随着信息科技的进步,带动各项产业信息化、计算机化及数字化,虽然此等便利丰富了人类生活,另一方面却存在着不为人知的隐忧。本文即以一例XOR（Exclusive or）,分别就技术面,教科书面,法律面,密码系统面等四个方向来探讨。     

Using a discrete choice experiment to estimate spectators’ willingness to pay for professional baseball park sportscape

The physical environment of sport facilities, referred to as the sportscape, has a substantial influence on the extent to which sport fans attend sporting events and revisit the facilities. Accordingly, professional franchises make efforts to construct new stadiums with different sportscape elements, which serve as important factors that determine spectators’ levels of attendance satisfaction. With a sample of South Korean baseball fans, the authors examine which sportscape components of professional ballparks are considered most important by spectators, as well as how baseball attendees indicate their willingness to pay for particular sportscape attributes. Based on a discrete choice experimental approach, results indicate that spectators place the greatest importance on fast access to ballparks largely dependent upon the location. Results also suggest that respondents are willing to pay KR₩4102 for one more subway line. Different strategies for developing successful sportscape components are discussed.     

Broadway productions and the value of a Tony Award

This article investigates the effect of a Tony nomination or win on the demand facing a Broadway production using a panel of weekly revenues for Broadway productions from 1996 to 2007. Our results indicate that the effect of a nomination or win is positive in the week of the announcement and gradually increases in successive weeks, presumably due to publicity and word-of-mouth. Winners experience an increase in demand as late as 1 year later when awards are publicized for the following season. Moreover, nominees that do not win the award are penalized heavily in the weeks following the Award announcements. We find that winning a Tony Award increases a production’s revenues by 12% in the week immediately following the Awards.

从 S 轮进水事故看 ISM 规则的执行

通过对Ｓ轮在大风浪中航行发生进水事故的叙述与分析,指出了这类事故的可预见与可避免性,并就如何正确执行ＩＳＭ规则、杜绝这类事故的发生提出了一些设想和建议。     

离散数学的教学改革实践研究

离散数学是一门综合性、应用性较强的计算机科学基础课程。为了让学生更好的掌握该课程的知识内容、提高学习兴趣和实践应用能力,本文通过分析国内外离散数学的教学改革现状,并结合本校的教学实践经验,对离散数学的教材、教学模式、学科结合三方面的教学改革实践进行了研究和总结。     

Towards shaping the field: theorising the knowledge in a formal course for academic developers

In recent years there have been calls both for building the knowledge base of academic development (AD) and for systematic induction of newcomers to the field if AD is to advance as a professional and an academic field. Despite the importance and complexity of AD, induction of novice academic developers remains mostly informal and predominantly focuses on the practices of the field. We argue that more-experienced academic developers have an obligation to provide formal and systematic routes into the field and its knowledge base than is currently the case. One way of doing this is through offering a formal course for growing the next generation of academic developers. Such a course could equip newcomers with a more solid and shared knowledge base, thus contributing to shaping the epistemic spine of AD. In this paper, using Maton's Legitimation Code Theory, we offer an analysis of an existing course aimed at equipping novices with the theoretical and practical knowledge to enable them to solve some of the problems in higher education. From this analysis have emerged general principles that could inform the selection, sequencing and pacing of knowledge in a formal course for academic developers.

基于《民法典》中非营利法人的规范文本,对体育行业协会法人治理的学理内涵做出推演。借助“场域”结构框架分析体育行业协会法人治理问题。“组织域”维度,体育行业协会内部章程及制度不够完善、内部治理结构不健全、法人治理机制功能失调、“会企关系”有待完善。疏解策略包括加强体育行业协会规章制度建设,推进制度资源积累的良性发展;健全治理结构,完善组织机构;遵循会员服务逻辑,提升“会企关系”。“社会域”维度,体育行业协会自治与政府干预边界不清、体育行业法律资源稀缺、体育市场监管体系标准化与规范化程度不够。疏解策略包括政府应强化对改革的顶层设计,在切实为协会赋权的基础上,进一步明确政府监管边界,完善政府对协会的年检与评估机制;强化法律制度供给,完善体育行业立法,将体育行业立法与体育市场治理现状有效衔接,切实赋予协会在体育行业自治领域的立法权、执法权与监管权;发挥体育行业协会的自律功能,借助技术赋能,完善体育行业监管机制的标准化和规范化体系建设,提升体育行业协会的市场监管和服务能力。     

雾中安全航速和公司管理对策

对雾中安全航速进行了分析，并用ＩＳＭ规则的安全管理原理和系统论观点探讨了雾航安全管理对策。指出执行ＩＳＭ规则、运行ＳＭＳ是保障雾航安全的有效途径，而雾航安全的关键在于船公司的安全管理；强调了驾驶员、船长、船公司、安全主管机关目前应切实加强ＳＴＣＷ公约关于在需要时随时使用主机的规定的落实、检查和监督。     

What lies beneath: exploring the deeper purposes of feedback on student writing through considering disciplinary knowledge and knowers

Feedback plays an integral role in students’ learning and development, as it is often the only personal communication that students have with tutors or lecturers about their own work. Yet, in spite of its integral role in student learning, there is disagreement between how students and tutors or lecturers perceive the pedagogic purpose of feedback. Central to this disagreement is the role that feedback has to play in ensuring that students produce the ‘right’ kinds of knowledge, and become the ‘right’ kinds of knowers within their disciplines. This paper argues that, in order to find common ground between students and tutors or lecturers on what feedback is for, and how to both give and use it effectively, we need to conceptualise disciplinary knowledge and knowers anew. We offer, as a useful starting point, the Specialisation dimension of Legitimation Code Theory as both practical theory and methodological tool for exploring knowledge and knowers in English Studies and Law as two illustrative cases. The paper concludes that this analysis offers lecturers and tutors a fresh understanding of the disciplinary knowledge and knower structures they work within and, relatedly, a clearer view of the work their feedback needs to do within these.
