临床药学专业本科生培养方案的思考与探索——以河南大学药学院为例

随着国家医疗政策的改革,临床药师已成为医院急需的药学服务型人才。本文结合我国国内临床药学专业人才培养的现状,对河南大学药学院临床药学专业本科教育的培养方案进行了思考,期望能促进本学科的发展。     

省级英语骨干教师继续教育特点剖析

近年来有关继续教育的研究已经从开始时的关注培训目标、培训模式等方面向关注培训对象的特点方面转移。如果将提高教师自我可持续发展能力作为继续教育的一个重要目标的话,那么当前教师们的自我反思意识和反思能力处在什么状态就特别值得关注。以某省英语骨干教师继续教育过程中学员的部分课堂练习为原始素材,进行解剖分析,发现在职英语教师有着案例意识不强、应试教育意识过重、自我学习的经验和课堂教学的指导思想不相一致,以及过于关注传统教学步骤等典型特点。     

基于国际临床指南引用论文的中国研究影响力评价--以呼吸病学为例

[目的/意义]学术成果被国际临床指南引用,作为追踪学术成果应用到临床实践的一种重要指标,已用于多个国家科技评价中衡量医学研究影响力。但我国尚未有研究探讨医学领域研究成果被临床指南引用情况及论文特征。[方法/过程]本研究以呼吸病学领域为例,采用专家咨询法确定国际临床指南,通过背对背方式对论文被指南引用性质和研究类型进行注释,应用文献计量法对引用情感、引用论文的年龄、研究类型等被引论文特征进行分析。[局限]本研究仅分析了成功被临床指南引用的论文,而已经发表的与分析指南所涵盖的主题潜在相关但未在临床指南中引用的论文数量尚未得知。[结果/结论]结果发现临床指南引用的论文知识周期中值时间为4年,93.55%为临床研究,100%为正面引用和中性引用,13.86%发表在影响因子在10分以上的期刊,51.49%被基金资助,63.89%为国内合作。本研究所揭示的指南引用论文特征将为提高我国临床医学研究影响力提供一定的参考依据。     

素描写生中观察与表现的矛盾统一

素描造型写生训练过程是观察与表现的矛盾统一体。本文从理论与实践结合的角度上阐明了整体观察与整体表现、整体观察与局部表现、局部观察与局部表现之间的走系，对加强素描写生教学具有很大的指导意义。     

Finnish students’ reasons for their achievement in classroom activities: focus on features that support self-regulated learning

The aim of this study was to investigate how finnish students explain factors that contribute to their achievement in classroom learning activities and whether these factors are related to support of self-regulated learning (SRL) in classroom. Over seven weeks, 24 primary school students were videotaped during their typical classroom activities in 28 lessons to capture moments when they succeeded in learning tasks. From the video observations, 62 episodes were edited and used in stimulated recall interviews in which students were asked to report the reasons they related to their achievement in learning situations. Data-driven content analysis was used to analyse the open-ended interview data. The video observation data were analysed and sorted into theory-driven categories in order to find out how SRL was supported in classrooms. The results showed that students describe achievement through the actions that they took in the learning situations, such as being able accomplish the task. The reasons given for their achievement dealt with ability to accomplish the tasks or doing academic activities in order to achieve in the task. Furthermore, the students recognised classroom activities that support SRL, acknowledging their contribution to their achievement, mostly through the support that they received from their teachers and peers.     

境界创造浅论

王国维认为诗词的本质是境界,而境界的创造首先要创作主体能观物、观我,对物、我两个审美静观的对象做到洞然于心。创作主体在静观之时要善入善出,入则体物体情能真而切,出则能写之。这是境界创造的酝酿阶段。境界的创作王国维特别强调“真”,一是所写是自己的真实感受,二是要忠实自然的表达;这要求创作主体要做“赤子”。在具体创作时,王国维提出“不隔”的标准,以之衡量语言、用典、借用境界等问题,反时不真切的借用语言典故和境界。王国维的境界创造论是中西文艺理论结合的成果。

激肽释放酶是一种内切蛋白酶。由于它具有一定的药理、生理作用,已被广泛用于临床。本文概述了激肽释放酶的结构、性质、活力测定、制备及临床应用等内容。     

Preschool teachers communicating values to children

This empirical study aims to find if and how preschool teachers communicate values they consider important for children to learn in preschool. The study is a part of a Nordic research project on values education in Nordic preschools. Values are understood as desirable principles that guide human actions. Theoretically, the study draws on a sociocultural perspective and Habermas’ theory of communicative action. The data consists of approximately 17?h of video observations of communication between preschool teachers and children. Two episodes were chosen for further analysis and in-depth discussion. Care, respect, and discipline had been agreed on as important values to communicate to preschool children. The preschool teachers used different approaches to communicate these values, depending on their professional and personal backgrounds. The values were communicated implicitly rather than explicitly. The study contributes to research on values education in the ECE and gives reasons for reflection on the practices of preschool teachers.

结合多年来的气象学实验教学经验,在分析云的形成及其与大气运动的关系等内容基础上,提出了云天观测教学应当采用的教学方法。

学前教育专业实践教学模式要体现教学理念的先进性、技能的适用性、设计的情景性、手段的现代性。实践教学中,可采取“能力构建,评价导向”、“现场观摩,即时反馈”、“微格训练”、“双线交叉”等模式。
