城市建设投资有限公司作为政府融资平台对地方经济起着一定的积极作用。但随着公司不断发展,越来越多的问题逐渐暴露出来。城市建设投资有限公司今后如何规范化、市场化转型,进而实现可持续发展更显得尤为重要,应对和解决这些问题便成为了当务之急。     

Workplace Relationship Quality and Employee Information Experiences

This study examined the extent to which the amount and quality of work‐related information employees received was associated with the quality of their relationships with peer co‐workers and their immediate supervisors. Results indicated that supervisor–subordinate relationship quality was positively related to both the amount and quality of information employees received from their immediate supervisor. In addition, employees’ proportions of information peer relationships were negatively related, and their proportions of collegial peer relationships were positively related, to the quality of information they received from their co‐workers. Regression analyses also indicated that the quality of information employees received from their supervisors and co‐workers was positively related to their job satisfaction and commitment to the organization.     

Difficulties in co‐opting a complex sign: Our Lady of Guadalupe as a site of semiotic struggle and entanglement

The Cult of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the product of appropriations authored by both the Aztecs and the Roman Catholic Church, has served as a tool of empowerment, dominion, and accommodation. Central to this contested cult is an indigenous reinvention of the Virgin Mary that is simultaneously index, icon, and symbol. This study demonstrates the difficulties in attempting to selectively appropriate the desirable features of such a sign while excluding those deemed undesirable. In attempting to appropriate certain features of the Virgin it deemed desirable, the authors argue, the Church also annexed aspects of the Aztec religious tradition at odds with the teachings of Catholicism. While Catholicism's attempt to co‐opt this Virgin extended the influence of the institutional Catholic Church, the authors suggest, it also undermined the integrity of the faith the Church promotes by fostering a form of popular Catholicism contrary to the teachings and practices of orthodox Catholicism. This study is grounded in data obtained through interviews conducted with pilgrims in the vicinity of the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe immediately prior to, during, and after the Virgin's annual feastday (December 12). The authors also draw upon anthropological, historical, and religious studies scholarship to make sense of the pilgrims’ beliefs and place them within the broader historical and religious contexts in which they operate.

可见光谱法研究铜锌超氧化物歧化酶与精氨酸钴(Ⅱ)的相互作用

采用可见光谱（ＶＩＳ）及酶活性测定等方法,研究铜锌超氧化歧化酶 （Ｃｕ_２Ｚｎ_２ＳＯＤ）与精氨酸钴（Ⅱ）（Ｃｏ（Ａｒｇ）ｎ）的直接相互作用以及外加精氨酸钻（Ⅱ）的量、溶液ｐＨ值对此类相互作用的影响．结果发现：在水溶液中原酶活性中心处的Ｚｎ（Ⅱ）离子可被外加的精氨酸钻（Ⅱ）部分诱导、交换出来,而溶液中外加的 Ｃｏ（Ａｒｇ）ｎ中的 Ｃｏ（ Ⅱ）进入酶的活性中心,形成“Ｃｏ－ＳＯＤ”酶衍生物,并相应影响了酶的催化活性．与此同时,外加精氨酸钴（Ⅱ）的量、溶液ｐＨ值对此类相互作用进行有重要的影响．     

神龙汽车有限公司零件流库存控制策略研究

探讨了作为典型制造业企业的神龙汽车有限公司在不同的供应模式下的库存控制策略，并提出了库存分析的一般方法。     

铱钴涂层钛阳极的组织结构与析氧性能

通过热分解法在制备了不同摩尔配比的IrCo氧化物涂层,并通过XRD分析了涂层的组织结构,通过循环伏安,析氧电位及强化寿命测试研究了 Ti 基 IrCo 涂层的电催化活性.结果表明,Co组元的添加可以明显细化活性组元 IrO2 的晶粒,有效降低涂层的析氧电位,当 w(Co)=30%铱钴涂层比纯铱涂层的强化寿命提高了40%.     

改革背景下传统企业O2O电子商务发展对策研究——以广西农垦集团有限责任公司为例

当前,广西农垦在改革中迎来了发展的黄金期。“加快发展‘互联网+现代农业’、发展冷链物流、电子商务、连锁经营等流通新业态”作为广西农垦改革发展的重要举措被摆在了一个突出的位置。作为一家传统企业,广西农垦在推动电子商务发展方面面临着经营销售模式比较单一、电子商务平台及物流配送体系不健全、专业人才储备不足等诸多问题。针对这一现状,从科学选择电子商务发展模式、构建基于“互联网+农场+追溯+生鲜”O2O社区模式等方面提出针对性建议,为促进广西农垦的改革与发展提供有益借鉴。     

锂离子电池正极材料纳米Co_3O_4的合成技术研究

介绍了国内外纳米Co3O4成技术的进展状况,提出了Co3O4研究过程中要注意的问题,讨论了液相法生产纳米Co3O4过程中存在的主要问题及解决办法.     

非晶态Co（Ni）－B合金催化剂的TPD－MS研究

用化学还原法制备了非晶态合金催化剂Ｎｉ－Ｂ、Ｃｏ－Ｂ和Ｃｏ－Ｎｉ－Ｂ．合金的非晶性质由Ｘ射线衍射（ＸＲＤ）及透射电子显微镜（ＴＥＭ）鉴定．组成用电感耦合等离子发射光谱（ＩＣＰ）分析．在高真空程序升温脱附质谱（ＴＰＤ－ＭＳ）装置上研究了ＣＯ、Ｈ２在三种催化剂上的吸附及ＣＯ和Ｈ２的表面反应（ＴＰＳＲ）．发现ＣＯ和Ｈ２在三种催化剂上分别有二种和一种吸附态，吸附强度和二种吸附态的数目在不同合金上有较大差异．ＣＯ加氢反应的主要产物是ＣＨ４、ＣＯ２和Ｈ２Ｏ，其中ＣＯ在催化剂表面上的解离是反应的控制步骤．
