正确把握就业导向内涵,全面实现中等职业教育培养目标

当前以就业为导向在中等职业教育的实践过程中并没有真正的落实。中等职业教育应全面理解以就业为导向的内涵,认真执行中等职业教育的教学计划,切实保证文化课及专业基础课教学质量,提高学生的综合素质和就业能力,积极开展创业教育,注重学生创业能力和创新精神的培养,全面实现中等职业教育的培养目标。     

Learning Analytics: Insights Into the Natural Learning Behavior of Our Students

The literature of gerontology may be found in the journals of many disciplines and in the popular press. Only journals published in the U.S. and devoted exclusively or in large part to the literature of social gerontology are described here. Journals intended primarily for the layman rather than for the professional worker are not included, even though they may contain some material of interest to the professional. All available bibliographic information is given, and special features of each journal are described. Newsletters of more than local significance are listed but not individually described.

PharmGuide <http://goo.gl/f14Me>is an annotated directory of high quality, freely available, online drug information resources intended for use by librarians, pharmacists, and the public. Given the plethora of drug information websites with varying levels of authoritativeness and accuracy, PharmGuide is intended to facilitate the search for resources by providing links to only those sources that have been critically appraised and that meet specific quality criteria. Methods used in developing the site, evidence of its utility based on usage statistics, and examples of its application in practice are presented within the context of the drug information landscape.

机载单天线SAR动目标检测与参数估计

对机载单天线SAR/GMTI模式下动目标参数估计精度较低的问题进行研究. 首先,用多普勒频移量和距离走动量来估计动目标径向速度,根据估计的结果校正距离走动. 然后,用改进的反射特性位移法来估计动目标的多普勒调频率,在不存在加速度时估计出动目标方位向速度. 这样就可以在进行动目标参数估计的同时实现聚焦成像. 仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性.     

运用大协调学编制可持续高效益的综合发展规划

全球化的放大效应,不允许继续编制不能预防各种不协调问题的发展规划了。必须运用大协调学编制综合规划,统算人口、生态、经济、资源、环境等各方面的协调与效益,在各环节各行业大尺度交叉协调的基础上。把各种不协调问题预先消除在综合规划中。全面协调才能实现可持续的高效益发展。     

Impact of the excise tax on firm R&D and performance in the medical device industry: Evidence from the Affordable Care Act

This article examines how the excise tax affects firms’ R&D investment, performance, and market strategy in the US medical device industry. The Affordable Care Act imposed a 2.3% excise tax on medical devices beginning in January 2013, and thus this study compares the medical device firms with other high-tech firms before and after the tax incidence. Using COMPUSTAT data from 2006 to 2015, the author finds that the excise tax reduced R&D investment, sales revenue, gross margins, and earnings for medical device firms. In addition, the excise tax increased their global market sales intensity, global market diversification, and customer diversification in the US domestic market.     

The NBER Orange Book Dataset: A user’s guide

This paper introduces a newly digitized, open-access version of the Food and Drug Administration’s “Orange Book”—a linkage between approved small-molecule drugs and the patents that protect them. The Orange Book also reports any applicable regulatory exclusivity that prevents competitive entry. We summarize the Orange Book’s coverage and discuss the opportunities and challenges associated with using these data for research. Empirical validations against various administrative datasets suggest that Orange Book records are, largely, complete and accurate. We conclude with a specific use case—calculating legal exclusivity periods for drugs—to highlight the types of choices that researchers must make when using this resource.     

交通图像序列中的多目标跟踪

介绍了一种简单、快速的实时交通图像序列中多目标的跟踪算法,在使用自适应背景差分法分割出运动目标候选区域的基础上,通过形态学操作和降低分辨率的方法,得到连通的目标区域,再使用轨迹关联法实现对多目标的跟踪．实验结果表明该算法较好地解决了跟踪的连续性、实时性、精确度的矛盾,同时满足智能交通监控系统的要求．
