基于云计算技术的数字生态城市平台设计

针对国内外数字城市建设计中存在的一些不足,本文提出了数字生态城市云平台的解决方案。该平台是数字生态城市DigitalCity和云计算服务平台的融合,解决同时操作多源、海量和异构的城市基础数据,实现分布式信息资源的共享与交换,提供分布式的按需服务等功能。DCPaaS数字生态平台针对数字生态城市的大环境,实现了业务自动部署和托管运行、专业化集中式维护等功能,为创建良好的数字生态城市服务创新环境提供了必需的技术支撑。     

Organizational resilience and digital resources: Evidence from responding to exogenous shock by going virtual

Recent events have renewed attention to how organizations rely on digital resources in response to exogenous shock. Though the literature on organizational resilience indicates that this is best understood as a process through which organizational actors respond to a specific shock, most IS research attends to resilience as an outcome. Against that backdrop, we present a case study of how a university shifted to virtual teaching in response to a government-imposed lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic. Adopting a digital resourcing perspective allowed us to reveal the organizational resilience process and the way digital resources shaped it. We found that the resilience process unfolded in stages as educators, assisted by students, managers, and IT personnel pivoted, adapted, and normalized into teaching virtually. Across these stages, digital resources took on specific roles as the resilience process progressed from the organization’s pre-shock accumulation of digital resources into its continued digitalization efforts. Based on these findings, we contribute to existing literature by advancing and empirically substantiating a process view of the role of digital resources in organizational resilience.

数字化博物馆综合了网络、多媒体的优势和实体博物馆的功能,为非正式学习和终身教育的开展提供了有效支持。从研究性学习与数字化博物馆的基本概念入手,以Webquest模式为例,分析了基于数字化博物馆的研究性学习及其存在问题,在介绍国外案例的基础上,设计了一个基于数字化博物馆的研究性学习活动。     

基于EWB的数字电子技术课程教学改革

文章介绍了EWB仿真软件的主要特点,通过计数器、译码器和数码显示器的应用仿真实例,展示EWB仿真软件在数字电子技术理论教学和实验实训中的辅助教学作用。另外,阐述了在职业教育课程改革中,仿真软件的运用是提高实际教学效果的有效方法。     

中关村高端创意产业核心技术需求与策略

本文调查研究了北京中关村软件业、动漫业、数字出版业和数字影音业等高端创意产业的核心技术研发和应用现状,分析了其技术创新能力。通过对比研究英、美、日等发达国家在该行业的前沿技术进展,研判中关村的行业核心技术在国内外的地位,认为中关村高端创意产业的核心技术尽管国内竞争优势明显,但与国际顶尖技术水平相比还存在较大的差距。文章最后总结了中关村现阶段技术需求重点,提出缩短技术差距的对策措施。     

智能搜索引擎与数字图书馆个性化服务

智能搜索引擎基于知识(概念)层面实行信息检索，以较强的自然语言理解和知识处理能力，表现出良好的个性化信息服务特色。因此，智能搜索引擎应用于数字图书馆个性化服务体系，不仅有效发挥前者数据挖掘、知识发现的功能，同时能较大地加深后者的主动性、智能性优势。     

数字液压作动器在舰艇舵机中的应用

本文针对传统舰艇舵机系统不稳定、可维修性不高等实际情况,研究制定了利用数字液压作动器进行舵机系统改造的方案,重点分析了数字液压作动器的性能特点、传统舰艇舵机系统的工作原理及存在问题,并提出了数字液压作动器在舰艇舵机中的应用方案及优点。     

高精度时间数字转换器的研究

根据一种时间数字转换器的结构和性能,提出了组成全数字锁相环重要模块——时间数字转换器的设计方法。首先,设计出TDC模块的电路构成;其次,采用千分尺算法对电路信号进行设计和较正;最后,通过PSPICE仿真环境对电路图的设计,测出TDC的精确度,测得在CMOS环境下时间延迟的线性趋势。实验结果表明,与已有的时间数字转换器相比,该千分尺算法应用于TDC模块的设计,可以使时间数字转换器的性能有较大提高。     

Dealing with metadata quality: The legacy of digital library efforts

In this work, we elaborate on the meaning of metadata quality by surveying efforts and experiences matured in the digital library domain. In particular, an overview of the frameworks developed to characterize such a multi-faceted concept is presented. Moreover, the most common quality-related problems affecting metadata both during the creation and the aggregation phase are discussed together with the approaches, technologies and tools developed to mitigate them. This survey on digital library developments is expected to contribute to the ongoing discussion on data and metadata quality occurring in the emerging yet more general framework of data infrastructures.
