“技术创业商业化规程”:美国北卡州立大学创业教育新模式

为使创业教育所培养的学生能够在未来创业过程中顺利跨越基础研发活动与产品开发之间存在的"死亡之谷",美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学在"社会认知理论"和"计划行为理论"的基础上建立起一套基于过程的创业人才培养新模式——"技术创业商业化规程"。实践证明,通过构思、评估、分析、商业化策略和实施5个阶段的运作流程设计,有助于全面提升学生的创业技能与创业心理成熟度,为跨越创业过程中的"死亡之谷"做准备。"技术创业商业化规程"所取得的经验,对我国大学创业教育的发展具有重要借鉴意义。     

新工科背景下的“创意创新创造创业”体系的构建研究

中国制造2025呼唤新工科改革,对在新工科下如何构建"创意创新创造创业"体系提出了新的要求。立足地方行业高校,以应用型人才培养为目标,以校区改革为研究试点,构建多学科交叉融合的、适应新一代工业革命需求的、工业化和信息化深度融合的四创体系,以培养更多的中国制造急需的人才。     

基于工作室制的双创校内实践基地建设与实践

“工作室制”教学模式在培养创新型应用人才方面发挥了重要的作用,但在培养创新创业人才方面面临一系列的挑战。以工作室制人才培养模式为基础,通过制度建设、团队建设以及资源建设,全面构建“双创”校内实践基地。以江西理工大学软件创新工作室为例,以校内创业项目为依托,阐述双创校内实践基地的建设与实践,为同类院校提供理论和实践参考。

创业意识是提高大学生就业率和创业率的前提和基础,是大学生在知识竞争时代必须具有的意识。而在当前高校教育中,大学生创业意识培养的现状却不容乐观,创业意识的培养受到各方面因素的制约。因此,在就业形势日益严峻的今天,如何更好地培养大学生的创业意识,已是当务之急。本文试图就这一问题进行探讨。     

美国赠地大学创新创业生态系统及对中国的启示

创新创业为美国赠地大学“三位一体”传统发展模式注入新活力,同时也为我国高等院校建设发展提供了参考借鉴。本文以密歇根州立大学为主从创新创业课程、社会实践机会、创新创业竞赛、学生创业社团、产业对接、校内孵化器与加速器、创业投资基金七个方面剖析美国赠地大学创新创业生态系统,并从中获得促进我国高等院校特别是农业高校创新创业生态系统建设的几点启示。     

Improvising firms: bricolage, account giving and improvisational competencies in the founding process

Improvisation occurs when the design and execution of novel activities converge. Drawing on three samples of young firms, this inductive study investigates the existence, channels and implications of strategic improvisation in knowledge-intensive new businesses. Our study suggests that not only may founding itself be improvisational in some cases, but improvisational processes and issues permeate entrepreneurial activity and have non-obvious implications for emergent firm strategies and competencies. We develop propositions in four domains: (1) the occurrence of strategic improvisation; (2) tactical improvisation rising to the level of strategy; (3) network bricolage; and (4) improvisational competencies. This study contributes to research on organizational improvisation, bricolage and entrepreneurship. Theoretically and in practice, both improvisation and bricolage represent potentially rich additions to the vocabulary of entrepreneurial action.     

突破性创新与公司创业机制研究

创造性破坏过程在引发技术发展的不连续性后，既有企业成为最大的受害者。为什么既有企业在资源和能力上优于新进入企业，却不能率先开发突破性创新？如何从组织自身出发改善这种情况？从公司创业机制的角度对这些问题进行了回答。     

Entrepreneurial transformations in the Swedish University system: the case of Chalmers University of Technology

Since the beginning of the 1990s, Sweden has been transforming its national research policy into policy for innovation. One of the bottom up responses to this top d initiative has been an attempt on the part of some Swedish universities to transform themselves into entrepreneurial institutions. This paper uses a case study of one particular Swedish University; Chalmers University of Technology’s transformation process to reflect on the new research policy. Chalmers’ journey is examined against the backdrop of the changing national climate for universities as well as local factors within the university itself.The case confirms existing knowledge in that it shows that creating an entrepreneurial university takes several years as both infrastructural and cultural changes are necessary to achieve success. The case also shows that despite the long history of public-private in Sweden, the new emphasis on commercialisation and commodification of knowledge creates some degree of role uncertainty for universities. The paper concludes that one of the elements required for Swedish innovation policy is macro (policy vision and implementation) and micro (university organisation) level flexibility and diversity.
