Exploring the forward citation patterns of patents based on the evolution of technology fields

Forward citations of patents have been used extensively to capture the impact of technological knowledge. However, our understanding of the factors shaping patent citation patterns remains limited. One of the main limitations is the lack of scholarly attention paid to the dynamic influences arising from the evolution of technology fields. From an evolutionary perspective, technological impact is not simply determined by the static attributes of a technology itself; it is also dynamically affected by changes in the external conditions. Drawing on this viewpoint, this study suggests a model for understanding patent citation patterns by reflecting the evolution of the technology fields to which each patent belongs. Four such factors are explored: technology cycle time, potential of technological convergence, popularity of the technology field, and technological novelty. Based on the proposed model, we show how expected citation patterns can change as a result of different scenarios for technology field evolution. We conduct a case study of patents in the information technology and healthcare industries to show citation patterns of patents across heterogeneous industries as well as those within an industry. Contributions to the innovation literature and research investment decisions are discussed.     

文化、观念与制度——国家体育软实力理论模型构建与动力机制分析

以文献资料和理论分析为基本方法,在国家体育综合实力的层面提出并深入分析了体育软实力概念。明确了体育观念、体育文化和体育制度等无形的非物质要素是体育软实力的资源基础和载体。以此为基础,构建了包括表层、中层和核心层三个层面的国家体育软实力三维结构模型,并重点对该模型中耦合软实力所包含的文化——观念动力系统、文化——制度动力系统、观念——制度动力系统的动力机制进行了分析,提出了体育软实力建设的对策建议。     

基于DSP受电弓动态调整及其受流状况检测方法研究

本文提出一种用于电力机车运行实验检测系统,它是以DSP为核心的在检测弓网动态接触力的同时会对其进行实时调整,并会全程记录下受电弓的受流质量,这可以为以后确定接触网需要检修的位置提供依据。在本文中将介绍这一实验检测系统的设计方法过程。

研究了一类二阶非线性中立型变时滞微分方程的振动性,通过引入参数函数和Riccati变换,并利用不等式的变分技巧,获得了这类方程振动的判别准则,这些准则改善了对方程的条件限制,所得结论推广和改进了现有文献中的一系列结果。

Alice Munro是2013年度诺贝尔文学奖得主,加拿大畅销书作家,当代短篇小说大师。中国读者对她的了解非常少, Alice Munro的名字的中文翻译目前尚无统一的定论,非常混乱,如爱丽丝·门罗,艾丽丝·门罗,艾丽斯·芒罗等。通过调查得出使用频率最高的中文译名,并分析了各自的特点与不足,并研究了Alice Munro研究专家所使用的译名情况。     

Dynamic reciprocal relations of achievement goals with daily experiences of academic success and failure: An ambulatory assessment study

Achievement goals have been linked to achievement in various educational settings. The present work explored day-to-day variations in achievement goals (mastery, performance-approach, performance-avoidance) and their associations with daily experiences of academic success and failure. Ambulatory assessment data from 108 students in Grade 5 were collected, with daily assessments of achievement goals in the morning and end-of-day reports of academic success and failure. Dynamic structural equation models revealed reciprocal within-person effects between mastery goals and academic success. Academic success was further associated with higher mastery and performance-approach goals in the next morning. Academic failure was linked to both performance goals, though this association was not robust in all sensitivity analyses. Higher average daily academic success and lower average academic failure were linked to better academic achievement one year later. Findings suggest meaningful within-person dynamics among goals and daily academic success and failure.     

“师范”校名英译探究——Normal与Teachers之争

在教育全球化的背景下,国内众多师范院校开始走向世界,开展国际间的交流与合作。学校校名的英文翻译作为国际交流的重要名片,其译名准确性、统一性十分重要。然而中国众多师范院校对"师范"的英译却存在着不一致的现象,让人疑惑。笔者统计了国内(含台湾地区)百余所师范院校的英译名,发现"师范"存在着"Normal"、"Teachers"、"Education"、"Teachers Education"和"Teachers'"5种译名。结合中西方师范的起源和发展、当前中西方师范院校的实际特点及国际发展趋势,笔者重点比较了"Normal"和"Teachers"两种译法,认为Teachers更能直接准确体现出"师范"的涵义,更能体现出中国师范院校的内涵和特色,也更加有利于中国师范院校走出国门,走向世界。     

彝文古籍《西南彝志》与《爨文丛刻·君代母系》所记奢香彝名考辩

《明实录》、《明史》等汉文史籍上记载的奢香,在彝文史籍《西南彝志》和《君代母系》中有两个不同的彝名,并且分别被译为＂舍兹＂和＂舍红＂。人们常常认为奢香的彝名是＂舍兹＂,通过考察、论证,笔者认为《西南彝志》将奢香的彝名记载为＂舍兹＂是错误的,《君代母系》记载为＂舍红＂是正确的,奢香的真正彝名是＂舍红＂。
