随着经济全球化的迅速发展、产业结构调整不断升级,人才的流失将会是企业面临的严峻挑战。研究领导者行为与员工离职之间的关系,有助于提高领导者行为的有效性,降低员工离职率。采用问卷调查和统计分析方法,分析了领导者品行端正行为、领导者显示信任行为、领导者进行沟通交流的行为、领导者进行授权的行为、领导者对下属关怀的行为、领导者整体行为,与员工离职的关系。研究结果表明领导者品行端正的行为、领导者显示信任的行为、领导者进行沟通交流的行为与员工离职的关系存在显著负相关。领导者进行授权的行为、领导者对下属关怀的行为、领导者整体行为与员工继续留在企业工作的关系存在显著正相关。  相似文献

Innovative new ventures are at the heart of economic development, particularly when these startups are created by employee, academic, and user innovators. We synthesize across literature streams examining each phenomena to document distinctions between firms originating from different “knowledge contexts.” We then integrate the knowledge context into Teece's (1986) theoretical framework identifying factors that impact a firm's ability to profit from innovation. Doing so allows us to develop stylized facts and predictive propositions pertaining to differences in the innovative contributions, roles played in shaping industrial dynamics and evolution, and performance outcomes for startups stemming from the three entrepreneurial origins. These propositions provide unique insights into the causes of patterns of industry evolution, contribute to theory in the areas of entrepreneurship and industry evolution, and yield important policy and managerial implications.  相似文献

Despite unfolding as it did during the sexual revolution of the 1920s, Leopold and Loeb's “trial of the century” elicited a deluge of constitutive discourse that struggled against overt articulation and circulation of the boys’ queerness. In this essay, I argue that those discourses—dominant reportage, in camera courtroom conferences, and Clarence Darrow's famous summation—manifested what I label “passing by proxy,” a collusive and convulsive act of straight closeting that speaks queer sexuality despite concerted effort to silence it.  相似文献

人力资源E-Learning是信息时代重要的研究领域和社会教育形态。从"信息互动系统"视角来研究人力资源E-Learning是较可取的研究取向。这是因为"信息互动系统"是基于人类科技史上经典的信息论、控制论、系统论而整合提出的新观点,是人们认识和改造世界的重要方法论。它以整个世界的原理与工程为起点,通过不断迭代,可以达到实践所需要的粒度。在HR E-Learning领域,通过以"HR E-Learning原理与工程"为迭代起点,以"HR E-Learning要素及其架构、过程及其状态的分析、设计、开发、实施、管理、评价"为迭代主线,即可构建起HR E-Learning理论和实践的整体框架。这一框架以"员工和HR E-Learning软件之间的互动"为起点,包括员工、HR E-Learning软件、内容、方法、媒体、互动六大要素,以及登录系统、浏览资源、各类互动、退出系统等环节。该框架能够指导和促进HR E-Learning实践的体系化发展。  相似文献

Portals provide an aggregated and personalized view of information through a large application integrating information, people, and processes across organizational boundaries. As such, portals can significantly impact organizations, completely changing how they work and operate. In addition, many critical success factors can affect portals at any stage of implementation. Many organizations lack suitable frameworks for implementing portals to ensure success in the organization, customer satisfaction, and employee morale. To address this gap, we proposed a comprehensive framework to develop and operate portal projects by considering specific critical success factors. Given its prevalence and cost it is imperative to identify predictors of early career teacher turnover intentions and behavior. During their final year as education majors, 311 US, STEM Secondary Education students rated their student teaching experience, the strength of their teacher identity, and their intent to enter the teaching profession. Within 1–3 years after graduating 191 of them reported whether they remained in the teaching profession. One's identity as a teacher, as well as the perceived quality of student teaching experiences, predicted both intent and actual entry into the teaching profession. Furthermore, teacher identity mediated the relationship between student teaching satisfaction and outcomes.  相似文献

本研究以抵制家乐福事件为调查议题,对沉默的螺旋理论的关键命题进行了一次中国大陆情境下的实证检验。研究在较大程度上证实了孤立恐惧对意见表达的影响,同时亦检验了交流忧虑、议题重要性、自我效能感等因素对意见表达的影响。研究结果证明了对意见表达进行概念分解操作的必要,发言和沉默并非非此即彼的关系。  相似文献

Problem-based learning (PBL) has been increasingly employed as a teaching and learning approach in many disciplines in higher education. In English medium of instruction (EMI) universities in Asia, PBL can further enhance knowledge construction as well as development of disciplinary language and communicative skills. It is necessary to explore how learners participate in PBL, especially considering PBL requires high level of both domain knowledge and language skills. The issue of silence in small group collaborative learning such as PBL tutorials has received very limited attention. More factors such as identity need to be considered in fully exploring small group interactions in higher education. Thus, this study aims to investigate undergraduate students’ silence and identity in small group interactions for PBL in EMI universities in Asia. Eight PBL tutorials in the Faculty of Dentistry were video recorded. Three extracts of PBL interactions and the accompanying stimulated recall interviews were selected for case analysis. The analysis provides in-depth insights into the significant instances of students’ silence and identity construction in the learning process. Such a study offers opportunities to rethink the issue of silence and provides facilitators and curriculum developers with useful information about small group collaborative learning in higher education.  相似文献
