Wind-induced response analysis of a wind turbine tower including the blade-tower coupling effect

To analyze wind-induced response characteristics of a wind turbine tower more accurately, the blade-tower coupling effect was investigated. The mean wind velocity of the rotating blades and tower was simulated according to wind shear effects, and the fluctuating wind velocity time series of the wind turbine were simulated by a harmony superposition method. A dynamic finite element method （FEM） was used to calculate the wind-induced response of the blades and tower. Wind-induced responses of the tower were calculated in two cases （one included the blade-tower coupling effect, and the other only added the mass of blades and the hub at the top of the tower）, and then the maximal displacements at the top of the tower of the tow cases were compared with each other. As a result of the influence of the blade-tower coupling effect and the total base shear of the blades, the maximal displacement of the first case increased nearly by 300% compared to the second case. To obtain more precise analysis, the blade-tower coupling effect and the total base shear of the blades should be considered simultaneously in the design of wind turbine towers.     

我国生态—经济—科技系统耦合协调发展的空间格局及其差异性分析

文章构建了我国生态—经济—科技系统耦合协调发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法进行客观赋权,然后引入耦合协调发展的函数模型,测算了2014年我国省域生态—经济—科技系统的耦合度和协调度,最后借助空间计量模型对耦合协调度的影响因素进行回归分析。研究结果表明：(1)我国省域生态—经济—科技系统耦合度多处在拮抗时期,发展特点表现为生态环境逐渐被破坏,承载力变小;(2)我国省域生态—经济—科技系统耦合协调度基础处于勉强协调状态;(3)经济结构、经济效益以及科技成果转化水平是影响耦合协调度的突出因素。

在这篇文章中,我们主要研究了对于一个给定入射电子态,在Rashba Spin-Orbit Coupling作用下的无序系统界面处的散射,除了正入射外,电子的双折射现象将会出现,这种情况下与光子的双折射情况类似。对于全反射的情况我们研究表明存在两个极限角,通过控制Rashba Spin-Orbit Coupling作用的强度,控制折射的两个极限角,双折射的控制允许利用单界面产生自旋过滤。通过研究不同空间的电子能谱与波函数,为求介观体系的电导提供了一种方法。

Fundamental movement skills and fundamental games skills are complementary pairs and should be taught in complementary ways at all stages of skill development

When observing skill and determining the competency of children and youth physical education teachers often focus on the coordination dynamics within the individual in the early years and then the individual's ability to play the game as they develop. But in these game contexts the focus is often still on the individuals' actions and not the relational dynamics that exist between individuals. This article questions why we give priority to the fundamental movement skills (FMS) in the early years and game skills in late childhood and youth years. Drawing on the notion of complementary pairs, which questions binary logic, the article advocates a practical pedagogy that recognises the complementary relationship between FMS and fundamental game skills (FGS). Complementary pairing is designated by the squiggle (～) character as opposed to a hyphen (–), which links the two components or backslash (/) that separates them to show the different but inextricable relationship between the pair. In this case FMS～FGS are recognised as being different but inextricably related.
