IP生态视角下CBA联赛俱乐部盈利模式创新研究

运用访谈法、实地调查法等研究方法,以IP生态为视角,以价值链为理论基础,以盈利模式为着力点,探寻我国篮球职业联赛俱乐部盈利新途径。认为:目前我国篮球职业联赛俱乐部盈利能力普遍较弱,主要存在主动创新盈利模式意识缺乏、消费群体需求定位不准、俱乐部运营体育场馆能力弱、自创IP内容匮乏等问题。建议:俱乐部主动参与主场体育场馆运营、定位消费群体需求,开发俱乐部衍生产品、优化官方网络平台建设,增加电子商务活动。     

社会化网络服务的开放运行架构及服务拓展研究

网络服务的社会化已成为其发展趋势,不仅带来了用户需求的变革,而且推进了信息服务的研究与应用。在简要梳理社会化网络服务发展脉络的基础上,重点分析了社会化网络服务的开放运行架构,包括其平台基础和平台延伸;然后结合当前社会化网络服务应用的开展情况,阐述了其融合集成的服务拓展体系,包括社会化信息服务、社会化生活服务和社会化商务服务。最后总结归纳了社会化网络服务的多元化、开放化、智能化发展趋势。

基于Mobile IPv6的3G-WLAN网络切换策略研究

3G移动通信系统可以满足用户随时随地更快速的传输多媒体应用与实时性服务的需求,而IEEE的802.11无线网络则可以为用户提供涵盖范围较小、高速的数据传输环境。因此将两种传输技术结合为用户提供快速无缝接入的通信能力,并能在这两种传输技术间快速的切换,有着重大的现实意义。考虑到无线传输的环境中,用户对移动性的需求较高,因此本文以3GPP制定的3G与WLAN整合架构为基础,提出一种基于移动IPv6的异构网络快速切换策略,以减少用户在移动过程中所造成的服务中断和数据包丢失问题。     

Product architecture,organizational capabilities and IT integration for competitive advantage

Increasingly, firms recognize the strategic implications of front-end product design for improving total cost effectiveness. Computer-aided design (CAD) is becoming firms’ competitive weapon beyond its traditional function as a product design tool. Yet, it is unclear how the full potential of IT system, particularly the usage patterns of 3D CAD system, may be realized through organizational capabilities. This paper presents a model of IT system configurations and CAD usage patterns. Next, a typology of IT system configurations is presented based on (1) the degree of CAD integration between assembly makers and suppliers and (2) the structure of product design information (i.e., product architecture). The product architecture of four electronic firms illustrates that information integration through organizational capabilities is more important than IT investment itself. The findings suggest that a Korean firm accomplishes a greater level of IT integration compared to the other two Japanese firms and thus attain better market performance. This study offers valuable insight on effective IT integration strategy for competitive advantage in the global market.     

Impact of information use architecture on load and usability

Information use is defined as the application of acquired and transmitted information in the decision making of an organization at the strategic and tactical levels. The purpose of the research is to investigate how information use architecture impacts information load and usability at the operational level of manufacturing where machines, humans and the production processes are information users. A new approach to information load is introduced which takes all the characteristics of information use (tacit, mechanical, paper and digitized) and possibilities of users (machine, operator and process) into consideration. Information use nodes are conceptualized building blocks for information use architecture which impact information load and usability. The results suggest that information use load is sensitive to information encoding/decoding. A combination of the federated and integrated information use architectures tends to result in a low information use load and can become a strategic tool for waste reduction. How information usability relates to load varies depending on the usability characteristic in view. The major conclusion is that a holistic approach to information systems includes the consideration of information use architecture which is an important factor in the management of information load and usability at the operational level.
