教育技术学专业人才实践能力培养策略研究

教育技术学是建立在实践应用基础上的学科,其人才实践能力的培养是人才培养的重中之重。本文在探讨实践能力的内涵、特征的基础上,结合我院多年来的教学实践,提出了“‘知行合一’的培养取向,建构内容关联且分层的理论与实践课程体系,完善校内外实训基地,运用灵活而适宜的教学策略选择原则,构建适情的实践组织形式,确立‘促进学生发展’的评价机制”等实践能力培养新策略,对学生实践能力的提升做了新尝试。     

对河南省城乡7-18岁学生身体素质的分析研究

通过对1991- -2000年河南省7-18岁学生身体素质的三次体质调研结果的分析,发现除15-18岁男女学生立定跳远、7-12岁乡村男生斜身引体、13-18岁女生仰卧起坐有明显提高外,其余指标均有不同程度的下降,其中男女学生柔韧、耐力素质严重下降.针对学生身体素质所存在的问题,为河南省21世纪的学校体育卫生工作及各级学校素质教育工作的开展提供帮助.     

English language teaching and whole school professional development in Tanzania

This paper reports a two-year in-depth qualitative enquiry into English language teaching in a typical primary school in an economically disadvantaged ward of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The research found that modest but significant changes to teachers’ pedagogy, practice and understanding of the teaching of English could be achieved. One of the most important changes was the teachers’ increased understanding of the benefits of engaging learners in a greater range of interaction styles. Another important change was greater understanding of the importance of communicative intent and semantics in the teaching of English. The whole school approach to teacher development, including the research team's sustained engagement with the head teacher of the school, was an important context for the changes to practice.     

教育信息化可持续发展能力建设问题

教育部发布的《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)》作为一份明确我国教育信息化未来十年建设和发展思路的指导性、纲领性文件,将"教育信息化可持续发展能力建设行动"列为"中国数字教育2020"行动计划的5项行动内容之一。教育信息化可持续发展能力是保障我国教育信息化持续、快速发展的重要依托,其构成包括教育技术能力培训体系、教育信息化研究支持体系、后备人才培养体系和教育信息化标准规范体系等。教育信息化可持续发展能力建设内容主要是:实施各级各类学校信息化人员的教育技术能力培训,推广应用教育信息化标准,建立教育信息化技术支持体系和研究、服务体系,开展创新性的试验研究和自主知识产权的技术开发,通过设置一系列课程、建设专门人才培养基地,造就一批引领教育信息化发展的研究队伍和实践人才。教育信息化可持续发展能力建设行动计划着力于解决教育信息化的基础性、共性问题,需要各级政府科学规划、制定方针政策,省级政府统筹推进、创新机制吸引企业参与和社会参与,各级各类学校以实际需求为导向促进应用。     

Networked Activism and the Broken Multiplex: Exploring Fractures in the Resistance Performance Paradigm

The current research explored a new social movement network in the northeastern United States in order to build on past research concerning a Resistance Performance Paradigm (RPP). In particular, I found that the network in the northeastern community displayed characteristics of RPP but did not construct a “multiplex” of coordinated resistance as had emerged in past RPP research. I interviewed 20 activists in order to assess how the northeastern network was different from previous RPP research, and whether such differences accounted for the lack of a multiplex of coordinated resistance. The interviews revealed that the network was fractured over (a) what issues to address and (b) how to approach/protest any such issues. Further data analysis revealed that the fractures stemmed in part from activists' uncertainty about a listserv used by all of the activists in the network. Such findings constitute an additional characteristic of RPP: the capacity of a network to efficiently circulate narratives to all points in a network.

Science and medicine of rowing: A review

The biology and medicine of rowing are briefly reviewed. Effort in a 2000 -m race is about 70% aerobic. Because the boat (and in some instances a cox) must be propelled, successful competitors are very tall, with a large lean mass and aerobic power. Large hearts may lead to erroneous diagnoses of a cardiomyopathy. Large respiratory minute volumes must be developed by chest muscles that are also involved in rowing. The vital capacity is typically large, and breathing becomes entrained. Expiration cannot be slowed relative to inspiration (as normally occurs at high rates of ventilation) and the limiting flow velocity may be reached, with the potential for airway collapse. Performance is strongly related to the power output at the ‘anaerobic threshold’, and lactate measures provide a guide to an appropriate intensity of endurance training. Peak blood lactate levels are higher in males (commonly 11–19 mmol·l -1 and occasionally as high as 25 mmol·l -1) than in females (9–11 mmol·l -1), probably because males have a greater muscle mass in relation to blood volume. The skeletal muscles are predominantly slow twitch in type, developing an unusual force and power at low contraction velocities. Many rowers have a suboptimal diet, eating excessive amounts of fat. Lightweight rowers also have problems of weight cycling. Aerobic power and muscle endurance often change by 10% over the season, but such fluctuations can be largely avoided by a well-designed winter training programme. Injuries include back and knee problems, tenosynovitis of the wrist and, since the introduction of large blades, fractures of the costae.

随着高职院校人才培养工作水平评估的深入,教师教学能力的发展面临挑战.青年教师是高职院校教学工作的中坚力量,他们的教学能力直接影响教学质量和效果.作者通过对某一高职院校外语系开展"说课"教研活动的跟踪调查,认为"说课"能促进高职院校青年英语教师教学能力的提高.     

Managing open incremental process innovation: Absorptive Capacity and distributed learning

In this conceptual article, we extend earlier work on Open Innovation and Absorptive Capacity. We suggest that the literature on Absorptive Capacity does not place sufficient emphasis on distributed knowledge and learning or on the application of innovative knowledge. To accomplish physical transformations, organisations need specific Innovative Capacities that extend beyond knowledge management. Accessive Capacity is the ability to collect, sort and analyse knowledge from both internal and external sources. Adaptive Capacity is needed to ensure that new pieces of equipment are suitable for the organisation's own purposes even though they may have been originally developed for other uses. Integrative Capacity makes it possible for a new or modified piece of equipment to be fitted into an existing production process with a minimum of inessential and expensive adjustment elsewhere in the process. These Innovative Capacities are controlled and coordinated by Innovative Management Capacity, a higher-order dynamic capability.
