应用技术大学转型中数据结构课程教学探究

地方本科高校要向应用技术大学成功转型,课程和教学作为建设应用技术大学的核心和关键,首当其冲要做相应的改革。通过分析地方本科院校数据结构课程教学现状,探索适合于应用技术大学人才培养需要的课程教学模式,提出以应用能力培养为导向的数据结构课程教学方法,为课程授课教师在教学过程中提供帮助和借鉴。

基于CDIO工程模式的数据结构教学研究与探索

数据结构课程在教学中存在理论性强,算法难理解的特点,文中提出将CDIO工程教育理念融入到数据结构的理论和实验教学中,以项目为载体,问题为驱动,提高学生的学习兴趣并锻炼学生的综合动手能力与创新能力,并为后续课程的学习奠定基础。     

Starting the data conversation: informing data services at an academic health sciences library

Objective

The research obtained information to plan data-related products and services.

Methods

Biomedical researchers in an academic medical center were selected using purposive sampling and interviewed using open-ended questions based on a literature review. Interviews were conducted until saturation was achieved.

Results

Interview responses informed library planners about researchers’ key data issues.

Conclusions

This approach proved valuable for planning data management products and services and raising library visibility among clients in the research data realm.     

Big and open linked data analytics ecosystem: Theoretical background and essential elements

Big and open linked data are often mentioned together because storing, processing, and publishing large amounts of these data play an increasingly important role in today's society. However, although this topic is described from the political, economic, and social points of view, a technical dimension, which is represented by big data analytics, is insufficient. The aim of this review article was to provide a theoretical background of big and open linked data analytics ecosystem and its essential elements. First, the key terms were introduced including related dimensions. Then, the key lifecycle phases were defined and involved stakeholders were identified. Finally, a conceptual framework was proposed. In contrast to previous research, the new ecosystem is formed by interactions of stakeholders in the following dimensions and their sub-dimensions: transparency, engagement, legal, technical, social, and economic. These relationships are characterized by the most important requisites and public policy choices affecting the data analytics ecosystem together with the key phases and activities of the data analytics lifecycle. The findings should contribute to relevant initiatives, strategies, and policies and their effective implementation.     

关于算术编码教学的几点注记

随着科学技术的发展,信息、通信类本科生学习信息论是十分必要的。算术编码是基于统计的、无损数据压缩效率最高的编码方法。针对算术编码教学中存在的问题,本文进一步探讨了算术编码的编码、译码过程,提出了编码过程中需要注意的问题,并将算术编码与哈夫曼编码做了比较。最后,用Matlab实现了算术编码的具体实例。     

基于大数据的个性化自适应在线学习分析模型及实现

通过大数据学习分析模型,能够深入探究学习者的学习过程与情境,发现学习规律,根据每一个学生的需求和能力为其提供个性化自适应学习。本研究综述了大数据的内涵及应用,从微观视角提出了大数据之“大”,不在于其表象的“大容量”,而在于分析数据的全面性和潜在的“大价值”。基于大数据分析,从数据与环境(What)、关益者(Who)、方法(How)和目标(Why)等4个维度构建个性化自适应在线学习分析模型。以《C语言程序设计》课程学习为例,从基于大数据个性化自适应的学习过程结构、学习过程可视化及学习效果实证等方面进行分析,研究结果表明对学生学习行为与知识掌握的数据分析,能够推荐合理的学习路径与恰当难度的学习资源,可对学生的学习效果做及时准确的反馈,提供个性化服务干预,有利于促进教与学。     

大数据时代班级管理平台的开发与应用研究

利用网络技术的先进性来实现班级管理的自动化,是信息时代大数据背景下的学校班级管理的实践创新和理论重建。该文设计开发的“中小学班级管理平台”,不仅能提高班级管理的效率和精确度,并且能给学生提供开拓视野、参与班级活动的平台,既使学校的管理科学化、正规化,又能调动学生参与班级管理的积极性、主动性;该文初步架构出学校班级管理现代化与校长课程领导力的关联模型,为学校课程实施水平的实质提升提供了一种新的促进机制。     

教师数据决策实践:内涵、困境与优化策略

基于数据的教育决策研究与实践浪潮是20世纪80年代基础教育标准化运动的重要产物之一。聚焦于教师数据决策,则应从教育Data观、教师数据实践范畴的角度来揭示其背后所隐含的思维模式与实践模式,从制度、文化、技术和心理四个层面对教师遭遇的困境给予关注。在此基础上,有效的专业学习策略应采取由内而外的思考路径,以确立教师数据决策的专业自主性。
