The purpose of the present study was to identify the mediating effects of emotion regulation on the association between cumulative childhood trauma and behavior problems in sexually abused children in Korea, using structural equation modeling (SEM). Data were collected on 171 children (ages 6–13 years) referred to a public counseling center for sexual abuse in Seoul, Korea. Cumulative childhood traumas were defined on the basis of number of traumas (physical abuse, witnessing domestic violence, neglect, traumatic separation from parent, and sexual abuse) and the severity and duration of traumas. Children were evaluated by their parents on emotion regulation using the Emotion Regulation Checklist and internalizing and externalizing behavior problems using the Korean-Child Behavior Checklist. SEM analyses confirmed the complete mediation model, in which emotion dysregulation fully mediates the relationship between cumulative childhood traumas and internalizing/externalizing behavior problems. These findings indicate that emotion regulation is an important mechanism that can explain the negative effects of cumulative childhood traumas and that there is a need to focus on emotion regulation in sexually abused children exposed to cumulative trauma.  相似文献

More than 60% of college students admit to trying smoking (Rigotti, Lee, & Wechsler, 2000 Rigotti , N. , Lee , J. E. , & Wechsler , H. ( 2000 ). To reduce this number, researchers have attempted to determine factors influencing smoking behaviors. However, studies about communicative acts related to smoking intentions and behaviors, which may be factors, are lacking. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior, this study hypothesized that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control regarding communicating about smoking would be positively associated with behavioral intentions to engage in such communication. It was found that students' attitudes toward communicating about smoking were positively associated with behavioral intention, but perceived behavioral control and subjective norms concerning smoking-related communication behaviors were not associated with behavioral intention.  相似文献

This study used the Theory of Planned Behavior as a guide to investigate college students' discussions with their peers about sexual health-related topics. Two hundred thirty-one undergraduates from a large university completed a questionnaire that assessed their comfort level discussing sexual health-related issues, the topics discussed, and the sex of the discussion partners. Some of the topics most frequently discussed included birth control, condoms, sexually transmitted diseases, and resources. Although a majority of the participants felt comfortable talking with both males and females, participants felt more comfortable discussing with their own gender than the opposite gender, and were in general more comfortable talking with females than males. Results showed that most students felt comfortable discussing sexual health-related topics with their peers, with females reporting a slightly higher comfort level than males.  相似文献

Teachers with years of experience in the classroom rely on that experience to help them develop behavior intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges. New teachers, however, may struggle with the complex steps needed to develop successful plans as they address other aspects of their professional work for the first time. DESCRIBE IT is a strategy that novice teachers can use to help generalize the process of behavior intervention planning they learned in university courses to their practice in the field. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how DESCRIBE IT guided one special education teacher through the process for behavior intervention planning and implementation. 随着南水北调东线第一期工程建成并发挥效益,制定和实施合理的水价,用经济手段促进对南水北调工程调水、当地地下水和地表水的合理使用已迫在眉睫。而分摊和核算供水成本正是制定水价的核心和关键。该文对与调水工程供水成本分摊和核算相关的分段、水量数据、供水成本项目、成本分摊等问题进行全面深入的探讨,首先沿供水路线将整个南水北调东线一期工程分为20个区段;经由水量分配确定了20个区段的净增供水量和考虑供水损失的折算水量数据;从会计核算角度确定供水工程供水至各受水区,各省、市分水口门的成本项目构成,并对供水成本进行核算,南水北调东线第一期工程全段总成本费用255 451.61万元;最后通过功能间,新旧供水间和区段间的三级分摊,核算得出各段应承担的成本费用和单方水成本,全段平均单方水成本费用0.573元/m3。结果可为有关方面更好地协调水源区与受水区(尤其是省际之间)的矛盾提供决策辅助;为将来制定南水北调工程供水成本核算办法以及水价方案提供参考;并可作为制定供水成本核算方面的政策的主要依据。  相似文献

本文运用“阶段性行为改变模式”的理论,对大学生的体育锻炼行为的阶段性特点进行了初步的调查研究。研究的结果表明,有一定比例的大学生完全不参加体育锻炼,有体育锻炼习惯者较少,大部分的学生有时参加体育锻炼,但没有养成习惯;大学生的体育锻炼行为具有阶段性动力特征;大学生中存在随年级的增长不参加体育锻炼的人数同时增加的不良现象。  相似文献
