湖南省生态经济系统耦合状态分析

从系统论视角剖析湖南省生态经济系统内部诸要素及其结构特征,构建评价指标体系,运用定量评价模型,分析区域系统的耦合状态。结果表明,1996年～2006年湖南省综合支撑能力呈对数型上升,而综合消耗水平呈指数型上升,两者演化速度具有非同步性,耦合度呈快速上升趋势,年均增长6．88度,2002年起进入过度开发期。并在实证分析基础上提出有效提高综合支撑能力与改善综合消耗水平质量的5项对策：①突出能源、原材料以及先进技术设备、关键零部件进口;②完善省内交通网,增加高速公路和高速铁路里程,提高货物周转量,以便通过道路建设带动其他基础设施的发展;③努力扩大服务贸易,提高第三产业产值的质量;④促进具有自主品牌和高附加值产品的出口,减少国内产业结构趋同商品的出口;⑤控制高耗能、高污染和资源性产品出口,以便改变一味以牺牲环境为代价追求经济增长的落后模式。

Forefoot and heel take-off strategies result in different distribution of lower extremity work during landings

ABSTRACT

Previous research suggests that landing mechanics may be affected by the mechanics of the preceding jump take-off. The purpose of the present study was to investigate whether jump take-off mechanics influence the subsequent landing mechanics. Female volleyball (n = 17) and ice hockey (n = 19) players performed maximal vertical jumps with forefoot and heel take-off strategies. During forefoot and heel jumps, participants were instructed to shift their weight to their forefoot or heel, respectively, and push through this portion of the foot throughout the jump. Jump mechanics were examined using 3D motion analysis, where lower extremity net joint moment (NJM) work, NJM, and segment angles were compared between forefoot and heel jumps using multivariate ANOVA. During jump take-off, participants performed more positive ankle plantar flexor and knee extensor NJM work in forefoot compared to heel jumps (P < 0.05). From initial foot contact to foot flat, participants performed more negative ankle plantar flexor and hip extensor NJM work during heel compared to forefoot jumps (P < 0.05). The present results demonstrate that using a heel take-off strategy results in a different distribution of lower extremity NJM work and NJM during landing compared to landings following forefoot jumps.     

技术能力与产业链整合能力的相互关系研究——以金发科技为例

本文通过文献回顾,本文构建了技术能力与产业链整合能力的相互关系分析框架,并选取我国先进聚合物材料产业的龙头企业金发科技作为案例进行研究。研究发现:①技术能力与产业链整合能力在知识载体、知识流动方面体现出一定的重合性;②技术能力是企业提高产业链整合能力的保障,而产业链整合是企业提升技术能力的有效途径;③企业技术能力和产业链整合能力存在耦合关系,两者的相互匹配能够在更大程度上促进企业综合能力的提升。     

创新溢出与区域绿色全要素互动关系研究——基于DEA-ESDA实证分析

运用文献资料法,大型体育赛事市场开发利益相关者分为契约型利益相关者和社会公众型利益相关者。其利益冲突存在于契约型利益相关者之间和契约型利益相关者与社会公众型利益相关者之间。利益协调应遵循优先性原则、公平性原则和共同性原则,通过经济、政治、法律、道德等方式进行。     

Coordination modes in public funding systems

The aim of this paper is to look at public research funding systems from the perspective of their broader institutional arrangements, in order to observe how these shape the relationships between funding agencies and research actors. Accordingly, public funding is considered as a multilevel and multiactor system, where stable patterns are largely generated by the collective interaction among actors (beyond formal rules and structures) and where coordination between actors (especially funding agencies and performers) represents a key for the functionality of the systems. This drives to characterise the main organisational forms of public research funding in terms of their underlying coordination mode and to use this framework to evaluate them against a number of criteria. Further, the way how these organisational forms can be combined to yield national-level configurations is discussed, and some of their properties and conditions of functioning are derived from the previous discussion; this also leads to identification of three main configurations of funding systems - the project-based model, the mixed model, the vertically integrated model - which describe the variety of national systems and, to a large extent, underpin current discussion on European research policy.     

欠发达地区县级图书馆的纸质和电子资源的协调发展探析

现代图书馆不再是单纯的文献信息中心,除了传统的印刷型文献资源,互联网的发展也拓展了图书馆的资源空间。图书馆除了利用自己的馆藏提供信息服务,还可以通过网络获取更广泛的信息资源,为读者用户提供阅读、浏览、查询、检索服务。县级图书馆处于城镇、农村的结合带,环境的特殊性要求县级图书馆应建立起最适合本馆的馆藏模式,纸质和电子资源的协调发展、互为补充,才能为当地社会经济快速发展提供有力的支持。     

我国体育产业与文化产业融合度研究——基于灰色关联和耦合协调度分析

为探讨我国体育产业与文化产业融合状况并推动其深度融合发展,运用灰色关联和耦合协调度模型,对2015-2020年我国体育产业及其子行业分别与文化产业及其下属类别统计数据进行实证分析。结果表明:我国体育产业和文化产业融合态势明显,整体呈上升趋势;产业关联水平差距较大,内部融合发展不均衡;产业逐渐协同发展,处于勉强协调阶段。建议从产业制度、产业结构、产业资源配置三个维度出发,优化融合管理机制和发展体制,推动产业纵深融合;培育体育服务业新业态,探索融合创新路径;整合产业优质资源,促进产业协同联动。
