基于UML的学生课程管理系统分析设计

UML(Unified Modeling Language,统一建模语言)是一种面向对象的建模语言。本文讨论了面向对象技术的基本概念和UML建模机制,并以TrufunPlate2005为工具完成学生课程管理系统的建模分析。     

GB／T 7714——2005实施的几点体会

Visual Basic中处理SQL Server2005的image型数据的方法

SQL Server 2005的image型数据不能通过INSERT和UPDATE等语句进行插入和更新,这给处理image型数据带来十分不便。讨论了在Visual Basic中处理SQL Server 2005的image型数据的一般方法,即利用ADO数据对象的Fields集合的AppendChunk方法和GetChunk方法及ADO Data控件进行数据的填充和读取。

Der VfGH hat eine Bestimmung des HSG über die Wahlgemeinschaft für die Hochschülerinnen- und Hochschülerschaftswahlen als zu unbestimmt aufgehoben. Weitere angefochtene Bestimmungen hat er in Fortführung seiner bisherigen Rspr zu Wahlen zu Organen von Selbstverwaltungsk?rperschaften best?tigt. Insbesondere betont er, dass ein direktes Wahlrecht nicht geboten ist. Auch der unterschiedliche Erfolgswert einzelner Stimmen für die Zusammensetzung der Bundesvertretung ist nicht unsachlich. Das Erk des VfGH ist konsequent im Lichte seiner früheren Jud. Die verfassungsrechtlichen Grenzen für die Einrichtung von Selbstverwaltungsk?rperschaften bleiben auch nach diesem Urteil unscharf, wobei mit dem VfGH unterstrichen werden kann, dass der Spielraum des Gesetzgebers sehr weit ist.     

Effects of β-Aescin on the expression of nuclear factor-κB and tumor necrosis factor-α after traumatic brain injury in rats

To investigate the inhibiting effect of β-Aescin on nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) activation and the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) protein after traumatic brain injury (TBI) in the rat brain, 62 SD rats were subjected to lateral cortical impact injury caused by a free-falling object and divided randomly into four groups: (1) sham operated (Group A); (2) injured (Group B); (3) β-Aescin treatment (Group C); (4) pyrrolidine dithocarbamate (PDTC) treatment (Group D). β-Aescin was administered in Group C and PDTC treated in Group D immediately after injury. A series of brain samples were obtained directly 6h, 24 h and 3 d respectively after trauma in four groups. NF-κB activation was examined by Electrophoretic Mobility Shift Assay (EMSA); the levels of TNF-α protein were measured by radio-immunoassay (RIA); the water content of rat brain was measured and pathomorphological observation was carried out. NF-κB activation, the levels of TNF-α protein and the water content of rat brain were significantly increased (P＜0.01) following TBI in rats. Compared with Group B, NF-κB activation (P＜0.01), the levels of TNF-α protein (P＜0.01) and the water content of brain (P＜0.05) began to decrease obviously after injury in Groups C and D.β-Aescin could dramatically inhibit NF-κB activation and the expression of TNF-α protein in the rat brain, alleviate rat brain edema, and that could partially be the molecular mechanism by which β-Aescin attenuates traumatic brain edema.

基于C#的列车运行数据与PDA间蓝牙无线串口通信

蓝牙是一种低成本、高可靠性的无线传输技术。本文首先对蓝牙技术进行简单介绍;然后详细介绍了VisualC#2005环境下TAX与PDA蓝牙通信的实现流程,包括资源参数配置、打开串口、通信读写操作和关闭串口四个过程;继而基于PDA平台开发了相应的程序,实现TAX与PDA间蓝牙无线通信。     

学术论文应重视文后参考文献的著录

文后参考文献是为撰写或编辑论著而引用的有关图书资料。按规定,在各类型出版物中,凡是引用前人或他人的观点、数据和材料等,都要对它们在文中出现的地方予以标明,并在文末（或书末）列出参考文献表。这项工作称之为参考文献著录^[1]。参考文献在学术论文中虽然属于编排规范的内容,但它在学术论文中占有重要的地位,是学术论文的重要组成部分。正确著录文后参考文献对读者、作者和论文的编辑出版单位都有非常重要的意义。     

Culture,indigenous knowledge systems and sustainable development: A critical view of education in an African context

The article’s focus is the relationship between culture, indigenous knowledge systems (IKS), sustainable development and education in Africa. It analyzes the concept of sustainability with particular reference to education and indigenous knowledge systems. In particular the article analyzes the documents from the World Summit in Johannesburg in 2002 as well as from the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development. Moreover, the article discusses South Africa’s Curriculum 2005 (C 2005) launched by the African National Congress (ANC) by focusing on the dilemmas of exclusively introducing Western-based scientific knowledge in a cultural context based on indigenous epistemology. The article concludes by calling for more research into the viability of indigenous knowledge systems as a potential tool in sustainable development.
