谈高职秘书专业人才培养方向与课程设置

创办于20世纪80年代的秘书专业与培训，主要是为党政机关，事业单位输送大量的秘书专业人才，随着政治体制和经济体制改革的深入，高职秘书专业教育的培养方向应从传统的培养党政机关行政秘书模式转位到为适应社会主义市场经济需要的企业职业秘书上来，由此必需相应调整课程设置，注重教学内容和教学方法的改革。     

Re/assembling ‘innovative’ learning environments: Affective practice and its politics

Abstract

In this article, we argue that the interest being taken by governments in establishing innovative learning environments (ILEs) in schools relies on a conception of space as a largely neutral arena. In consequence, relations of space and power inherent in the infrastructural shift to ILEs tend to drop from view. Adopting an assemblage approach to investigating learning environments, and exploring ILEs as they are playing out in Australian schools, we strive to surface what drops from view. Taking ILEs to be sociomaterial assemblages, we work with empirical material and trace how they assemble and reassemble. The account is less concerned with what works in ILEs; rather, its focus is on their ‘workings’ as assemblages of relations and most particularly, affective relations. Thus, we explore two affective encounters involving school leaders, teachers and students showing the ways in which they position and are positioned within ILEs. The argument is made that the assemblage approach which is non-deterministic and relational affords new ways of understanding what ILEs are and how they work and who they work for. And, that attending to affective practice brings into view the micropolitics through which infrastructural shifts and infrastructural policy-making are made.

Unklarheiten im Gefüge der Wahlrechtsbestimmungen k?nnen die Operabilit?t beeintr?chtigen und Anschlusskonflikte über die Gültigkeit von Wahlen zur Folge haben. Die Best?tigung durch den Bundespr?sidenten hat keine Kontrollfunktion. Sie ist ein symbolischer Rest ehemaliger monarchischer Interventionsvorbehalte. Heute unterstreicht sie den hohen Stellenwert und das Ansehen, das die Akademie der Wissenschaften und ihre Autonomie haben. Die Folgen einer fehlerhaften Wahl werden durch die Best?tigung des Bundespr?sidenten nicht geheilt.     

化学教学论整合课程的教学设计

从整合课程资源的目的出发，对《化学教学论》等三门高师化学专业必修课进行重新组织，成为化学教学论整合课程．既突出了化学教学活动的实践性特点，又能让师范生充分认识到化学课程与教学理论的指导作用．在主动学习的过程中逐步形成化学教学的知识、技能和实践能力，符合中学化学教育实习的要托     

中小学生“恋网”心理与调适

采用调查（走访）、壹阅文献资料等方式了解中小学生上网现象、“恋网”的原因以及调适“恋网”心理障碍的方法。结果显示，上网的中小学生95％以上的是在网上打游戏，另有5％左右是在网上聊天和看电影、网络小说。分析了导致中小学生形成“恋网”心理的七个方面原因，探讨了中小学生“恋网”心理的“五大”特征，提出了调适“恋网”心理障碍的方法。

本文分析了当今社会性的毛泽东热现象,在不同层次的人们中所反映的不同举的倾向及其原因。进而阐明毛泽东热的出现,对中国发展的影响.并预测了这股文化热的发展趋向及其现实意义.     

借鉴企业营销优化高校管理

在市场经济体制下,高等教育面对外部激烈竞争和内部问题,应借鉴现代企业营销管理变革传统封闭的管理方式。高校营销在产品属性、营销目标、服务对象、受公众监督程度等方面呈现出与企业营销不同的特征。高校管理者应做到:(1)重构与营销管理相适应的大学组织体系和运行机制;(2)建立高质量的营销信息体系;(3)建立科学的市场定位战略;(4)在教育内容上求变求新求差异,营造自己的品牌特色。同时有效运用营销组合的“7P”策略。     

Creative teaching of creativity teachers: Polish perspective

The article presents basic information on the strand of psycho-pedagogy of creativity—a unique perspective on creativity teachers’ education in Europe and the world. Psycho-pedagogy of creativity is a major in pedagogy studies, run in Poland, at the Warsaw Academy of Special Education. Our aim is to educate specialists who are open, sensitive and well prepared content-wise in identifying and developing children's and youth's creative potential. We also aim at introducing the studies that function in a wider social context, and presenting the situation of Poland after systemic transformation. It seems that information of this type may prove interesting to researchers and practitioners that deal with education of creativity.
