以2017 年全国学科评估的数据为基础,对我国师范类院校学科评估的情况进行多角度的排名分析,并选取其中位居前列的院校作进一步研究,划分为若干个集团,对处于不同集团师范院校的学科实力进行比较,包括比较各自获A+ 学科的情况,及在人文类学科、艺术类学科、理学门类、工学门类、医学门类、管理学门类中的表现等等,进一步从得分、高校属性、高校所在的地域探讨了这些院校学科建设水平的现状与格局。对获得不同层次成绩的学科,如在学科评估中获得较好成绩(如获得A 类等级)的学科、仍有较大进步空间的学科特别是弱势学科、仍未参评的学科,提出了不同的学科建设方面的建议。最后特别针对大部分地方师范类院校,提出“教育学科+ 特色学科”的学科建设模式。  相似文献

“强基计划”是在回应国家选拔拔尖创新人才的需求、兼顾公平和促进学生个性化发展、进一步规范高校招生办学自主权、深化高考制度改革等因素综合驱动下出台的高考招生政策。“强基计划”的政策特征为:“自上而下”的政策执行,即政府赋予高校自主权的同时,也把权力透明化,规范高校的自由裁量权;“自下而上”的博弈与反馈,即作为政策执行主体的高校善用策略空间、规制调试对象,避免负和博弈的产生。因此,高校应制定一套多元化的录取方案以规范政策的执行,建设一支专业化的招生队伍以保障政策的执行,借助社会多方力量以监督政策的执行。  相似文献

“双一流”建设是我国继“985”“211”工程之后又一有关教育的重点建设项目,是科教兴国战略的重要举措。民族院校面对“双一流”建设这一难得的发展机遇,应该处理好民族特色在教育中的科学合理应用,这也是促进民族地区社会和谐、经济发展的重要历史任务。民族教育是为民族地区社会发展提供人才的基础,学科建设作为教育工作发展的动力源泉,具有十分重要的作用和意义。因此,民族院校的学科建设是民族教育发展的重要基础。梳理分析“双一流”政策颁布后有关民族院校学科建设研究的文献,以期为民族院校学科建设研究贡献力量。  相似文献

ICTs (Information and Communication Technologies) are now widely used in schools: However, despite predictions, they have not revolutionized teaching and learning. Why is this? Does it matter? Should we care? This paper outline seeks to answer such questions and why we should care. School ICTs are informed by a range of different, and often conflicting ideas, with the result that student work is often “digital busywork”. The article argues that if ICTS are to play a useful role in helping us to re-develop our schools for the Knowledge Age, we need to re-examine some of our old ideas about knowledge. In particular, we need to re-examine the place and purpose of the traditional disciplinary knowledge that is the basis of the current curriculum.  相似文献

Communication is widely recognised as an important capability for university graduates [Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. (2013). Yet, research suggests that it is often not adequately developed by Australian universities, remaining implicit in teaching and assessment. This is in part because Australian universities have historically conceptualised communication not as an outcome of disciplinary study, but as a generic, foundational competency or skill. It has therefore been managed outside the curriculum by establishing academic language and learning units that help students develop written and spoken communication through a range of student services. The services model of communication development is becoming untenable, however, given the increasing cultural and linguistic diversity of students and the recognised importance of communication as a graduate outcome. Whole-of-institution approaches are required to integrate communication into course curricula as a fundamental part of disciplinary learning, and develop the capacity of teaching staff to teach it. This paper explores Writing Across the Curriculum and Writing Inside the Disciplines, two complementary approaches used widely in the US for developing literacy in higher education. They emerged in the 1970s in response to the kind of student diversity now common in Australian universities, and offer institution-wide strategies for developing communication as an essential outcome of study in academic and professional disciplines.  相似文献

This article reports on a study of senior academics’ views of their disciplinary and interdisciplinary affiliations. It questions the idea that academics have a firm and fixed disciplinary identity from which they then act and suggests that academic work in the contemporary university challenges and changes how individuals view their disciplinary affiliation. The article provides empirical data that lends weight to critical questioning of anthropological metaphors, which have tended to dominate discussions of disciplinarity. It suggests that contemporary understandings of disciplinary and interdisciplinary identity need more fluid metaphors and models; ones that can capture the shifting and questioning uncertainties that give expression to the rhetorical and reflexive nature of academics’ disciplinary affiliations. The article explores the implications of a dominant emphasis on disciplinary relationships for understanding disciplinarity and interdisciplinarity and examines the practical implications for structures and systems that are designed to enhance and evaluate research and teaching within higher education.  相似文献
