细胞生物学课程改革研究

文章从课程改革的必要性出发,主要就课程结构体系、课程内容、师范特色、考核方式等四个方面阐述了高师院校细胞生物学课程改革的探索与实践.     

放线菌素D诱导HeLa细胞凋亡形态学观察

凋亡是细胞在一定的生理或者病理条件下按照自身的程序结束其生存，是由基因决定的自动结束生命的主动过程，是受到严格的遗传机制决定的程序性调控。细胞凋亡对于多细胞生物个体的胚胎发育、维持器官组织细胞数目相对平衡、自我平衡的保护以及抵御外界因素的干扰有着重要意义。阐述观察放线菌素D诱导HeLa细胞凋亡形态的方法和观察结果，以及对结果的分析讨论。     

Making Connections for Future Directions: Taking religion seriously in the sociology of education

This article argues that a problem for the contemporary sociology of education is that it has operated within a 'secularisation of consciousness paradigm'. This has limited both the depth and the scope of its intellectual enquiries. Sociological analysis which elides a religious dimension not only presents an over-simplified view of social relations in 'the Modern West', but it also fails to make an authentic engagement with many socio-cultural and educational situations internationally, where God is far from dead. The article suggests various ways forward for a reorientation of sociological writing and research.     

交叉关联噪声与时间延迟对肿瘤细胞生长过程的影响

运用随机数值模拟方法,研究了内噪声和外噪声驱动的时滞Logistic模型描述的肿瘤细胞生长系统的瞬态性质.数值模拟结果表明,噪声间的关联强度λ、系统的延迟时间τ、乘性噪声强度α的增大均能使系统的平均首通时间T下降,即加速肿瘤细胞的消亡过程,降低系统的稳定性;在时间延迟与关联噪声的相互作用下,随着τ的增大,出现了τ抑制λ和α对肿瘤细胞衰减过程加速作用的现象;此外,噪声间的负关联也能抑制较大的τ和较小的τ对T的影响.     

牛磺酸对超速驱动后大鼠心脏的保护作用研究

探讨牛磺酸(Taurine)对超速驱动致疲劳缺血心脏的影响。采用Langendorff灌流装置,对超速驱动的离体心脏施加不同浓度牛磺酸的灌流液,测定心脏恢复功能、心肌组织GSH-Px活性、MDA含量以及NO含量、心肌组织及线粒体中Ca2 。结果显示牛磺酸对缺血心脏具有明显的保护作用,表现为心脏功能恢复显著,心肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高,丙二醛含量降低,心肌组织和线粒体钙超载减轻,该表现呈剂量依赖性。     

2,9,16,23-四羧基酞菁锌敏化太阳能电池中染料分子结构对电子转移的影响

合成和表征了2,9,16,23-四羧基酞菁锌,并将其作为光敏染料应用于染料敏化太阳能电池-通过荧光光谱、循环伏安和量化计算等方法分析了该染料的激发态寿命、能级匹配和前线轨道分布等参数及其对电池性能的影响.结果表明:激发态寿命为0.1 ns,带隙为1.81 eV,HOMO分布未被锌原子和异二氢吲哚配体共享,LUMO分布不...     

地下鼠听觉机制研究的进展

地下鼠是由环境特化的物种,在长期的地下适应过程中,其听觉系统出现一系列的适应性进化,总结起来,其听觉敏感频率偏于中低频,与声波在地下洞道中的传播能力相一致。听觉机制的核心问题是耳蜗活动机制的研究。本文从耳蜗解剖学基础研究、离子通道研究、地下鼠震动通讯研究、听域分析研究等几个方面进行综述,为地下啮齿类物种特殊的适听机制提供更进一步研究的参考。     

Review： Actin-based dynamics during spermatogenesis and its significance

Actin can be found in all kinds of eukaryotic cells, maintaining their shapes and motilities, while its dynamics in sperm cells is understood less than their nonmuscle somatic cell counterparts. Spermatogenesis is a complicated process, resulting in the production of mature sperm from primordial germ cell. Significant structural and biochemical changes take place in the seminif-erous epithelium of the adult testis during spermatogenesis. It was proved that all mammalian sperm contain actin, and that F-actin may play an important role during spermatogenesis, especially in nuclear shaping. Recently a new model for sperm head elonga-tion based on the acrosome-acroplaxome-manchette complex has been proposed. In Drosophila, F-actin assembly is supposed to be very crucial during individualization. In this mini-review, we provide an overview of the structure, function, and regulation characteristics of actin cytoskeleton, and a summary of the current status of research of actin-based structure and movement is also provided, with emphasis on the role of actins in sperm head shaping during spermiogenesis and the cell junction dynamics in the testis. Research of the Sertoli ectoplasmic specialization is in the spotlight, which is a testis-specific actin-based junction very important for the movement of germ cells across the epithelium. Study of the molecular architecture and the regulating mechanism of the Sertoli ectoplasmic specialization has become an intriguing field. All this may lead to a new strategy for male infertility and, at the same time, a novel idea may result in devising much safer contraception with high efficiency. It is hoped that the advances listed in this review would give developmental and morphological researchers a favorable investigating outline and could help to enlarge the view of new strategies and models for actin dynamics during spermatogenesis.     

基于粒子群的多细胞状态估计技术

针对细胞动力学特性差异、细胞变形、细胞数目变化、细胞近邻等估计难题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化方法来实现多细胞状态估计.首先,针对已存在细胞和新出现细胞设计了两种不同的搜索机制,提出了一种标准的PSO算法且无需检测模块来实现多细胞状态估计;在此基础上,引入细胞检测模块,提出一种基于改进的PSO算法来实现多细胞状态精确估计.实验结果表明,本文所提出的PSO跟踪策略能自动实现多细胞状态估计,在引入细胞检测模块后,跟踪性能提高50%以上,每帧平均耗时减小,并且在处理多细胞近邻问题时具有良好的跟踪鲁棒性.     

云平台个性化教学资源供给模式探索

云平台上拥有海量的教学资源,如何为学习者提供符合其自身学习需求的教学资源是一个值得研究的课题。分析教学资源的供给流程、主体及主体之间的关系,并从学习者个性化信息的收集和分析结果出发,以定义在云计算平台上的个性化教学资源供给模式。云平台需要更加合理高效的教学资源组织形式,引入“学习元”的泛在学习资源组织概念,从资源实体和资源描述文件两个方面进行详细阐述,并提出了教学资源个性化推荐模型。
