对环保棉花及其纺织品进行定义,界定有机棉花和天然有色棉的范围,并对其主要性状进行描述。分析市场对环保棉花的需求,以及与之相关的种植、纺织、服装等企业的市场情况,并归纳对策。     

有机化学实验教学探索与创新

有机化学实验是化学教学的重要环节。以加强基本实验技能,培养学生严肃的科学态度,提高学生的观察、分析和解决问题的能力和独立科研的创新意识等为目的,对本科有机化学实验的教学内容、教学方法和手段等进行了有益的探索和改革,教学效果很好。     

广东省客家体育与学校体育有机结合的研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察、专家访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对当前广东省客家人主要居住地区学校体育的开展情况进行调查,同时了解该地区学校的整体场地设施、器材以及在体育课中使用的教学方法、教学内容等情况。经过调查发现:大部分学校普遍存在:场地设施不够齐全;器材不足;教学方法陈旧等问题,也体现出了学校体育与客家体育结合不够深入,学校体育改革的力度不够等问题。有必要将学校体育与客家体育充分地有机结合,推动学校体育的改革。     

有机肥料对土壤硅素吸附的影响

通过室内土壤培养试验,初步研究了有机肥料对土壤硅素吸附的影响,结果表明：土壤对硅有较强的吸附性能,活性氧化铁、铝含量是影响土壤硅吸附性能的重要因素;添加有机肥料使土壤吸附硅量降低,其降低幅度受有机肥料种类的和土壤性质的影响;添加有机肥料后,土壤对硅的吸附也具等温吸附特征,其等温吸附曲线可用简单ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ 方程和Ｆｒｅｕｎｄｌｉｃｈ 方程描述。     

碘催化剂在精细有机物合成中的研究进展

碘在有机合成中有着广泛的应用,本文综述了单质碘作为催化剂在有机合成中的应用研究,主要涉及了碘作催化剂在酰化反应,含氮化合物合成胺类化合物,保护基的形成和裂解以及醚的去保护基反应中的研究进展,着重介绍了保护基的形成和裂解.     

Towards an Understanding about Complexities of Alternative Media: Portrayals of Power in Alternative Media This paper was part of a larger dissertation written by the author at University of Missouri-Columbia.

In this study I conducted qualitative content analysis of alternative media in order to uncover the different categories about corporate power presented to activist audiences in social justice movements. I found that there were two dominant categories about corporate power disseminated through alternative media: (1) “traditional” corporate power and (2) hegemonic corporate power. “Traditional” corporate power is based on the idea that corporations dominate resources in society. Hegemonic corporate power is based on the idea that corporations dominate the ideological assumptions in contemporary society. Both of these categories hold significant implications for comprehension and classification of alternative media.     

有机茄果类蔬菜质量安全标准研究

文章对提高茄果类蔬菜品质的有机生产措施和质量安全指标的设置进行了探讨,包括产地环境、种子、肥料及施肥、植保产品等生产投入品的选择,并在百色田阳进行5亩基地小试,生产的番茄、辣椒品质良好,按GB／T18406．1-2001检测,番茄中百茵清、六六六等29种农残均为未检出（小于检出限）,铬、汞、镉、砷、铅等重金属含量在〈0．001mg／kg至0．056mg／kg之间,氟为0．10mg／kg,亚硝酸盐〈1mg／kg。在此基础上,制定了有机茄果类蔬菜产品广西地方标准。     

Purchasing organic food with social commerce: An integrated food-technology consumption values perspective

Organic products may have several health benefits for consumers. Nevertheless, even in the age of social commerce, and the communication affordances of social networking sites, consumers are not always informed regarding such benefits. As such, we examine how the characteristics of social commerce and organic foods can work in tandem to influence organic products purchase intentions. We develop a model based on the theory of consumption values and test it empirically. The results show that interactivity, recommendations, and feedback are important social commerce characteristics (affordances), while food safety and eco-friendliness are key organic food characteristics. Such social commerce and organic food characteristics interact and serve as inputs for functional value and emotional value assessments, which in turn, drive purchase intentions of organic foods via social commerce. The findings also show that functional value is more instrumental in this process; and that there is also a significant difference between males and females in the formation of purchase intention. Implications for theory and practice are discussed.     

Effects of organic solvents on two retinal pigment epithelial lipofuscin fluorophores,A2E and all-trans-retinal dimer

Gene and drug therapies are being developed to alleviate vision loss in patients with Stargardt’s disease and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). To evaluate the therapeutic effects of these treatments, organic solvents are routinely used to extract and quantify bisretinoid lipofuscin constituents, such as N-retinylidene-N-retinyl-ethanolamine (A2E) and all-trans-retinal dimer (ATR-dimer). By high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), we found that A2E and ATR-dimer were both altered by tetrahydrofuran (THF) and chloroform, but were stable in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or methanol (MeOH). In addition, cyclohexane and ethanol (EtOH) did not alter ATR-dimer, whereas an alteration of A2E occurred in EtOH. On the basis of these findings, we designed processes II–IV, generated by modifications of process I, a routine method to measure bisretinoid compounds in vivo. Extra amounts of either ATR-dimer or A2E in mouse eyecups were released by processes II–IV versus process I. Efforts to clarify the effects of organic solvents on lipofuscin pigments are important because such studies can guide the handling of these fluorophores in related experiments.
