鞍山地区产业结构升级与产业空间布局研究

鞍山是沈大黄金经济轴带上的重要支点,其产业结构升级和产业空间布局是沈大黄金经济带中部隆起的关键因素。本丈分析了鞍山地区产业结构呈现的二元性、单一性、资源型、产业关联性弱、空间布局不合理的特点,提出了鞍山地区产业结构升级要建立以钢铁产业为主导产业体系链和以产业互补为基础的产业集群、壮大现代装备制造业集群、做强矿产品精深加工业集群的思路,并提出了鞍山地区产业空间布局要以中部鞍海经济带为轴线进行轴带集聚,合理布局钢铁工业、装备制造业、轻纺工业、矿产品加工业、高新技术产业、现代服务业和现代农业。     

Research parks and the location of industrial research laboratories: an analysis of the effectiveness of a policy intervention

Utilizing county-level data, this paper predicts the growth in the number of private industrial research laboratories between 1960 and 1985. This was a period of rapid growth and spatial reorganization in industrial research activity. A multi-equation model which allows the influence of unmeasured factors and selectivity to be taken into account is used to test the ability of a policy intervention, research parks, to affect the growth in the number of local laboratories. Although the presence of research parks is correlated with the number of laboratories, the analysis indicates that research parks were not effective local development tools but instead benefitted from the growth of research activity.     

大麦抗赤霉病性的遗传研究

采用特矮大麦／早熟３号、特矮大麦／紫皮大麦、特矮大麦９１－６４１１、９１－６４１１／早熟３号４具杂交组合的Ｐ１、Ｐ２、Ｆ１、Ｆ２、Ｂ１、Ｂ２世代，研究了大麦抗赤霉病性的遗传，结果表明，大麦抗郝霉病性表现 部分显性或超显性，细胞质作用不明显，在特矮大麦／早熟３号、特矮大麦／紫大麦和特矮大麦／９１－６４１１中，共同亲本特矮大感病性主要受一对隐性基因控制；在９１－６４１１／早熟３号中，抗赤霉病性为数量性     

From local networks of SMEs to virtual districts?: Evidence from recent trends in Italy

Industrial districts as local networks of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) rooted their competitiveness in a mix of economic relationships and social ties. Recently, network technologies have promised gains of efficiency through a reduction in transaction costs and showed new commercial opportunities for small firms. Despite the morphological similarities between industrial districts and network technologies, a longitudinal analysis of ICT diffusion within Italian districts shows that the foreseen convergence between the district economic model and new technologies should not be taken for granted. The observed specific evolutionary paths concerning technology innovation in local systems also opens-up issues of economic policy.     

加强"两课"教育的实效性

钙镁电气石检测特征探析

在宝石检测中发现，钙镁电气石呈黄绿色，与祖母绿相似。利用折射仪、红外光谱仪等手段测试确定为电气石。采用X射线衍射和电子探针分析（Cr2O含量仅0．08％），结果定名为钙镁电气石。它的主要鉴定特征与不同变种的电气石近似，与其它相似宝石的特性特征区别明显。

本文报道了糯稻黑糯14号(♀)和粘稻特优粘9号(♂)的杂交,并应用生物技术和通过多种现代测试仪器对后代植株的检测,已成功地选育出“黑优粘”系列新品种。这些新品种具有营养价值高和产量也较高的优点。
