Y对挤压Mg-6Gd-xY合金组织及性能的影响

本文研究了钇对挤压Mg-6Gd-xY合金的显微组织、时效析出以及常温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,添加稀土元素Y之后,合金的挤压态组织得到细化,但时效态组织细化不明显,时效后形成镁的稀土相Mg(Gd,Y)的强化相,使抗拉强度提高34~81MPa;合金的显微硬度随Y含量增加提高20HV,时效峰值的出现时间因Y的添加提前35h。     

CRP,but not TNF-α or IL-6, decreases after weight loss in patients with morbid obesity exposed to intensive weight reduction and balneological treatment

Objective

The aim of this study was to evaluate the concentrations of C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and the degree of homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) in patients with morbid obesity exposed to a three-week low-calorie diet and balneotherapy.

Methods

The study included 33 patients (25 females and 8 males; mean age 46 years) with body mass index (BMI) values of >40 kg/m². Evaluations of CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, lipid profile, HOMA-IR, and fasting glucose were carried out before (baseline data) and three weeks after the treatment. The control group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers (15 females and 5 males) with a mean age of 39 years and BMI values of ≤24.9 kg/m².

Results

In the blood of patients with morbid obesity we found significantly elevated levels of CRP, TNF-α, triglycerides, HOMA-IR and fasting glucose, but a decreased level of high density lipoprotein (HDL)-cholesterol, compared with the healthy individuals. The treatment resulted in about a 9.4% reduction in body weight from 122.5 to 111.0 kg and a significant decrease in the concentration of CRP, but no change in TNF-α or IL-6. HOMA-IR was significantly reduced.

Conclusion

The decrease in CRP level without changes in TNF-α or IL-6 concentrations after the low-calorie diet and balneological treatment, suggests that an essential amount of adipose tissue must be removed before proper adipocyte function is restored. The decrease in HOMA-IR indicates an improvement in insulin sensitivity, which is beneficial in obese patients.

     

多媒体通信网络边缘实施策略研究

多媒体通信网络具有连接通信主机、数位设备多和业务种类多等特点。因为IPv4地址面临枯竭,IPv6地址使用迫在眉捷。利用现有IPv4网络为承载网络,在边缘网络实现IPv6化,是当前解决IPv4地址严重不足的一种解决方法。为了实现IPv4与IPv6的业务服务兼容,可以6to4和区分服务来解决两类地址转换引起的服务质量问题。     

A multiple-dose pharmacokinetics of polyethylene glycol recombinant human interleukin-6 (PEG-rhIL-6) in rats

Radiation therapy has been widely applied in cancer treatment. However, it often causes thrombocytopenia (deficiency of white blood cells) as an adverse effect. Recombinant human interleukin-6 (rhIL-6) has been found to be a very effective way against this thrombocytopenia, but IL-6 has low stability in blood, which reduces its efficacy. To increases the stability and half-life of rhIL-6, it was modified by polyethylene glycol (PEG). The pharmacokinetics and the tissue distribution of PEG-rhIL-6 labeled with ¹²⁵I were examined after subcutaneous injection in rats. The pharmacokinetic pattern of PEG-rhIL-6 was defined with linear-kinetics, and we fitted a one-compartment model with half-lives of 10.44–11.37 h (absorption, t _{1/2K a}) and 19.77–21.53 h (elimination, t _1/2Ke), and peak concentrations at 20.51–21.96 h (t _peak) in rats. Half-lives and t _peak of PEG-rhIL-6 were longer than those of rhIL-6 previously reported. In the present study, for deposition of PEG-rhIL-6 in rats, the tissue distribution examination showed that blood was the major organ involved, rather than liver. However, as to the elimination of PEG-rhIL-6, the major organ was the kidney. The excretion fraction of the injection dose recovered from urine was 23.32% at 192 h after subcutaneous administration. Less than 6% of PEG-rhIL-6 was eliminated via the feces at 192 h. These results indicate that PEG-rhIL-6 is a good candidate drug formulation for patients with cancer.

淮南市3~6岁幼儿各项身体形态分析

为全面了解淮南市幼儿的形态指标、身体素质现状,2010年淮南师范学院与淮南市体育局共同组织了对淮南市幼儿的调查与测试,把测得数据采用《国民体质测定标准手册》中幼儿部分的评定方法与标准进行统计处理。结果表明：淮南市3~6岁幼儿身体形态发育随着年龄的增加,他们的身高与体重值均增加,呈逐年升高趋向;男性幼儿和女性幼儿的身体形态从3岁就呈现出差异,这主要是由遗传决定的,这种差异在7岁以后,伴随着年龄的增长表现更为明显。     

中国太阳辐射时空变化及不同时间尺度Ångström-Prescott模型校正参数适用性比较

逐日太阳辐射是作物模型的关键输入变量,被广泛用于计算太阳辐射的Ångström-Prescott模型（A-P公式）校正工作主要建立在月尺度数据上,开展不同区域日尺度及更大时间尺度校正及参数适用性研究有助于提高太阳辐射计算和作物模型模拟准确性,指导区域农业生产。本文基于中国九大农业区划和104个辐射站点的1981—2016年逐日太阳辐射实测资料,分析了中国年太阳辐射时空分布特征;在此基础上,分别在日尺度和月尺度校正A-P公式,并对其校正参数（a_s和b_s）的适用性进行检验评价。结果表明：①中国年太阳辐射在1990年前后经历了由“变暗”到“变亮”的转变,总体呈增加趋势（7.32±30.31 MJ/m²/a）,空间上呈西高东低的分布特征;②日尺度A-P公式校正拟合效果优于月尺度,且月尺度的校正参数存在明显的空间异质性;参数a_s的空间分布存在地带性,呈东南低西北高的特征,而b_s与海拔正相关;③日尺度和月尺度校正参数可互换,但在年尺度上线性A-P公式不再适用。本文对提高太阳辐射计算精度和指导区域农业生产具有一定的参考价值。     

大鼠帕金森氏病动物模型的建立

采用SD大鼠30只，25只为试验组，5只为对照组。在三维立体定向仪上用微量注射器将6－OHDA32μg分两点注射入右侧纹状体，每周检测动物的旋转行为，第1周动物没有出现旋转行为，第2周动物出现明显的旋转行为，随后缓慢上升；至术后5周才升至较高的水平并保持平稳。其中有15只动物达到或超过了7r/min这一通常采用的标准，模型成功率达60％。酪氨酸羟化酶免疫组化显示：术后第1周至第5周右侧黑质TH免疫反应细胞逐渐砬少，各个时期的右侧黑质TH免疫反应细胞较对侧明显减少。采用此方法建立的大鼠帕金森氏病模型更加符合临床PD病人的病程进展并明显提高成功率。     

基于隧道技术和NAT-PT结合的IPv6网络

本文在深入研究由因特网工程任务组(IETF)提出的从IPv4到IPv6过渡的3种机制(NAT—PT、隧道、双栈)的基础上,分别给出了NAT—PT和隧道的具体实现技术,并提出利用这两种技术的协同工作如何来组建IPv6网络,最后通过对具体案例的分析,显示其技术优势。     

三碘苯酚乙基纤维素微球的制备

为提高造影剂的颗粒度,减少血池造影剂透过血管壁向组织间质渗出,影响血池造影剂的造影效果,采用液中干燥法( in-liquid drying method)制备了三碘苯酚乙基纤维素微球，研究了三碘苯酚与乙基纤维素的比例对微球成球性，粒径以及载药量的影响，发现两者的比例为1：2时成球性最好，所得微球为规整的球形，微球粒径最小，平均粒径D50为3.68um, 载药量为41.4%。
