How can clusters sustain performance? The role of network strength, network openness, and environmental uncertainty

This paper draws on social network theory to develop a model of regional cluster performance. We suggest that high performing regional clusters are underpinned by (1) network strength and (2) network openness, but that the effects of these on the performance of a cluster as a whole are moderated by environmental uncertainty. Specifically, the positive effects of network openness on cluster performance tend to increase as environmental uncertainty increases, while the positive effects of network strength on cluster performance tend to decrease as environmental uncertainty increases. Our findings have theoretical and practical implications for social network research in general, and cluster research in particular.     

论西部大开发的新思路

从战略角度来看,实施西部大开发,要注意处理好以下关系：(1)把提高经济效率同注重社会效益结合起来。(2)把突出开发重点同促进全面发展结合起来。在市场经济社会中,社会资本向具有趋利性和安全需求,因此西部大开发另一个的根本性工作是利益导向。要按照市场经济规则,以西部特有的投资利益去吸引国外国内的民间投资。     

基于统计年鉴数据的区域学前教育环境承载力分析

基于2022年广州市统计年鉴数据,采用主成分分析法,从驱力、压力、状态、影响、响应五个方面对广州市学前教育环境承载力进行实证分析。结果显示,广州市学前教育环境承载力的驱力、压力、状态、响应水平较高,影响水平较低;11个区学前教育环境承载力存在较大差异。建议统筹做好人员和资源的动态监测和预判警示,加快响应速度;持续加大经费投入,公平精准配置学前教育环境资源;提高区域环境系统调节能力和响应水平,因地制宜均衡发展。     

Factors influencing venture capital perforsmance in emerging technology: The case of China

This study aims to identify the systematic factors influencing venture capital performance in emerging technology. Emerging technologies are the driving force of contemporary economic and social development, but their technologies and markets are subject to great uncertainty. As a high-risk, high-yield investment method, venture capital plays an extremely important role in supporting technological innovation and promoting the upgrading of industrial structures. Following information processing theory, this study applies a quantitative analysis to data from 61 venture capitalists in Beijing, China using structural equation modeling (SEM). The sample firms were established since 2015 and invested mainly in emerging technology startups. The model passed the goodness-of-fit indices test and reveals that information acquisition, venture capital executives, and venture capital strategies have a positive impact on venture capital performance, and venture capital strategies played a partial mediating role.     

基于演化博弈的农业科技资源共享策略分析

在政府投入约束条件下构建农业科研机构之间科技资源共享的演化博弈模型,从而刻画有限理性的农业科研主体进行异质性科技资源共享的动态策略性行为。研究表明,在政府投入约束条件下,农业科研机构的科技资源共享行为与协同效应正相关,与共享性风险负相关。与此同时,存在最优的投资、异质性共享资源、吸收能力和产出弹性的配置,使得农业科研主体进行科技资源共享意愿最大。     

论证券投资基金的法律性质

证券投资基金作为一种现代投资工具,其运作不能脱离制度的基本法理。证券投资基金是信托关系,但它对信托基本原理不只是单纯的遵循,同时更是一种具体运用和扩展。信托制度已由民事关系的“理财”制度向商事关系的“生财”制度转变,证券投资基金正是这种关系的体现。     

环境模块课程教学实践

为了配合新形式下高等教育改革的要求,思茅师范高等专科学校生命科学系化学教育专业的课程设置进行改革,采用必修课加模块选修课的模式教学。对化学教育专业开设环境模块课的教学实践进行分析和总结,提出改进建议,以期促进教学改革。     

推进全社会环境伦理教育的思考

进行环境伦理教育,必须对我国古代优秀传统文化中的环境伦理思想、我们党和国家从伦理层面提出的保护环境的要求、伦理学界的专家学者所提出和阐发并达成共识的优秀环境伦理研究成果,特别是马克思的环境伦理思想进行系统的研究。必须构建教育启发与利益激发互动的、教育者与受教育者平等融合的、目标取向的一致性和具体要求的分层性的教育范式。要着重加强对公民个人、企业、行政机关的环境伦理观念的培育。     

The Scaffolding of Emergent Literacy Skills in the Home Environment: A Case Study

The ways in which parent-child interactions can encourage the development of emergent literacy skills in young children remains to be fully explored. The present report describes how one parent scaffolded her young child’s emergent writing and letter knowledge in the home. Environmental print provided many rich and meaningful examples for the parent to show that print conveys meaning and is constructed with letters that have names and make sounds. The parent used idiomorphs, a multisensory approach incorporating the tracing of letters and whole body movements, and common household objects to guide the child’s learning of letter names, sounds, and shapes. Emergent writing skills were scaffolded by using directional language and by the child copying environmental print. The strategies and examples that are described may give guidance to parents and teachers on how to provide engaging opportunities for literacy learning in the home environment or in an early educational context.     

美国国防领域对外商直接投资的产业战略探微及其启示

引进外资是各国经济建设中的一个重要环节。对外资的规范和监管,尤其是对涉及到国家产业安全战略等重要领域的外资监管,更不容忽视。文章对美国开放的产业投资政策的由来和演变进行了梳理,在探析美国竞争性产业的产业投资政策的基础上,分别从美国国防工业安全纲领、外商投资调查法以及备案管理和行业管理相结合的三大调控指导框架层面,解构了美国国防领域对外商直接投资的产业安全战略及其监管模式。文章同时剖析了与我国产业安全战略相关的外商投资政策问题,对我国的经济安全和产业安全政策及其监管体系提出了5个方面的建议。
