本文在研究跨库检索系统的基础上，根据跨库检索系统特点提出制定跨库检索策略的方法。     

公共图书馆事业与国民经济协调发展量化分析

图书馆事业是推动国民经济发展的重要因素之一。目前,国家财政投入尚远远不能满足公共图书馆事业发展的需要,投入占国家财政支出比重下降,公共图书馆总支出和投入基数偏低,事业发展也很不平衡。公共图书馆事业与国民经济的协调发展,应从保证公共图书馆事业公益性主体地位、将其作为国民经济和社会发展的基础设施予以重视,并先于国民经济和社会发展来做起。图5。表6。参考文献8。     

Counterfeit museology

Museums are not usually seen to be agents of change. If they are to serve as important mechanisms for empowering local communities to define, recognize, and develop their own indigenous heritages, they should first consider a potential contradiction contained within this initiative: museums specialize in the representation of other peoples, while people have the sovereign right to represent themselves. Left unresolved, this contradiction could produce counterfeits of good intentions. The introduction of professionalized cultural management may mitigate the responsibilities of the citizenry to actively participate in the production and preservation of their own heritage.

本根据我馆采访工作实践，从影响因素，原则制定和策略实施三个方面阐述了高校图书馆图书采访策略。认为这是一项系统工程，要通过对服务对象、服务目标、馆藏特色、经费情况、出版发行动态等方面情况的调查研究，作出综合的分析和判断，是一个合理、科学地配置献资料的过程。     

论国家文献信息资源保障体系建设

建设国家文献信息资源保障体系具有重要意义。有国家的政策支持,有雄厚的信息资源基础和先进的技术支持,建设科学的国家信息资源保障体系是完全可行的。建设中要遵守用户至上、适合国情、共知共享和科学性、系统性等原则。体系的文献信息采购模式可采用补贴型与平台型结合的模式,其组织模式可采用高级理事会的模式。保障体系应注意处理好各类资源及其拥有与存取的关系问题。参考文献14。

文献信息数字化深刻地影响着图书馆的发展。当今图书馆的发展趋势有:以复合图书馆为主体的三维结构模式;建设并整合数字信息资源;提供虚拟参考咨询服务和个性化服务;建设图书馆网站;开展联合体的馆际合作;构筑数字化学术交流平台;重视数字化资源保存;建立用户主导的质量评价机制;建设专业化馆员队伍。参考文献7。

Crowdfunding for Academic Libraries: Indiana Jones Meets Polka

Crowdfunding – or creatively presenting a case for funding to like-minded individuals – is becoming an effective development strategy for academic libraries. The crowdfunding projects described offer multiple approaches to consider, from an adventure-themed video to embracing polka music to entice donors to give. Social media, used in conjunction with the web and well-established email communication formed the basis of successful project promotion. Developing a robust communication plan ahead of campaign launch is critical for success. Thanking donors for their transformational gifts and follow up communication describing the impact of their participation six months later raises friends for the library potentially for many years to come. With proper planning, an active and enthusiastic committee and effective donor stewardship, crowdfunding campaigns will help libraries raise funds to support strategic initiatives.
