Closing the Gap: Fostering Successful Research‐Practice Partnerships in Counselor Education

Research‐practice partnerships offer counselor educators an opportunity to generate scholarship that can promote client welfare and create systemic change in practice and policy. The purpose of this article is to articulate strategies for building and sustaining research‐practice partnerships, as well as suggest methods for evaluating these partnerships.

溅射法在不同O2／Ar比例下制备HfO2薄膜

作为一种性能稳定的绝缘体,HfO2在电子、光学以及能量相关的领域中有着重要的应用。在本工作中,我们使用反应溅射方法在不同O2／Ar比例下制备了HfO2薄膜。XRD结果显示,O2／At比例并不能明显的影响样品的结构。通过Debye—Schener公式估计,样品由纳米晶粒组成。在O2／Ar比例为0．06（功率12W）时制备的样品最接近化学配比。在可见光区域,样品具有很好的透光率,T〉85％。明显的吸收发生在波长小于220nm时。通过Tauc公式可以估算出,样品的带隙在5．051到5．547eV范围内变化。     

Effects of curricular emphasis in college on the GRE and its impact on the gender gap in performance

Previous research has indicated positive relations between a curricular emphasis during college and improvements in GRE performance for content that matches that emphasis. However, measurement issues and a lack of a theoretical approach have contributed to a lack of precision and detail in the estimates of the relation between college experiences and performance for relevant content. In the current study, we hypothesized that differences in training between students majoring in math related majors and students majoring in reading and writing related majors would be differentially related to the size of the changes on GRE performance. Further, we hypothesized the gender gap in GRE-Quant performance would be reduced when the higher likelihood of males majoring in math related majors was modelled. The expert performance approach was used to develop three path models (including curricular emphasis, college grade performance, previous performance on the SAT, and gender) to compare the effects of the relation of a curricular emphasis in math on GRE-Quant performance to the effects of the relation of an emphasis in reading and writing on GRE-Verbal performance. The results indicated support for our predictions that a math course emphasis was related to larger GRE performance gains and that gender differences in curricular emphasis during college partially mediated the large gender gap in GRE-Quant performance. Additionally, higher grade performance average was found to positively predict GRE performance with college experiences and previous performance statistically controlled. Implications for the relation between training accrued during college courses and changes in GRE performance are discussed.     

英语口语交流中信息差的成因剖析

口语交流中,信息差是一个普遍存在的现象。信息差影响着人们的言语交流,影响着人们彼此间的理解和信任。文章分析了口语交流中信息差的概念内涵,进而从语音、语义、语用三个层面出发,分别对其可能产生的信息差及其成因作了探讨,为英语口语教学提供了新的视角。     

技术差距、知识产权保护与经济增长——基于跨国数据的实证分析

实证分析显示,当一国技术水平接近技术前沿时,严格的知识产权保护有利于经济增长,相反则会阻碍经济增长。不同发展阶段的国家,符合本国经济利益的知识产权保护程度是不一样的。在发展中国家相关工作不断取得进展的前提下,评价其知识产权状况应该采取相对较低的标准。     

我国女子100米栏与世界先进水平差距致因及训练对策

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、对比分析法等方法,以作者本人(多哈亚运会、第十届、十一届全运会女子100m栏冠军获得者)及我国其他部分优秀女子100m栏运动员为研究对象,研究其多年训练及比赛过程;同时,以世界先进水平运动员为参照系,分析了我国女子100米栏与世界先进水平差距的致因为:整体实力不够且近几年呈逐渐下滑趋势;速度素质成为影响成绩的主要因素之一;对力量素质中的核心力量如髋关节力量训练不够;专项速度耐力较差。提高我国女子100米栏水平的对策主要有:全面更新训练理念;重新划分训练周期;重视准备活动与恢复训练;提高教练员的整体水平;改进训练方法,重视发展柔韧素质与速度耐力训练;大幅增加与世界优秀运动员同场竞技的机会。

Abstract

This paper identifies the different types of health science libraries located in various organizations engaged in research, education and training, administration and programme implementation relating to health and family welfare. These medical libraries have been grouped into four categories namely research, academic, medical and hospital, based on the functions of the organization/institution to which they are attached. Based on an all India survey, the resources, such as documents, manpower, finances and equipment of 248 health science libraries belonging to the allopathy system (modern medicine) have been examined. Basic library services, such as reference, current awareness, bibliography, MEDLARS/MEDLINE, abstracting/indexing, and photocopying have been studied. The information collected on various indices relating to medical library resources have been analysed and presented, indicating their strengths and weaknesses. The survey indicated a significant imbalance among the resources held and services rendered. Some measures for the improvement of the existing resources, services and their utilization have been suggested.     

融入与“断连”:老年群体ICT使用的学术话语框架分析

本文通过对国内有关老年群体信息传播技术(ICT)使用的学术话语展开框架分析,阐释了框架的建构及其背后的预设。分析发现,既有研究的话语框架倾向于将老年群体的"断连"(disconnect)行为问题化,强调数字融入的积极影响和断开连接的负面影响,并将问题归因为老年群体对技术的恐惧和新媒体素养的匮乏,呼吁通过文化反哺等社会干预策略让老年群体"跑步"进入数字化。本文提出将"断连"视为一种文化现象加以考察,探寻其中所编织的意义之网,丰富老年群体的信息传播技术使用的面向。此外,置身于无处不在的"连接文化"之中,应当营造一个对老年群体更为友好的基础设施环境与语言环境,在公共生活中提供多种选择的可能。
