农业科技人力资源与农业经济发展关系分析

基于对我国种植业科研机构及其科技人力资源情况的深入分析,研究运用协整检验和Granger因果检验等方法,探讨了种植业科研机构科技人员结构、人力资本、科技人员流动与农业经济发展的关系,主要得出以下结论：第一,种植业科研机构科技人员结构、人力资本、科技人员流动与农业经济发展均为一阶单整序列。第二,农业经济发展序列与科技人力资源序列存在长期均衡和短期动态关系,当短期动态关系偏离时,将以90.18%的力度调整至均衡状态。第三,女性科技人员比重与人力资本的增加均对农业经济发展具有正面影响,科技人员流动对农业经济发展影响不明显,甚至具有微负面效应。第四,种植业科研机构科技人员结构与农业经济发展,农业经济发展与科技人员流入、人力资本均存在单向因果关系;农业经济发展与科技人员流出之间因果关系得不到实证支持。据此,研究提出了充分发挥科技人力资源优势,促进农业经济发展的建议。

Dances with bees: Exploring the relevance of the study of animal communication to informatics

This paper describes part of a larger body of theoretical work which provides a new perspective on the nature of informatics, an umbrella term used to stand for the overlapping disciplinary areas of Information Systems, Information Management and Information Technology. We argue for an area of interest located at the intersection of signs and systems, which involves the enactment of forma (the substance of a sign), informa (the content of a sign) and performa (the use of signs within coordinated action). This conceptual scheme is reflected against work not traditionally covered by theory-making within informatics: that of animal communication. We use the well-documented case of the dance of the European honeybee to help ground our discussion. This examination leads to an understanding of the central position of communication amongst organisms as well as the place of human communication in the broad evolution of communication systems. This allows us to highlight crucial features of the concept of a data system as well as the important distinction between persistent and non-persistent data systems within communication processes.     

信息交互过程中相关性判断的变化模式：一项课程论文写作任务下的田野实验研究

[目的/意义]为了更加智能、有效地帮助用户在完成任务的过程中获取有用的信息,更好地理解真实任务场景下信息交互过程中用户的相关性判断及其变化模式,具有十分重要的意义。[方法/过程]文章以基于任务的信息交互模型为基础,利用兼具可控性和生态效度的田野实验方法,针对真实的课程论文写作任务,调查了信息交互过程不同阶段用户相关性判断所发生的变化,包括判断文献的相关性、判断信心、判断标准及其类别重要性等。[结果/结论]研究发现,从信息搜索到加工处理阶段,文献的相关性以及用户的判断信心均会发生渐进但显著的变化,且导致文献相关性发生变化的原因也是多方面的。仅有少数判断标准及标准类别的重要性在这两个阶段有显著差异。本研究不仅有利于增进对真实任务下信息交互过程的理解,同时有助于对用户信息素养教育和信息系统设计与开发提供一定的洞察和启发。

Gender-based wage differentials in a predominantly female profession: observations from nursing

Despite numerous studies examining nursing wages, very little attention has focused on nursing wage differentials. We build on previous research by modeling nursing wages and examining male–female wage differences within the context of the current nursing shortage. Our results show that male nurses do earn a wage premium, largely explained by employment as a nurse anesthetist, job satisfaction, and experience. Whether or not this differential indicates discrimination toward females in the US nursing labor market is unclear. Since males represent a small proportion of the nursing workforce, the time required for males to become prevalent in the nursing labor market and help ease the nursing shortage is unknown. Consequently, one must ask whether the male wage premium is sufficient to attract substantial numbers of men into nursing, and whether wages, in general, are sufficient to attract the requisite numbers of males and females into nursing to address the shortage ‘crisis’.
