浅谈实践教学改革与创新能力的培养

本结合我院电子工程系实践教学改革的几点措施，阐述在实践教学中如何加强创新能力的培养。     

New project system for undergraduate electronic engineering

A new approach to projects for undergraduate electronic engineering in an Australian university has been applied successfully for over 10 years. This approach has a number of projects running over three year period. Feedback from past graduates and their managers has confirmed that these projects train the students well, giving them the ability and confidence to work independently and collectively in the industrial world. Due to their importance to universities, staff and students alike, together with the potential heavy financial burden on the universities, careful planning has to be undertaken before implementing such projects. This paper presents some detailed suggestions on how such projects should be administered and operated as well as setting out possible criteria to assist supervisors in evaluating the final product from such projects.     

浅析英语课堂中创新教育

摆脱传统教学模式，创新教育。本文就英语课堂教学中培养学生的创新能力从五个方面进行论述，①创设问题情境；②教学形式多样化；③激发创新思维；④在英语教学中实施素质教育；⑤强化实践训练，培养探索精神。     

新课标下体育教师的创新精神初探

综述新课标的基本理念及特点，强调了创新精神在实现新课标中的重要作用。分析了创新精神在体育教学中的表现及对学生的影响，肯定了创新精神是创新教育的基础，是实现素质教育的突破口。     

论苏轼精神

苏轼精神具体表现为好学精神、独立精神、爱民精神、创新精神和旷达精神等几个方面，它对我们今天的“先进化，，建设和精神明建设提供有益的借鉴，就像雷锋精神、焦裕禄精神一样，值得弘扬。     

联合培养：高校创新人才培养质量保障的新模式

优化人才培养模式,实现高校内涵式发展已经成为高校发展的一种共识。与国内重点高校开展联合培养是促进高校之间实现优质资源共享和互补的一种有效人才培养模式, 对西部开发具有特别重要的意义。经过多年的探索和实践,新疆财经大学与中国人民大学等支援重点高校在联合培养优秀本科生的模式和实施效果等方面积累了一定的经验。本文介绍了这两所高校在上层沟通设计、学生选拔和建立长效机制方面的做法,有利于为其他高校在开展联合培养人才方面提供借鉴和启示     

为学生写作插上翅膀

作文教学以学生为主体，注重个性发展倡导求异思维，让学生在学习中学会方法，得鱼而兼得渔。     

Mergers and acquisitions: Their effect on the innovative performance of companies in high-tech industries

This study examines the post-M&A innovative performance of acquiring firms in four major high-tech sectors. Non-technological M&As appear to have a negative impact on the acquiring firm's post-M&A innovative performance. With respect to technological M&As, a large relative size of the acquired knowledge base reduces the innovative performance of the acquiring firm. The absolute size of the acquired knowledge base only has a positive effect during the first couple of years after which the effect turns around and we see a negative effect on the innovative performance of the acquiring firm. The relatedness between the acquired and acquiring firms’ knowledge bases has a curvilinear impact on the acquiring firm's innovative performance. This indicates that companies should target M&A ‘partners’ that are neither too unrelated nor too similar in terms of their knowledge base.     

创造性思考在高校实践教学中的应用研究

通过分析当前高校实践教学中存在重理论轻实践,重标准轻创造等问题,提出将创造性思考运用于实践教学的教学模式,采用问题解决式等教学策略,经实践证明该方案不但强化了学生独立分析问题和思考问题的能力,而且锻炼了学生解决实际问题的能力,并得到了学生的认可,最后归纳总结出问题解决式创造思考实践教学模式。     

大学校园足球可持续发展的顶层设计与创新路径研究

依据校园足球发展的政策与现状,探索大学校园足球可持续发展路径。从顶层设计的内涵出发,剖析目前所存在的问题,从国家、地区与学校三个层面提出相应的措施。在国家层面上宏观把控大学校园足球可持续发展的方向,在地区层面上对大学校园足球可持续发展做科学性的、原则性的导向,在大学自身层面上针对目前存在的问题进行解答。为此,就大学校园足球可持续发展的顶层设计问题进行分析,提出大学校园足球可持续发展措施,顺应高校足球改革的需求,顺应高校体育综合改革的需求。同时,丰富其理论基础,拓宽其育人途径,从而达到促进大学校园足球可持续发展的目的。
