从软件项目管理的现状出发,分析了软件项目中变更产生的原因以及给项目带来的各种影响,并对如何进行变更控制给出了建议,进而以最大的限度来保证项目的可控性和稳定性.     

Public and private value in citizen participation in E-governance: Evidence from a government-sponsored green commuting platform

Citizen participation in E-governance is, essentially, a social exchange between individuals and their government through which the citizen creates public value as well as acquires private value. The direct effects of participation antecedents on participation outcomes have been fully examined, but few researchers have investigated the internal mechanism of citizen participation at the level of psychological value perception. The roles of perceived public and private value between the participation antecedents and outcomes remain unclear. Private value merits careful research in particular as the E-governance environment is being shaped by increasing privatization and continuous IT innovation. Based on the cognitive integration theory and the civic voluntarism model, this paper proposes a theoretical framework to examine the mediating roles of two values. We built a complete research model encompassing ten hypotheses centered on citizen e-participation in the context of green commuting governance. By analyzing survey data on a green commuting platform, we demonstrate the significant mediating effects of these two values and greater effect of private value acquisition on continuous e-participation intentions than public value creation. Our results have important research implications in regards to the roles of perceived values in participation, especially perceived private value.     

论我国社会转型与国有林管理体制创新的关联

社会转型对我国国有林和国有林管理提出了新要求、赋予了新任务、提出了新课题,必须把国有林管理体制改革纳入到我国社会转型的大环境中去进行认真谋划和统筹研究。国有林管理体制改革的核心问题是根据我国社会转型的形势和需要,对国有林的功能作用进行重新定位,以此为基础,解决好谁来管理国有林和怎样管理国有林两个命题,同时,在国有林管理体制改革中,要妥善处理国有林与国有林区经济社会发展的关系。     

Media Marathoning and Health Coping

This study uses Grounded Theory to analyze interviews with a dozen individuals who media marathoned while going through a health struggle. The analysis addresses five major themes: engaging in escapism that enables emotional and avoidance coping, regulating cognitive expenditure by embracing challenging or comforting content, being still to heal the body, reducing emotional and cognitive strain by engaging a continuous narrative, and tapering from the marathon when feeling better. Findings suggest that media marathoning can offer beneficial cognitive, emotional, and physical regulatory opportunities for those dealing with health struggles. Furthermore, media marathoning when dealing with a health concern is a strategic and active coping strategy that has potential health benefits.     

大数据时代班级管理平台的开发与应用研究

利用网络技术的先进性来实现班级管理的自动化,是信息时代大数据背景下的学校班级管理的实践创新和理论重建。该文设计开发的“中小学班级管理平台”,不仅能提高班级管理的效率和精确度,并且能给学生提供开拓视野、参与班级活动的平台,既使学校的管理科学化、正规化,又能调动学生参与班级管理的积极性、主动性;该文初步架构出学校班级管理现代化与校长课程领导力的关联模型,为学校课程实施水平的实质提升提供了一种新的促进机制。     

我国高校国际学生劳动就业管理问题探究

在经济全球化的浪潮中,随着我国经济实力的不断提升,高等教育国际化的进程也在不断加快,国际学生来华就读人数迅速增长,其劳动就业诉求也日益提升。本文针对我国国际学生劳动就业管理的现状,在充分考量基本国情的前提下,对我国国际学生劳动就业管理提出了一系列建议,即完善国际学生劳动就业的相关政策与法规;规范国际学生在华劳动就业的资质和保险;实现国际学生在华劳动就业管理的常态化;建立通畅的国际学生在华劳动就业工作机制。     

把工程监理机制引入工程测量综合实训的探索与实践--以河南质量工程职业学院工程监理专业工程测量综合实训改革实践为例

建筑工程测量是高职高专工程监理专业的一门专业基础课,处理好建筑工程测量技能训练与专业技能培养的关系是高职高专工程监理专业建筑工程测量教学要思考的问题。文章对高职高专工程监理专业工程测量综合实训存在的项目设计、过程管理、考核评价等方面的问题进行了分析,对工程测量综合实训引入监理机制进行了研究,提出了操作性强的创新措施,并对实践教学实践的效果进行了客观的总结和评价,在高职高专教学环节改革中具有一定的参考价值。     

经管类毕业生就业能力与需求匹配度研究

由于应届毕业生和归国留学生人数激增,而相应就业岗位增长缓慢,导致经管类专业的就业形势日趋严峻。为深入探讨经管类毕业生就业能力及其与用人单位需求的匹配度,我们通过问卷调查、深度谈话和数据分析等途径进行了相关研究,并从供需双方的需求出发,从毕业生、高校、用人单位、政府四方面提出促进就业的相关对策和建议。     

A Classroom Exercise to Examine the Trade‐off between Mission Capacity and Life Cycle Cost

This article presents a classroom exercise, centered on a simulation that has been used for 4 years in an MBA program to help students develop an understanding of the trade‐offs involved in managing capital assets in the public sector. Though often ignored in business schools, mission is a key criterion that must be considered when managing such assets, and acts as a surrogate for profit. The case presents a rich environment in which the impact of cost reductions (or additional investments) on mission can be quantified, and trade‐offs can be assessed and discussed. It gives students a chance to develop creative ideas for process improvement, and provides sufficient data for them to analyze the impact of their suggestions in a rigorous way.
