移动自组织网络中QoS路由协议研究

随着移动自组织网络(MANET)的应用领域日益扩大,要求它必须提供一定的服务质量(QoS)保证,而QoS路由协议是MANET支持QoS的一个关键理论和技术,也是目前的一个研究热点。本文对当前自组织网络的QoS主要路由协议进行了详细的分析与研究,并从路由机制、单向链路的支持、多播功能、QoS参数选择以及节能几个方面进行了比较和分析;最后指出了今后的研究方向。     

水稻P1B型ATPase重金属转运蛋白的结构与功能研究进展

P1B型ATPase重金属转运蛋白（HMA）广泛存在于低等植物和高等植物中,参与植物生长发育过程中所必需的微量金属营养元素的运输.与双子叶植物拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）AtHMA1-8的大量研究相比,单子叶植物中HMA转运蛋白的相关功能与研究极其有限.根据已有的研究成果对水稻（Oryza sativa L.）体内9种HMA转运蛋白的分类、结构、分子机制与转运功能进行了详细对比和归纳,对这些重金属转运蛋白在植物中的组织分布、亚细胞定位和金属特异性进行了阐述,推测了目前尚未明确功能的OsHMA1、OsHMA4、OsH-MA6、OsHMA7和OsHMA8的亚细胞定位及潜在的转运功能,以期为未来进一步的科学研究提供更多依据.     

表面肌电的处理方法及在体育科研中的应用前景

表面肌电信号的检测是一种无创电检测方法，它的检验分析对临床诊断及康复医学、运动医学等具有重要意义。肌电图学在体育科学研究上应用较晚，主要用于对肌肉力量和肌肉疲劳的诊断上，并逐步从基础理论研究转向为运动技术服务的实践研究。对表面肌电的信号分析方法及其在体育中应用前景做一综述。     

Making American Friends: The Effects of Musical Tastes and English Proficiency on Chinese International Students’ Social Networks in the United States

This study investigated the relationship between Chinese international students’ social networks in the United States and their musical tastes. Based on concept of homophily, this study used a self-reported Social Network Analysis (SNA) survey to examine whether sharing similar musical tastes affected Chinese international students’ relationship, their musical tastes, and music consumption. The results showed that having high musical taste similarity predicted closer relationship between respondents and their alters, and higher likelihood of new music consumption. This study also found that frequent American English-language songs listeners were more likely to have Americans in their social network than less-frequent American English-language songs listeners.     

体育赛事转播权的多重解读及其类型化保护

体育赛事转播权是一种新兴的复合型权利,是指电视台、视频网站、直播平台等转播机构就其制作的体育赛事节目和提供的转播信号享有的著作权或者录音录像制品权、广播组织权,同时也是指赛事组织者就体育赛事享有的"转播许可权"。对其不同层次的内容应当分别予以解读,而不宜笼统地在"体育赛事转播权"这一概念下进行讨论。对赛事组织者的权利保护,有赖于体育法对其权利予以法定化;对相应的著作权人和邻接权人的保护,需要在完善著作权法的基础上,坚持作品独创性判断标准,并提升邻接权的保护水平。     

Resting MAPK expression in chronically trained endurance runners

Purpose: There is a paucity of research investigating the expression of mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPK) in chronically trained (CT) athletes. Thus, it is unclear how MAPK may contribute to performance and muscle adaptation in CT subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine MAPK total protein, and phosphorylated expression of extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 (ERK1/2), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and p38-MAPK (p38) between untrained, and chronically trained runners. Methods: Tissue samples were analysed from sedentary (SED; n?=?5) controls and chronically trained runners (CT; n?=?5). Resting muscle biopsy samples were analysed for total-MAPK – and ratio of phosphorylated/total (p-MAPK) – ERK1/2, JNK, and p38-MAPK via western blotting. Mann–Whitney U tests and effect sizes were utilized to determine differences in total MAPK protein content and phosphorylation status between SED and CT subjects. Results: There was no difference in total-MAPK expression between SED and CT (p?>?.05). p-p38-MAPK tended to be greater for CT compared to SED (p?=?.07). There were moderate effect sizes of decreased pERK/total-ERK (d?=??0.69) and increased pJNK/total-JNK (d?=?0.54) in CT compared to SED. There was a positive correlation between p-p38-MAPK/total-MAPK and the percentage of type I fibres (r?=?0.73, p?=?.016). Conclusion: Contrary to previous studies, chronic endurance training does not greatly influence total MAPK protein expression in chronically trained runners. However, resting phosphorylation of p38-MAPK may contribute to enhanced oxidative metabolism at chronically trained levels. These alterations are likely involved in the different physiological adaptations that occur following long-term training or at highly competitive levels.

Later eighteenth-century newspapers have been credited with shaping and reflecting readers' politics and growing sense of regional and national identity. However, historians have long ignored the role that newspaper proprietors played in the construction of those newspapers. Through a close study of one provincial proprietor, John Ware of Whitehaven, this article demonstrates that newspaper owners were shrewd operators in the public sphere. They were businessmen and women for whom the imagined community of readers was a real community of friends and business associates.     

J.B. Priestley,the ‘Modern’ and America

ABSTRACT

J.B. Priestley has often been seen as representative of a nostalgic Englishness which rejected the modern world and, in the process, embraced anti-Americanism. However, as this article suggests, Priestley had a more complicated relationship with both America and modernity than has been accepted. Focusing on the 1930s, it shows how Priestley travelled widely in the United States and came to admire the democratic and collective aspects of American culture, whilst also developing a critique of what he saw as the lack of individuality and creativity in other elements of the ‘mass' society, anticipating arguments he would develop after 1945.
