育教育评价方式是“重结果,轻过程”,不符合现代教育理念,也不利于学校体育的可持续发展。本研究以高校体育教学评价方式的改革为出发点,力图从我国传统文化和现代体育思想“过程哲学”中寻找理论依据。运用文献资料法,从过程哲学的视角,对我国传统文化与现代体育教育理念的契合进行研究。经过查阅文献发现:早在2000多年前,我国的先哲们就完整地提出了“过程哲学”,并运用到了体育领域,现代体育教育的理念也特别强调体育教育是一个“过程历练”。传统与现代契合的“过程哲学”,为我们转变学校体育的教育理念、评价方式和追求目标,提供了哲学依据。本研究得出结论:体育是运动不息的过程哲学,是完善身心的过程历练,是追求更高智慧的过程文化。为此,现代学校体育应确立过程性评价理念,注重学生身心文化的培育,重视学生终身体育习惯的培养。  相似文献

以健康行动过程取向理论为理论背景,对644名在校大学生进行教育干预实验研究.干预措施包括课堂和课下指导、微信等即时通信工具宣传、发放健康行为宣传册等,干预时间为10周.在干预前后共进行了两次问卷调查、三次身体素质测试.结果:①根据HAPA阶段划分,大学生大部分处于健康锻炼行为无意向和意向阶段,仅有14.1%处于行动阶段;②干预对大学生锻炼行为意向水平和体育锻炼等级具有积极影响;③干预对大学生身体素质整体水平有积极影响;④锻炼自我效能作为社会认知变量在健康行为过程取向理论的各个阶段都发挥重要作用.建议通过提高个体锻炼自我效能感和制订合适的锻炼计划增加大学生中参加有规律的体育锻炼人数比例.  相似文献
