分析即时通讯交流工具在国内外图书馆应用现状,指出目前各种IM工具的不足之处,并提出以开源软件Openfire+Spark构建本地IM实时交流平台的解决方案。介绍Openfire和Spark软件的功能特点,指出技术思路,同时以南京大学图书馆的IM实时交流平台的搭建为例说明实践过程和应用效果。

浅谈新型可拆解组装桥箱高层电梯系统设计

电梯作为高层楼宇的重要组成部分给人们提供了极大的方便。为了缩短人们等待电梯的时间,配合现今日益加快的生活节奏,提出了高层电梯系统设计。通过对传统桥箱的改造,构想出可现时自动组装拆解的桥箱,对传统plc控制电梯程序进行改编,从而实现电梯的即时响应,即时组装,使用后自动拆解的电梯桥箱,从而大大节约人们等待电梯时间。经过理论分析和相关技术支持,表明此种新型可拆解组装桥箱高层电梯系统具备可实施性,并且与传统电梯系统相比,且节约了能量。

聊天室一般是用C#或Java设计的，其技术是基于XML协议；给出了在Winsock的支持下用Visual C++制作聊天室的过程,不必关心系统内部复杂的机制,无需涉及抽象的源代码.     

Do we click in the right way? A meta-analytic review of clicker-integrated instruction

Clickers, formerly known as instant response systems, have gradually become an integral part of the classroom. Though several reviews on research into clicker-integrated instruction have been published within this decade, the controversy over whether clicker-integrated instruction is effective to enhance students' learning gains has not been settled because the early reviews mainly focus on students' perceptions toward and acceptance of clicker-integrated instruction. Furthermore, so far there is no consistent and clear framework to explain why the use of clickers is effective or ineffective to facilitate academic learning outcomes. Based on the literature from the 1970s to the early 2010s, this review article identifies and summarizes the theoretical aspects accounting for possible relations between clicker-integrated instruction and academic learning outcomes. The theoretical aspects are subsequently evaluated and expanded in reference to primary studies. The results suggest that the superior effect of clicker-integrated instruction, compared to conventional lectures, stands on firm empirical ground. In addition, engaging students in explaining and justifying their answers to clicker questions is highly recommended because such an instructional strategy is associated with positive and strong effect sizes on academic learning outcomes.

IM Online: Instant Messaging Use Among College Students

Research on computer-mediated communication (CMC) has thus far largely overlooked instant messaging (IM), an extremely popular, and increasingly important, form of CMC. This study examines the most prevalent motivations for using IM within what is currently among the largest demographic groups utilizing this tool, college students. Data from 271 students are used to assess current motivations for IM use, its relative (dis)advantages over other communication channels, and its potential displacement of other technologies. Findings indicate that IM usage parallels factors found in other research, although important differences emerge within cross-media comparisons. In addition, respondents exhibited a high capacity for multi-tasking in IM conversations, and results suggest displacement effects, particularly of email by IM. Overall, results of this study shed considerable light on the use of IM among those users who will become increasingly important over time for understanding IM use in the contemporary media environment.
